I honestly hate to give this hotel a 4 star review (I actually want to give it a 4.5 star review but TA doesn't do half stars). I stayed two nights at this hotel and honestly it was excellent in almost everyway but with just one shortcoming. The service at this hotel is impeccable and the rooms are fantastic. My room was spotless and everything was modern. I was located in the annex. The public spaces in the hotel were also excellent.

Lovely smallish hotel right in the heart of the old town — best possible location for the best restaurants in Malaga. Lovely room, nice little bar area for hanging out and staff all very friendly. Everything was absolutely spotless. Room (Palacio suite) was spacious and all well lit (unusual these days! ). Rainfall shower was great. Breakfast was very good — buffet plus eggs, etc cooked to order.

The people at this hotel seriously rock in terms of customer service and friendliness. The room was perfect both for the view and comfort. Breakfast was actually really good, but the location of this hotel can't be beat. My new favorite hotel in Malaga.

The room we had was very quiet with the windows closed. But still within walking distance of fun bars, restaurants, stores, etc.

This is a lovely hotel. We booked a deluxe room on the second floor & it was quiet, even though it overlooked the street. The room was very well appointed & equipped. We enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide choice. The staff were all excellent too. Although I really liked the hotel, I think I would have preferred to stay nearer to the historic centre as the choice of bars etc were more plentiful there. That being said, I recommend this hotel as it is quality.

Where to begin, I had a very early flight into Malaga Airport, Cristina made it possible for me to check in earlier than normally, thanks! The staff was amazing. The first person I was in contact with was Cristina she has great communication skills and very friendly. Also amazing cleaning personnel (they even washed a couple of my dishes, thankfull for that. Like the name itself, the place has been truly designed to be comfortable and really relax and enjoy.

I have booked again to stay at Comfy Studios this year. I went last September & had a lovely week. The studio's are spotless and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They are a 5 minute walk to the beach & all amenities.

Our room had a very bad problem that unfortunately could not be fixed. There were no other rooms in the hotel available but I am very thankful that Rocío took care of us by arranging another room in a different hotel just down the road from here owned by the same company. I’m sure others did not have this issue. But I wanted to say that I was very pleased with the good customer service!

Just got back from Malaga. Hotel was first rate. Good size bedroom and bathroom. Very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Hotel is located ten minutes from the train station and ten minutes to the town centre. Would certainly recommend it to you.

A great hotel with a great location. We were given a room on the penultimate floor overlooking the sea! It's beautiful. The rooftop bar and nice pool. What kind of view is it! The best viewing platform in my opinion.

We've stayed here many times.
The units are a decent size, but not huge. I wish they'd sort out the hard seating/bedding issues. The bed and sofa are not comfortable — in keeping with 'European"style, but it would be so much nicer to have something to comfort you after long days of sightseeing — just say'in. Lol.
The receptionist (male & female) could use a nice glass of wine to start their day off… a smile goes a long way for the guest experience!

We stayed at the apartment suites as well as the Deluxe Suites, and we have ABSOLUTLY no complains. I will highly recommend staying here. It is very centrally located, near the Main Market, the buses, the train station, the beaches and the Main Street, could not be any better. Don't look any further, the price is right. The young ladies at the reception are great. Look them up before you reserve anywhere else.

Just returned from H10 Croma, Malaga, 2nd visit in last 10 months and this is a beautiful hotel. Spacious and modern room, everywhere spotlessly clean, and staff super smiley and chatty. Everything you could want for breakfast with loads of choice. Within a few minutes walk to the city center. Enjoyed rooftop terrace and bar with great views of the city. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel from the welcome and full information given the whole weekend we stayed was fantastic. The hotel and all its amenities are top quality. The rooms are very comfortable and everything you need is provided down to a toothbrush/ toothpaste and razor! The rooftop restaurant and pool area offers an excellent end to your sightseeing day to eat/drink well and watch the sun go down. Will definitely recommend and return to this hotel — excellent.

I stayed at Only You and the service is excellent. The staff are very helpful and always cheerful.
The hotel is small with narrow, dark corridors and tiny doors that make you feel like you are in a train. The rooms are modern and well-equipped but tiny, and have an awkwardly placed bathtub in the area between the bedroom and the bathroom that might have been a closet before. So no closet now for hanging your clothes😊
The location has its pros and cons.

Beautifully decorated hotel in the perfect location.
All staff were very friendly and the service excellent.
We ate three times in the ground floor Carmen restaurant and found the food to be very good. I would like to give a special mention to Isidro who served us the night we had dinner in the restaurant. Friendly, attentive and professional, he really made our evening.
We will definitely return when we get chance to visit Malaga again.
