I don't recommend it. The staff is constantly busy, had to wait 15 minutes for the solution of a trifling situation. A hotel with a claim to poshness, but at the same time mediocre. First, a shower without a curtain, so on the floor in front of it formed a puddle. Secondly, I saw a live cockroach in the bathroom. Finally, after discharge I got a call from the hotel and was told that I had a drink from the minibar for 700 rubles, although the mini-bar was locked, and I did not have a key to it, because when I was checking in I was asked if I was going to use the minibar, and I replied that I was not going to. The experience from the hotel remained generally unpleasant.

This definitely is not a 5 star hotel as advertised! The hotel is is conviniently located in a mall which has access to restaurants which is the only good thing I have tonsat, but other than that it's one of the worst hotels and service I have every came across! The rooms are decent with old furnishing but not much of in-room services. Don't expect to get an iron board, as it's attached to the wall and you would need to iron your clothes in the hall. The A/C doesn't cool much especially when the windows don't close properly and you get hot air in (summer) and you can hear every noise that goes on outside. Reception would never answer your call and expect to wait or have someone accommodate your concerns 24h + if ever! These issues are only some of what I have came across but the list goes on if you include what the rest of the group had to mention. Though there were some "positive/decent" points about the hotel, the service was extremely horrible that I had no choice but to give it what it the one star…

Nice hotel. We arrived 4 hours ahead of check in time and within 15 minutes got our room. The staff is unobtrusive and polite, every day there was a cleaning in the room and fresh towels.
On the territory of a lot of entertainment: cinema, billiards, children's center, shops. There are several places to eat and drink, including on the 25th floor with a beautiful view of the city. Free gym and sauna. Also there is a pool, but paid.
The breakfast is very tasty and varied, plus fresh fruits and desserts.
Very happy with the accommodation, the only minus-on the last day almost disappeared hot water. We were offered to move to another room.

Located in the center of the city, the mall has a big variety of modern and traditional restaurants, shops, several bars and a couple od night clubs. The prices are a little bit higher than average in the city but still attractive.

Tasteless left rooms, cheap plasma. Some rags instead of towels. In the room on the 17th floor is clearly heard Ttstyts disco at 25m. Breakfast is not much, but the choice of muffin is rich. The muffin is good.

Hotel in the mall, when the weather is cold is very suitable, because you can not go out can easily spend a day in it, eat, go shopping, children's playground have.

Big hotel with many rooms and quick checkout service. Hotel rooms feel dated and need an overhaul, the breakfast needs improving unless you’re in to stale pastries and canned fruit. Feels like a very “Soviet” style hotel. The bar on the 25th floor has some of the worst food I’ve ever had… The hotel did serve its purpose though; I slept and left.

Rented a room for a day. During this time had a great time without leaving the complex. Swam in the pool, went to the sauna, watched the movie, eat and all this included in the room rate. You could still go to gym, but I didn't.

It's modern high class hotel, with shopping center and food court, so in winter cold season it's useful to stay with comfortness. But the hotel is not near from City center of Kazan.

The views of the city are good.
No towels. Very poor bathroom set. There is no kettle and cups in the room. No napkins either.
Boiled water was carried 45 minutes, although promised to deliver through 25 (rush hour at 7pm in the kitchen). But the whole three cups in the room and a huge amount of expensive alcohol in the mini-bar.
Curtains in room 1511 do not close until the end and at night right in the face beats the light from the lantern.
The breakfasts are standard for 3 * but not for 5 *. Sausages, eggs, mushrooms, cheese, etc. At the same time at the entrance is not enough to name the number, ask for a card and prokatyvajut it. Interestingly, breakfast is available from 6 am to 17 pm, with the menu changing at noon.

A classy complex in the center of the city, a worthy place for guests. There is everything you need. Rooms are large, confortable and clean. Bed is perfect. Hotel staff is friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast buffet is mega, all kinds off food available. Can recommend the hotel for all kinds of stay.

Great hotel. Serious security at the entrance. Great breakfast which is included in the room rate. In the evening musical programs-performance of artists "live". Gallery shops with a very different assortment. The room is gorgeous. Free bottle of water in the room. If finances allow-I advise to stay here.

Good restaurants and cinema.

Good location. The stock can buy a number for a very democratic price. It is close to the Gorky Park, which is a very large entertainment café for children. I don't like conjugation of the hotel and noisy mall. Security check of baggs with xrays at the entrance of the hotel is something weird and start to bother if you have to pass it for many times during a day.

Good location. The hotel with the assigned five (these are the Hard 4 stars) in a place where there are no objects to visit except the bitter park. The center of Kazan is far away. The shops are expensive and slaves. The café is a lot, but everything is down to McDonald's, except for the extra lounge on the last floor of the tower-the view is beautiful, food is not.

It's a pretty boring place, lots of shops and cafes, but no soul. Alas. Bring the fountain into normal condition, look at it sad. Interesting stay — I had the "pleasure" of staying 3 weeks in this place. The rooms are nice and clean and the view spectecular. The indoor pool and sauna on the 12th floor was included in my rate — nice. If you stay Friday or Saturday night, you have the questionable honor of listening to the disco on the 25th floor. Regardless of where your room is! And they don't stop until 5:00 am the next morning. The breakfast is not 5 stars at all. The coffee is instant and all the foods are the same every day. During my stay a bunch of party people got into the security room and woke the whole hotel via the intercom at 4:30 am — nice.

Often visit with friends at the restaurant "La cafeteria", I love it. Interestingly organized in the Korston lottery — sweepstakes on holidays. For example Valentine's Day. We always arrive. Thank You To The Korston!
