Massively overpriced! Clean but bland rooms that just don’t come anywhere near to justifying the price. Location means you’re constantly stuck in traffic.

Very worst hotel… Not upto the standards of marriott.
The representatives doesn't know what customers will say. The food is worst they will never listen to customers what they have requested.
Myself is platinum customer of the hotel, booked the advance reservation and kept luggage while checking out on advance reservation but once I came back they didn't retrieved my reservation moreover there is no information on luggage also. This is not my country and I am helpless at hotel reception without any kind of information.

Large older hotel with good service. Breakfast is good, but I experienced ill fortune with in room dining. Manyects of the physical plant beg for renovation, and access by automobile from all but one approach require traversing labyrinthine back streets behind the hotel property, which adds to already excessive travel times around Riyadh.

Nice hotel. Check in quick and friendly. Lobby coffee shop area very nice. Rooms are fine but a small window. Gym is for men only and is looking tired. Pool area lovely, inside. Lots of staff around and some shops in the lobby.

Excellent facilities. Rooms comfortable amazing swimming pool. Gym equipment in need of updating as it looks a little old and not all functional. Nice restaurant though the lunch buffet was£50 For a quick bite!

A very memorable place for me and my husband. This is were we met and the restaurant they have inside become our favorite dating place. The hotel room are neat and nice. The cafe and restaurants offers great tasting food.

It's a classic hotel that gives high quality of service.

No need give description about Marriott hotel, it has its brand stable. Buffet was good. But less options in main course More options in starters salad and deserts, Which is good for less intake and more options.

A good hotel with excellent facilities. All the things about the hotel are good except traffic. There is a traffic jam in front of hotel daily during working days/office hours. Some time the police blocks entrance to Khurais road causing this jam. Otherwise facilities and staff are on a better side. Events are also managed professionally. It has good space for parking for customers. Nice concierge area. Rooms are good but a little on expensive side. Locality wise not too many attractions at walking distance but if you can drive a few minutes all major attractions are nearby.

The room smells bad (like wet carpet). Requests were ignored (empty the mini fridge). There were no slippers (I find this crucial). However, reception were friendly and the check-in and check-out were quick.

Rooms and clean and tidy and most as good size. Plenty of choice of food from room service or the 3 restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. Place does look and feel old in places but no problems experienced so far and stay regularly when in Riyadh on business.

The people and service were very good. Very happy to have a room for a female gym for all hours access. The Executive Lounge snack selection was not consistently impressive, with the options towards the end of the week resembling more to be leftovers rather than fresh recipes. There was an option to check in via the mobile app, but no mobile check-out, which resulted in a delay and inconvenience of standing in line. And… where’s the chocolate on my pillow?!

A typical 5 star hotel, all very clean and well maintained. An incredible breakfast buffet. There's just everything. At least as good are the changing dinner buffets.

Very good hotel. The hotel can make use of some renovation work especially for bathrooms. I prefer a sbower box over bathtub, but I have noticed that shower boxes are not that common in Riyadh. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. The breakfast area needs a facelift and the idea of charging extra for other than black coffee does not make sense. Overall, this is much better than many of the old hotels in Riyadh and the service is good.

The hotel was not too bad, but it needs to upgrade because it looks very old. I did not stay in the hotel, but I had a meeting in one of the downstairs' halls. It was a bit humid and hot. The hall was very closed up because we were underground, and it felt like I was drowning in heat. The service was very helping. I was lost and didn't know where to go, and I asked them and they gave me the directions politely. I gave it 3 stars out of 5 because there was no air conditioning, and no vending machines for water or snacks. The view from the outside looked great. One thing that was hard to find was the entry door for cars because there was only one and it was right after a rotary.

Worst experience in an acclaimed five star hotel ever. Staff at the hotel is not responding to emails, not helpful at all. For a room which was prepaid by the company, the a hold was put on my credit card which a week after the stay has not been released. Rooms are not as clean as you would expect. Never again!

