Rooms very dingy and dated. Food wasn't that great. Location a bit dodgy, though there is always security at the front. But they just opened the gate to the parking with no questions asked (whether going in or out), made me feel uneasy on the safety thereafter.

I've had workshops here, the facilities are fine. The staff are very helpful. The food is OK. It is very quite for a place that's in the city.

Im in the process of attending a workshop here in their conference rooms. Their service is impeccable. The dining area is one of the best located with the scenery of a fountain and exotic garden outside.

Everything was of excellent standards and I will recommend the Premier Hotel to all my colleagues and friends. Thanks to all the staff members that assisted with everything from reception to the Kitchen! The hotel was so clean that It was home away from home and very close by to where I had my meeting. The staff were very friendly and the food were good and very healthy.

Definitely not 4 stars… Having stayed at the 4 star Protea King George last week, I had a benchmark against which to measure this hotel and it fell short on a number of fronts. Most staff members seem too wrapped up in their own conversations to acknowledge or greet guests. The breakfast chef could not make a plan to get black pepper when the only pepper grinder was pointed out to her to be broken. It seems the catering manager was off sick because the breakfast, with black spots on the fruit, did not deserve even 2 stars. I've stayed here before and had very good experiences, but must say that the quality declined very rapidly over the last year.

Nice and clean hotel, however, it is located in a noisy area. Great for short stays, not so much for a vacation. Price decent as well.

It's a really nice hotel. I was attending a conference so I didn't sleep there. Their conference room was average but they made up for it in service. The staff members were both professional and friendly. They offer lunch meals which was amazing. I would definitely go back.

Aircon broken. Noisiest building ever next door. If you want a good night sleep… book elsewhere.

The service is great. The food is amazing. The place is beautiful and peaceful and the staff is very friendly.

Hotel clean and accessible to most things. Not halaal but chef was very accommodating to cater for us. Also made sure our supper was halaal.

Good service and neat rooms. I was there for one day conference. It is easily accessible and has a secure parking area though it is too tight, have to be too careful not to scratch your vehicle.

Only the breakfast was good. The room overall was poor. I don't think it shall be rated 4

Room was lovely and clean but it would be good if Every room rate included breakfast at least. Even if it's not full english breakfast. It's good marketing.

Could not put charges on my room. The food was overpriced and of a very poor standard at R225 a plate. The bottle of complementary water in my room had been opened by a previous guest and not replaced. Absolutely no frills. Would not recommend.

Great hospitality, upmarket, very convenient to PTA CBD, close to Union Gardens and Buildings.

Absolutely the best service. Please change your blankets and get proper blankets. Either than that the food is amazing and the room are clean.

Value Stay. Beautiful view of union building. Stunning clean rooms. Great service in the capital city.

I love that hotel very much is so beautiful en clean.

I stayed here on business, the hotel is nice clean but it is in a terrible location, also is next to a brothel. If I had to go back I would stay in a nicer area outside of the city.
