The price and quality are excellent. To stay is provided all the details. The hostess is very friendly. The rooms are both en-suite and shared. There is a kitchen with all the accessories. Parking is available on site. Everything is clean, neat. Not far from the resort area. Shops and market nearby. Walking Alley for walking. Everyone likes it! Thank you to the hospitable hostess! We recommend to stay in the guest House "Koshkin House" for treatment in sanatoriums, for rest, for overnight stays on the way to the sea!

Favorite Guest House in Hot Key. Mistress Olya makes the guest house is the house, not the hotel. There's everything you need.
