They can start by training their staff on how not to attack guests.
What a picturesque guesthouse set atop the mountains. The location was simply beautiful, pity the service we recieved left much to the imagination. We booked for 8 and stayed from the 30th to the 1st. The receptionist Nokwe was unprofessional and downright rude, spoke ill of the resorts owners and walked around in bum shorts whilst dealing with guests. She used abusive language and was anything but helpful. The fridge in our 6 sleeper didnt work, our rooms were never serviced, we had to run around in the rain for toilet paper and fresh towels which resulted in Nokwe hurling insults at us. I'm still in shock by the treatment my group and I received. What could've been a perfect girls trip resulted in regret and frustration. Such a pity as this resort has true potential.

Receptionist (Nokwe) needs to learn manner! We are in the middle of a Pandemic but our temperatures were not recorded let alone offered hand sanitizer upon arrival! Clean towels were not even offered the following day! We had to request Tissues. Nokwe telling us about the previous owner. I even have a video of that crazy woman in Bum shorts.
