Organised and does what it says it does. Good food and well presented. Happy to go back!

This hotel was lovely and clean. Upon arrival we had pay some sort of taxes totalling €30 euros or so. Our room was cleaned everyday. On the first night, there were a bunch of Germans singing and making a bit of noise fortunately this did not continue so it was night. We had a pool view which was lively at night. The beach is about 10 to 15 walk from the hotel and once you get to the strip there are ample amount of restaurants to have Spanish and none Spanish dishes.

Great breakfast, great evening meal. Good value for money. The staff wouldn't let us drink water in the pool area from the adjacent supermarket which stank a little. I can understand beer etc but water… come on guys! Everybody needs water and not at €2.50 from your machine. Needless to say I ignored this rule and the staff only asked twice and then gave up. This was a bit petty but I'd stay here again and just take a 10L bottle of tap water to the pool and see what they said!

I've been to this hotel for the second time.
The building itself is in its old age and does not have its own reception.
The rooms are clean, though. Only the bathrooms are borderline. If you have booked with meals, you can get them in the main hotel Son Rigo. For a few days of party holidays, value for money is really fine. The ham road is within walking distance in 10-15 minutes.
If you want to take a real holiday at Playa, you'd better book something more upscale.

Simple, clean, bright with barely occupied, own pool to matte. Breakfast from the super Plaza Son Rigo.

Cute, clean room, hotel seems nice enough, friendly and helpful staff and nice breakfast buffet. Nice pools and really easy to get to from the town centre. Less that 5 minutes away from the beach.

Great location very good service!

Top service like free water in every hallway. Staff is mega friendly. Plant is tip-top. The food is a great pleasure, every day anew.

The staff are amazing, very professional and very friendly. Make you feel welcomed and respected. Bar staff around the pool were exceptional. Johan & Louis were fantastic. The staff in reception were also brilliant. Helped us organise a day tour on a yacht which was fantastic. We loved our experience here at Iberostar and the design of the layout of the resort was well done. A lot of different areas to enjoy the day. Plenty of activities to do near pool and drinks, food for guests on the house.

We had a wonderful 4 days at this hotel, helpful and friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble especially our waiter Fiaz who served our table of 8 guests morning and night with a friendly smile. Food was delicious and great variety. Aqua aerobics instructor excellent. Would recommend this hotel and hope to return again.

This is a very comfortable 4 star hotel set on a beach front location. It is clean and cared for. The pool area is very good. The staff are very attentive and pleasant, with some nice touches eg complimentary ice creams and drinks by the pool. My only negative point is that the rooms are small for 2 people to share. But overall recommend a stay in this hotel.

Friendly staff, great rooms, large selection of breakfast items. Appreciated the complimentary ice creams, smoothies and churros in the afternoon. The water machines and carafe in the room were so handy and great for the planet instead of plastic bottles.

Wonderful Hotel!
The Hilton Mallorca resort is really a tremendous place
The resort includes a spa, 2 big swimming pools, a tennis court, a football field and a running track inside the resort
The place is peaceful, out of the shore crowd
Nice beaches and restaurants are pretty close by car
We had a room with king size bed, a sofa bed and a little terrasse. Very clean and calm
The staff is very helpful and professional.

As a Hilton Diamond member I can truly say this is a World class spa/hotel in a lovely setting with a hotel and restaurant crew (kitchen and wait staff) that is or should be the envy of all 5 star properties. Words are simply insufficient. Just go and enjoy.

We went to dinner with my partner. A perfect atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
