This is our second year staying at this hotel. I like everything, it’s clean, cozy, the beds are very comfortable, there is a kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking. Before this year, we had no experience staying in guest houses. We happened to visit this guest house in Lazarevskoye absolutely by accident. And we consider this lucky, because the owners of such houses make history.

It was magical.

The owner is also a renowned winemaker, and a refrigerator with young homemade wine awaits you downstairs.

An excellent place for those who need developed infrastructure. Shops, market, water park and river are 3-5 minutes walk away. The sea is 12-15 minutes walk.
