Very Very Bad Hotel tariff are confirm to Check in time after Check out time change the price. there Are not good for customer.

Food is ok ok. Service is good.

Hotel is very good and the location is also easy to find but the service is not that good as I expected.

Hotel comfort staff is so co-operative and kind in nature. Hotel cleaning is good hotel is near in market area, railway station, bus station, hospital. Hotels interior is good. Worth are money.

I was stay hear last week, such a best hotel in Surat, best advantage for this hotel is all popular place nearby, such a good and coprative staff, food is also nice.

This is a worst hotel and they are cheaters I take a family room for my family and at the same day after confirming the room they told me that this room has some issue regarding water pipe and at that time I was outside & they told me either you come back or we will shift your room and transfer your luggage so I decided to come back to the hotel because I was worried about my luggage and they told me to shift the room I question so they told me that it is urgent so they shift the room from family room to normal room which is quite small but they charged the same tarif so my family told me that it is ok for us because we are staying here one more day and after some hours I saw that the same family room they are giving to some other person, so friends please don't book this hotel specially if you are coming with your family.

Nice for guests… The best thing is it's 24 hrs so when ever we want we can go outside.

Comfortable accommodation. Good staff. Convenient location. One can hire an auto to almost anywhere in Surat at just about a 100 mtrs walk from hotel.

Rooms are clean. Staff is very courteous. Hope they had a in-house restaurant.

An average hotel. It is located in a busy street, so expect noisy environment. Car parking is very limited. Bathroom was not very clean. If you are looking for a calm place, this is not for you. There is no restaurant, however hotel people said they can arrange from a nearby restaurant. There are good restaurants nearby.
