We’ve been there last Christmas. Amazing experience. We love the the acoustic band that play that day. Our rooms is so nice, clean and the staff is so accomodating. Definitely we’ve come back.

We have lived in Samoa for 18 months and have just discovered this beautiful resort. Idyllic setting over a beautiful reef where you can either relax in tranquility or take to snorkling and other water activities. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful but also give you that right balance of space you need when unwinding. The food is the perfect mix of fresh local and quality imported cuisine. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. We would would highly recommend this boutique resort.

Stayed here for 5 days. You should too. The staff are all amazingly friendly. The rooms are modern — we had a waterfront room with a deck that let us watch crabs on the rocks below and fish swimming past. A reef about 200m offshore creates a lagoon that protects swimmer from any waves. We snorkelled among fish, coral and starfish every day. When the sea was too warm, the infinity pool by the bar was nice and cool. We went to two Fiafia nights — a BBQ dinner and local song and dance show. The staff also put on a cultural demonstration during the day, showing us how to shuck and open coconuts, and weaving leaves into plates and hats. This is as far from Apia as you can get. There are no ATMs or shops nearby (the nearest store is a couple of km away). We spent a day in Apia, and then were happy to be back here. The resort takes credit card, but you will need some cash. The resort can have a rental car delivered — you can pay by credit card, but you need to provide a bond (either 300 Tala in cash or your passport). The To-Sua trench is 15 minutes drive up the coast. Go there. Recommendations: — bring your own snorkeling gear, and don't cheap out on it. The resort (and many beaches) have some gear available, but it's not generally great quality and flippers seem rare.

Stayed here for 5 days. And it was an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING place to stay! Everything about the place is amazing. Staff are super friendly and are almost family by the time you leave, the rooms are very nice and spacious, the resort grounds are immaculately kept. Beautiful gardens and a beautiful coral reef with many tropical fish. Will definately visit again!

We stayed here for 5 nights in April 18 for my birthday and absolutely loved it. It was evidently off season so we were one of a few people there, but despite that the vibe of the place was amazing and the staff were incredibly attentive and lovely people. The resort itself was beautiful with amazing views. Food was 10/10 not a single bad thing to say about it. Loved it would recommend (and have done) to anyone — will be back one day! Faafetai!

Just got back from our honey moon in Samoa, it was also my first time back since 2011 also my first time going without my parents so I was really nervous. We spent two nights at Le Uaina hotel and my husband then asked if we could check out Aga Reef cause he used to work there. We walked in there with no intentions of booking a room but I just could not resist! The staff are sooo friendly and very welcoming. The view was just AMAZING! Our first night there and we couldn’t work the TV so the owner (im pretty sure he was? The Fijian man) came and tried to work it, had no luck so he told us to pack our things just incase they can’t work it they will move us to another room. Next day came and we came back to find out we have been moved to the VIP room! It was AMAZING! Thank you so much for having my husband and I. We will definitely visit again real soon ❤️ Have recommended yous to friends and family.

The staff at Aga Reef Resort are more than accomodating, after a horrible plane ride which had us landing in Samoa at 01:00 in the morning the friendly staff greeted us at the airport and took us back the 2 hour long drive to the resort where we were greeted with warm and welcoming faces. Nothing was an issue for them. In the morning when we arose we found ourselves in the most stunning little Villa facing the lagoon and further out the ocean. There were fish literally at our doorstep — it was almost unbelievable except we were there! The room was perfect. King bed, bar fridge, coffee and tea facilities and large spacious bathroom. We hired snorkles day one for free from reception along with beach towels and made use of them every day until we left (about 7 days) we went for a few trips to the tranquil islands and surrounds — I enjoyed it was away from the main tourist rush but still enough to do to keep up occupied. We climbed mountains, went to little islands, swam with turtles and many many fish. We did go for a trip into Apia and subsequently were taken on a trip around the island with various points of interest pointed out to us along the way. All the while, super excited to get back to our private villa on the water and enjoy resort cooked meals and happy hour!

Wonderful place for a family holiday. Not too big or busy. Beautiful location. Great rooms and facilities. Also very good rental car company handy which was great to get out and explore. Lots to see!

We saw turtles, octopus and baby sharks from our balcony as we sat and drank in the shade of our unit in the warm conditions, food and service great, this was my second time took wife along had a great time.

Great place we stayed at for our week holiday to Samoa, great view from the dining area and pool and some of the best snorkeling in Samoa. Aga Secret is also a yummy cocktail!
