Nice, clean place. Covid free.

Food is great, vilas are so beautiful❤ perfect getaway.

Since Corona has comparable figures in Slovenia as in Germany, the decision wg. The booked holiday was easy.
The Slovenes are friendly and I have the impression that we are as well looked after here in the south as in Germany.
The system is super clean.
The water is also wet :-)
We also had no problem with full sunbeds, among others.

Therme is old but beautiful, renovations should be carried out slowly on the thermal baths.
Ansonst top staff very friendly.
Breakfast was great dinner was not bad could be better but considering the price performance ratio was fine.
Will be happy to come back.

We chose glamping. The tent is beautiful and equipped with all comforts. The location is wonderfully quiet. The natural pool is fantastic. The breakfast buffet is rich and good. But dinner leaves something to be desired. We have booked 6 days half board. The food can be called a loveless canteen food. Every evening there is the pretty same selection. Unfortunately, we only get the drinks after we have finished eating. The constant sonication of the music running from the public pool is also an imposition. This is played from 9-21 h continuously.
Because of the tent and the location we would come back but certainly not because of the food and the constant music sound.

Very nice hotel, rooms were great, good value for the money. The food was average, most of the staff weren't very nice. Swimming pools are old and a bit dirty.

Hotel is very nice and modern. Rooms are large and clean. There are lots of different pools (indoor and outdoor) with water temperature ranging from 27°C to 34°C. Food is very good, staff very friendly and in the evening it's very quiet (if one values that). Not much to do or see in local area so it's best to come with car and explore larger area.

Good food, mostly local, nice staff buuuut… we paid quite a lot of money and had problems with the whirlpool in our balcony / terrace, there were no free sunchairs at the sauna. The room was very nice, I also liked the gym. Almost excellent!

Small but fine, also good for families. Unfortunately, no families cards. Extra pay must be paid for each child.

A very relaxed atmosphere with natural hot spring water pools. I recommend getting the optional sauna pack and using those lockerrooms as the pool ones, while larger, can get a bit crowded and you get access to the saunas for the whole day. Pro tip: there is a finninsh sauna on the balcony not many people use ;)

All in all a nice spa, which has been disturbed were the following things: at dinner, unfortunately, nothing was really shared when you go to eat later, the choice is manageable…
Unfortunately the sausage and the cheese are cut very thick in the breakfast buffet, which I personally do not like so much.
Spa and Sanuabereich are nice, everything you want.

Great spa, nice hotel and nice clean rooms, eat ok you could still improve, staff very nice and the best massages. We will definitely be back.

Nice place. Several pools and water attractions. Good local artisan market. Food was very good. The architecture was a bit cold and out of place for the location.

Wonderful place to get away and relax, great facilities and customer care is exemplary. Restaurant staff even serves us food when we missed dinner service after 9pm. Great Wheelchair accessibikuty with spacious bathroom. Rooms with a nice view on 3rd floor. We will visit again for sure to enjoy the pools even ore.

Had a wonderful time here. Easy transition and opportunity without hindrance to walk into a sauna in a pool that's in the open-air. There are 2 Finnish saunas: One inside the building, another box outside on a terrace with a beautiful view. Also a Turkish sauna, a sauna with incense, an infrared sauna. A big rest zone. The building is fresh, all new. It's a bar restaurant where you make delicious meals and desserts.
