Great location and value, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, and spacious rooms. Cleaning was not great and there was a small water leak as well as some smell in our room.

The rating of the hotel clearly needs to be adjusted. Very awful hotel.
Ordered 1 bed, given 2 separate. They said there were no others. Do whatever you want at 12 in the morning. There were no towels in the room either. They brought it, and they're dirty.
Carpet is all the same in spots.
Everything is dirty and not well-groomed.
I don't recommend staying here.

Worst hotel ever. They said first impression are really important, well this hotel is located next to striptease bar, the entrance of it is exactly on same passage in front of hotel entrance. Second impression: parking… after booking a parking place we arrived to be told there was no parking available, after some bla bla bla somehow there was a parking, oh magic. So we were happy again, till the man in charge of the parking lot was really angry cause he had to actually do his job and show us where to park (due to it being a shared private parking you couldnt park eveywhere and u needed an assigned place) So we got to reception ask for our room and they gave us one on the last floor, but oh surprise, theres no lift till the last floor, so u gotta carry your luggage up the stairs or wait for the angry man from the parking lot to help you and throw your luggage at the end to the floor like if it was a bag of trash. Anyway you would say im in my room already what can go wrong now, well let me give you an idea, a tiny room without windows! So we went to sleep trying not to think of the little cell we were spending the night at. Next day woke up with a bad rash all over my legs when looking for the source of it… we found bugs! Creepy disgusting bugs crawling from under the bed. When confronted in reception the answer was, "thats not ours, it must have been from a prior guest" like if it was a thing, they were bugs!

This is my favorite Hotel in Belgrade. Close to centre, you have a parking place free of charge. Very clean and comfortable.

Used to be a good visible hotel comma but due to bad management just falls. The staff does not provide due attention to the client's problems and wishes. If the landlord does not take action immediately, this place will turn into a hole in which the big money was invested.

Overall great: staff in all parts of the hotel was very friendly and helpful and speaking English perfectly. Room was clean, had a good size and the supplied products were great as well. Enjoyed the Spa area, too. Recommendation.

I have been a regular guest at the Life Design Hotel for the past 5 years. The location is excellent, and the reception staff are always very welcoming and helpful — every time. I always look forward to my time in the Life Design Hotel, especially for the perfect service provided by the staff, the comfort of the rooms, and the wonderful breakfasts. Highly recommended!

Totally overrated place. Rooms are clean and fine, but that is to be expected in ANY place (no matter if 1* or 4*, 5*). Bathroom ok although it needs some repairs (mirror on the wall was pulled out of the wall on one side, cover of the plug in was also broken and fell out as soon as I touched it…). The location: it's near the city center, but the view is terrible (old building blocks). The hotel is right next to a strip club and very loud music is heard in the loby. The biggest disappointment was wellness and spa world. Although it looks good on photos, the jacuzzi had dirty and smelly water, which stunk in the whole space around it (including relaxing zone). There are 3 saunas and in all of them one can hear a loud noise of some machines which stop you from relaxing. One of them had some traces of burned instalations on the cealing and smelled funny so we escaped very fast. Bathrobes and towels were old and torn. Overall impression was that wellness is old and not being well taken care of. Massages were very good and masseuses polite and nice. We chose the offer "love and chocolatte" from the website which includes 2 chocolatte cakes, which we never got. Guests should be spared of having to ask for something like that, as it was included in the offer. Breakfast was pretty good, but the waiters were slightly unplesant, talking loud and sometimes swearing, without making an effort to say good morning to the guests.

The receptionist was cold, and put out. We had traveled all day in the car, and were exhausted and desperate. However, we loved our message therapist, Alexandra! She did everything possible to save our evening including organizing a delicious bottle of Chardonnay to go along with our message and jacuzzi.
We returned to our room happy and relaxed. Big thumbs up for Alexandra.

Is in perfect position in the hard center of Belgrade. You can walk everywhere there in a few minutes. Very comfortable and clean rooms with the maximum facilities. Free Parking place in a closed and safe Garage Polite people working there were they offer you an excellent service General they have extremely fair prices for all those total facilities.

A very good hotel in the center of Belgrade offering spacious, clean and well-maintained rooms. The bed is spacious and very comfortable. They offer covered underground parking. Breakfast is superb — rich choice of delicious food — cold and hot cuisine. They also offer a SPA included in the price, but unfortunately we could not take advantage of it. Wi-Fi with good quality. It is necessary to change the towels in the bathroom! They are quite humorous!

+ great location, parking included, breakfast included, spa in hotel, good price — visible damages of room’s equipment (especially bathroom). Permanently running ventilation does not help the room to be quiet.

Staff very friendly — food poor — room on 6th floor was to hot as air conditioning was out of order — staff did offer another room as they knew we might complain but we had already showered and eaten before this other room would have been available so we declined the room move.

Getting to the hotel by car is tricky the first time, if you don't know the area. It's in a one way street and not really that well marked. They have a valet service, and the guy was friendly, if a bit awkward. The garage is up a narrow side street and very crowded. Receptionist was very friendly and capable. The first room they gave me didn't have running water (a pipe burst and I noticed water coming out of storm drains in a nearby street earlier, so that's likely). Upon reporting the issue, they immediately moved me to another part of the hotel and a bigger room. Considering the hotel is not that old, I wouldn't have expected issues with the shower fixture, but luckily I could draw a bath instead. Rooms in general look quite nice, but don't expect any views. Location is good, within walking distance to several points of interest.
