Stayed at this hotel in January on the way to Krasnaya Polyana. Rooms were booked a few days before arrival. Upon arrival, it turned out that our rooms had already been rented to someone, but there are rooms more expensive, luxury categories. We went with a small child, so I had to agree. The rooms themselves are in a deplorable condition, from the suite only one name. The wallpaper on the walls peels off, all the furniture is in a deplorable condition and in dust, there are no sockets near the bed, there is only one outlet for the whole room, the bathroom renovation was divided, probably, about 10 years ago. THERE'S MUD ALL AROUND! And the boorish attitude of the staff further "brightens up" the whole situation.
I appeal to those who are going to stay here, especially with a small child, do not choose this hotel! I've never seen a worse setting than here!