Luxurious hotel in good location (except the traffic in daily peak hours) with 5 start rooms, halls, restaurants, facilities and services.

An old ugly hotel, the staff is very nice but everything is tedious to explain, no one understands anything here the first time — the steakhouse is very good.

Other than the high traffic in the peak periods of the city, the Hotel helps you unwind. With sound proofed rooms, clean and neat, 24 hours Health Club and all world cuisines according to interest, you will love it. Don't miss out on the Steak Restaurant. The Concierge Services, especially with the Philippino Folks, EXCELLENT! Plenty of Parking Space and enough Halls for any Meeting Size, Party or Event of choice.

Had a few minor and normal issues with the room service but over it was a great stay at the hotel apartments.

One of the best places to have a training session in. Conference rooms is fully equipped. Restaurant is amazing.

The Mosaic Resturant Dinner buffet was below average and is not worth the money of 215 SR per person, the waitress service was not adequate. It is better to spend half of that money on nearby restaurants with better services.

The hotel is nice but the buildings are old and there aren't indoor connection between buildings.

I am a Marriott rewards member and I used to checking in with other Marriott branches all over the world. My experience here was not phenomenal there was no welcome greeting in the television, no welcome fruit basket, nothing. Free wi fi come with my membership and besides I have my own pocket Wi-Fi. So Riyadh Marriott has not offered me something spectacular during this stay. We stayed here 2 years ago and the same nothing changed.

Awesome appartment, it was really large and comfy. Great services, price, and cleanliness One star down because of the reward points are counted only by a quarter.

A very grand place, well designed with wide spaces. Staff are very polite and efficient. Standard rooms are small and so are the bathrooms. Was kept awake in the night due noises from passing traffic, sound proofing is on the weaker side. Buffet spreads although have a wide variety but taste is average.

The hotel overall is well done. The staff are all friendly and helpful and they all seem to know your name and remember it. Standard rooms are a bit small but well done and more than enough if you are here on business travel. The only complaint I have with the rooms that you can hear road noise from them. Not anything unusual if you are used to staying in a big city though. The gym is large and has a lot of equipment. I wish they had a few more exercise bikes but that is a personal preference. If you want a treadmill they have plenty.

I am recommending this hotel for every individual those who wants to come relax, chill and enjoy, I must say This is the best down town hotel in riyadh. Food are delicious and fantastic, specially in Ramadan, don't forget to try mouth watering food in their Restaurant called "Mosaic"

The Best choice 4* hotel on Makkah Highway. Adjacent to Diplomatic Quartet.

Location is in center of Riyadh, but on a very jammed road. Nonetheless it's nice inside.

I stayed here on business. I was booked into a room without a bed, it was made-up with a sofa fold-out bed. They should do be booking rooms without a proper bed. I spoke with the manager and he put me in a proper hotel room.

Good location if the hotel is near where you want to be. Kept telling the AC to raise the temperature but it kept lowering it instead. I figure it's a 5 star hotel, the AC knows what I want better than I do. Breakfast was great, but I'd never pay 145 riyals for it, luckily it was included in the rate. Not sure why I need to indicate the hotels star level, it's known.

My stays at Riyadh Marriott have been very comfortable and I have enjoyed the personalized service that this particular Marriott provides. The staff (managers, waiters, and bellboys) makes an effort to remember your name and they go out of their way to serve you better. The rooms are clean as you would expect from Marriott. However, one small complaint is that the executive rooms are identical to the standard room. If you are a Gold or Platinum member, your complementary upgrade will provide you with more or less the same type of room. The buffet breakfast is also excellent. Overall, I highly recommend the Riyadh Marriott Hotel.

Hotel very nice. An effort could be made (as for the Jeddah Marriott). Friendly staff. Possibility to pick a driver for Damman has 400 km of Riyadh for only 900 SAR.
