The rooms were very clean. The restaurant had good food. The area had some good bars and restaurants. The only downside I'd say was the long waits for the elevator. Overall, a great hotel.

Good location to access Samsung, a bit expensive than average but good for the first visit.

Clean, nice rooms. Great service and good breakfast. A real continental breakfast and the staff's command of English is great.

Location is very central and there is much within walking distance. Service is impeccable, as usual with a Shilla. Prices are reasonable.

As an International traveler being from the United States, I have to admit I really love this hotel. Very clean and elegant. The food is pretty good as well and the people are extremely nice. The lobby area is a place I don't mind relaxing especially after a long day and I don't wanna be in my Room. The bar service can be slow sometimes BUT the staff is so kind (and always working) that one doesn't mind. I highly recommend this hotel while traveling.

Nice hotel. Not elegant … but modern, clean and rather comfortable. Pretty good, small but varied buffet for lunch and dinner. Nice, clean setting … but certainly not cozy or romantic for dining. Lunch hours a little inconvenient, because buffet is not open until 12 noon.

Great service staff. Room was clean. Starbucks and convenience store is just 5 mins away.

This was my second time staying here. The rooms are comfortable with a modern decor. The space is good by regional standards. The cafe offers a buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but the price is too high. There should be an option to have a single plate rather than the limitless service. The only real issue I had was that my room was too hot and the AC didn't work. I believe they were turning it off building-wide to save money. I would ask the front desk to look into it and it would start working. By the end of the day it would blow hot air. I'll probably stay here again, but I'm going to have a talk with the manager about this before I reserve.

Nice hotel but watch out for Koriyo World on the 13the floor. It is full of stickers. Could be a good option for kids but was a little surprising for a business traveler. Other rooms are much nicer and more adult.

Hotel staff is helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Can be reached by limousine bus from Incgeon Airport (~1.5-2 hour). Wide variety of breakfast options. Located near several shopping / restaurant areas. Park across the street for hiking/jogging.

Nice location and good selection of food items. Not much options for vegetarian people. Try cream shrimp and spicy chicken.

Shilla stay dongtan is a business hotel in Dongtan, Suwon. It's a highly structured and process oriented hotel. You can't complain against anything but you will feel something is missing. Probably the all blackish set up (wall & furniture) may provide a gloomy feeling. Would have been great if there were a rooftop swimming pool.

The hotel has very modern interpretation of muted elegance. Mostly monochromatic hues embellish the decor. There's a great use lighting in the hallways and common areas. The gym facility is utilitarian but efficacious. There was a sufficient supply of towels, water and mirrors. The views from my window were breathtakingly beautiful. I particularly loved the bathroom with it's sliding doors that gave a view of the bedroom (or gave the person in the bedroom a view of you). The Cafe/restaurant had a veritable smorgasbord of delightful treats and was attended by obsequiously efficient staff.

Very nice rooms and if you are lucky you will also get a room with a nice view of the park. The service staff are friendly and speaks English quite well. The restaurant is what they call the café. It has buffet style only and the price for an adult is 52.000krw for lunch or dinner.

Room is a little bit small with zen style. Quite easy access to samsung offices. Ask for the free shuttle bus service.

Good hotel, clean, the breakfast is amazing, good gym and excellent meat restaurant at 2 min from the hotel. The staff speaks well english convenient and good airport commute to Incheon every 30min at an affordable rate. The commute time is about 1:45h. Recommend this hotel for any business related stay.

A nice and clean hotel in the middle of Dongtan with a huge breakfast buffet to satisfy every taste, and a nice gym available. Good shuttle connections to Incheon airport.

Clean and the staff speaks good English. The restaurant has ok food. It's a buffet, and the menu doesn't change, but it's not awful. They are open for dinner, so if you're tired and just need a quick meal it's ok. The neighborhood surrounding has a lot of good food choices for dinner. Go out. The exercise room is ok. I have certainly seen far worse. The equipment is in good working order, and the place is clean and well organized. This is not a given in Asia. The Internet works properly, albeit with the Korean Govt stupid net nanny service intervening if you should chance upon something that offends the honor of the state. Say a website about machine tools and techniques? They say they have a bar but they don't. The lobby is of cold modern design without any warmth whatsoever, and the bar is an untended counter with 3 stools and an espresso machine. I got a cocktail and had to wait for them to get a guy from the 7th floor restaurant to come down and mix it. One drink took 20 min and I was the only customer. They keep the rooms so hot in winter that I had trouble sleeping. The windows don't open and there is no AC in the winter, so you need to like your room at 25.5+centigrade. People from northern climates may be better off to sleep in the nice nature park across the street. They have the slowest elevators of any hotel in the entire world. 7th floor (breakfast) to 20th floor (room), and back to first floor takes 15 min.
