Wow what an amazing hotel.

Best Spa experience ever. Staff was exceptional and professional. Cannot wait to go back.

How I wish everyone could have visited there. It is beautiful. The food is so nice. The most memorable thing is the fact that it is the first hotel I ever visited that I felt God's presency. And I will visit again.

I love it there. It's so peaceful. Major 1 you did it again.

The place is beautiful. The food is tasty. The waiters are tired because serve many people at a go. The surroundings are very beautiful and they give you peace. I would definitely come back. I suggest that you make use of temporary staff when expecting big groups. Overall everything else is excellent.

From the moment you approach the gate, you realise it is a modern hotel. The reception is warm and friendly and professional. The food and drinks are well prepared and served by friendly staff. The views are beautiful and atmosphere is peaceful.

It truly a 5*, I had an awesome day at sparkling waters hotel, staff there is friendly and the place is beautiful and peaceful, Ohhhh the food I can go there as many as I can wouldn't mind.

The place to heal your soul, mind and body. The food is amazing. A bonus would be the mountain experience incase you need some time to pray and meditate in the word of God.

Nicely renovated from the gate to reception. A nice new dinning area with spacious patio/deck. Rooms have not been renovated yet so there's a big contrast in appearance. Services could be better like having a trolley for luggage and dinning area being cleaned after meals and waiters around especially on the deck and also having a proper wine menu (waitress had to write on paper)

Amazing hotel. A haven. A home out of town. Great restaurants, amazing food. A spectacular getaway for families, corporates and a great place for tourist.

I tookmy wife for a romantic getaway and booked at SW hotel. We first did the canopy tour and then went to the hotel. We drove in and saw that theywere renovating. I decided to go have a look at the rooms first before checking in and paying. Thank goodness! the one room was open and in it was a double bed and a bunkbed. Filthy moldy carpets greeted us and the room looked like a lowclass budget motel. It would have cost me R2000 for the night. We immediately decided to drive back to joburg and booked ourselves in at montecasino for the night.

A perfect place to relax and unwind. Great for families. The rooms were clean, the food was amazing, and there is loads to do for families and children. It was safe and peaceful, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Have learnt a lot from our Minister at ECG from Headquarters at the Prayer Mountain and want to thank the Hotel managers and the staff members for the care and service.

When I booked I was not informed of renovations happening. Several of the facilities were not available. The room stinks, the mattress is deformed severely from people sleeping on it. Taps broken. While trying to sleeping have herds of people moving around at 3 to 4 am with no regard for the thin walls. Worse romantic get away ever. Spoke to the management in the morning. Profuse apologies from management and they moved us to a much better room equitable to the amount of money it was costing. Staff very friendly, but amenities a problem.

The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is tranquil, it is a very nice place to relax… it's also prayer sanctuary a very anointed place.

Terrible experience, the first room had a bad smell and the air con wasn't working. We moved to a new room, the shower was filthy and toilet didn't flush properly. There was a church festival on Saturday, that we were not informed about, it was very loud forcing us to go out for the day. The food was bland. The staff was friendly.

Great breakaway spot for adults and kids. Just a pity it's so difficult to get a booking.

Good day everyone. There is no way that this is a 4 star hotel. I would be surprised if this establishment received 3 stars. If so there is something very wrong with our grading or regulatory body. The room is very old and outdated. The one channel on DSTv never works. The telephone is a white elephant and the linnen are yellow and old from overuse. There are insects on the pillows from a " so-called" aircon that has not seen a cloth for ages. The only nice thing about this establishment is the garden. Food is tasty. I was terribly mislead. At 1150 zar a night. Not recommended. Regards Machelle.

Family resort place where you can relax your soul and mind.

We had dinner at the restaurant. It was terribly over priced and it felt like the tables were cleaned long ago. I didn't enjoy it there.

Great family environment, movies for kids while parents eat. Breakfast and dinner included, breakfast is brilliant while dinner is good… not exceptional but certainly not bad.

The food was mediocre and there was no entertainment to say the least.

It is the best place ever.
