It is not usual for me to express my opinion about a service through this channel, let alone to put bad reviews, but the service of this hotel seemed absolutely unfortunate to me.
First of all, we arrived at the hotel at the right time to enter the room we had booked. Supposedly, a room with a hot tub for the small price of 290 euros per night. The first thing they do is make us sign a paper like we received the room compliant, and after that they tell us when we arrive that the jacuzzi in the room has broken down and that they leave us the room without jacuzzi but they give us a discount of 80o (oh, THANK YOU! ). When we told him that we had booked in that hotel EXCLUSIVELY by the private jacuzzi and that we want to cancel the reservation, we were told that this is not possible (Coincidentally we had already signed a paper before…). Finally, and after arguing with them, they give us another room that if we had jacuzzi (At first we had been told that it was totally impossible as there was no availability… Chances of life).
In any case, all this, considering what comes next, gives me absolutely the same.
Literally, an hour after entering the room we received a call from a relative telling us that my brother had had a very serious motorcycle accident for which he is still in the hospital (all this happened last August 1st). Obviously, we left the hotel at the time to go see it (Recalco that we had been staying for 1 hour). After the fatnest scare, we contacted them to see the possibility that they would allow us to enjoy the night again in the hotel, even suggesting that it be in low season, and their answer is that the room was occupied and that if we did not enjoy it it was not for a theme of the hotel.
Obviously, it is not the responsibility of the hotel what has happened to us. Nor do they have any obligation to "do us that favor. "
I just wanted to make it clear what kind of people run this establishment. I hope they never get through something similar.
Finally, and recognizing that the site is in a very nice place, this is not enough, not by far, to justify a price of 290 euros per night.
