Room and bathroom large beds soft and well the dining room resembles a station hall with very good staff,
The entertainment at the dinner needs getting used to, the only flaw is the handling of complaints, which was jack in the bathroom

This place is horrible, the room is ok but the bathroom has a really bad smell, I couldn't stay in that place for more than 10 minutes and the smell was even in the hall. The elevators are just in the middle of the hotel and I had to walk a lot to get in my room, which is a lot after a long day visiting museums and walking through the city. The breakfast is terrible, everything is the cheapest thing from the market. Would not recommend.

It is a whole complex: a shopping mall, a spa, a subway in the hotel building, a huge hotel. It's a very convenient location. The rooms are cozy, clean, comfortable beds. Good noise insulation, there is silent air conditioning. Breakfast buffet, skimpy and tasteless, but there is the necessary minimum: porridge, sausages, bacon.

Hotel set-up is very awkward. Our room was 150 metres away from the hotel lift! There are more rooms down the corridor. Wi-Fi was satisfactory, though procedure to get connected iz bit complicated. Room is with great views on Nevski Bridge. It's pretty small. In bathroom was just a soap. Toilet paper was terrible. To thin! Only 4 lifts available. In peaks long waiting time. Very limited food choice for breakfast. Again long waiting time for coffee.

The hotel is very nice, we took a suite, booked on the hotel's website. The room is fully matched by the photos on their website. The room was clean and cozy. View from the windows of Alexandro-Nevsky Lavra. We didn't go to breakfast because we woke up late. Although the breakfast was included. The hotel is located in a shopping mall building so there were no problems with food! On the second floor of the shopping center there is a Chocolate, a cafe with home cooking (very tasty and inexpensive) and some other restaurant like a pizzeria. Parking for cars 600 rubles per day, there is always space. In general, the hotel liked! And if we stay in St. Petersburg again, we will stay in it!

It's gloom, not a hotel! I was first moved to an untidy room, then changed the room in it were two small beds, although the reservation was for one big bed! The staff! Cheap hotel with rooms for 14700! And even did not really apologize! I ran to them three times to solve this issue! There's nothing to breathe in the rooms! Worst hotel in UPB!

Wonderful view from the window on the Neva, the Bridge of Alexander Nevsky. When arrival we were given a room with a class above-a nice bonus. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfasts without special delights, standard set-cheese, sausage, sausages, meatballs, fish, eggs, cheese, a little vegetables and fruit, pastries. Everything is delicious.

Quite modern hotel. The entrance is a mess, especially in the morning when the groups of tourists move on.
The Wii-Fi sucks, continuously loses connection (problem encountered by the whole group). The rooms are also a bit shabby. The carpeting in some rooms leaves to be desired and we had no problems with towels (in a room occupied by a couple each day were left only towels for one person). And the "kit" of the soap is given only on request…

For the positive it is direct proximity to the Metro that goes to the tourist center and its restaurant of good quality.
On the other hand for a 4 star it is a bit exaggerated it is closer to the 3 see 2 stars compared to Paris because the rooms are really old… stained carpets and a little dark water to take a shower… and a bit noisy.

The big plus: right next to the Metro and not very far from the city center the big minus: it's a very big hotel… A factory!
In conclusion: to sleep there is perfect. Plan the mosquito repellent!

The room was a bit small. The room was not very clean with many stains on the carpet. There's not enough elevators for the amount of people and rooms. The restaurant downstairs has great food and service. It was also convenient to have a bar open 24hrs on the 8th floor with a view. Not my cup of tea but hookers were very visible late night at the bar. Lastly, I'd hate to know why the need for the huge bouncer visible at all hours in the lower family restaurant but I certainly felt safe and somewhat intimidated.

Too many Chinese tourists impolite, vehicles that make runs at night on the Boulevard, old-fashioned Deco, food not top. Nice view from some rooms. In short: to avoid.

Unobtrusive Russian service… Called the evening on the day of arrival asking to pat things, told to call tomorrow from 8 am. Called at 8 am with a request for an urgent order with the willingness to pay as much as they say, said that a lot of orders, pat yourself. Not so bad: rooms are not dirty, furnishings, wallpapers are quite new, food is good but service… Well, definitely not a 4 star.

A very well organized hotel, with cozy rooms, and fast Wi-Fi. The locations is perfect, as there is a 24h supermarket underneath, as well as a metro station that you can access instantly. I rate this place 5/5

Huge hotel, 8 floors, 300 rooms on the floor. The breakfast was excellent. On the 8th floor there is a bar with panoramic views of the Neva and the Alexander Nevsky Lavra. Many tourists from the celestial Empire.

Discreet hotel, huge structure, very peripheral, close to Metro station, crowded by schools, in front of the cemetery of artists and the Lavra of S. Alessandro Nievsky, safe in the room, phone calls from room for free.

Though they tell you it's a 4 star hotel, I will say it's a budget hotel. Breakfast is good. Room service is not up to the mark. Front desk is horrible except 2/3 guys, they understand English very good and helpful. Not recommended until you have no choice to stay at other place.

The hotel is quite large, but the rooms are very tight with rosettes, the shampoo is terrible. The smoking room is only on the 8th floor and is unbearable there. On the same floor and on the first floor in the evening after 23:00 there appear "Girls of Easy Behavior". Pleased breakfast, good variety but did not like the hotel restaurant with high prices but the food is really very much even nothing.

The worst hotel I have stayed in for a long time. To start the rooms seem zulos; The carpets emit a smell of tobacco that is not even with the windows open; The bathroom has a curtain in the tub which I guess is the same one I had when I first opened the hotel; There are no plugs anywhere, you have to move the desk to find them behind the minibar.
The main elevators always take a long time to come and if you arrive you will like in a can of sardines; Sometimes you have to resort to the secret elevators but these leave you in a smelly lobby and in the back of the "hotel".
The dining room is the worst because it gathers a lousy catering, with little variety and located in a corner of the enclosure, to supply some 200 diners who, undoubtedly make a few very long queues to serve the garbage they put. If you like good coffee is not your place because all they serve is aguachirri of American coffee, but still there is a long tail in the coffeemaker.

Great value for the money, there is a huge variety of food for breakfast, and the transport from the hotel to the city center is easily accessible.

The only good thing going for this hotel is it's location. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend it, and don't let that four-star rating fool you — it's a joke. We were given a room with a "large" bed. Instead we were surprised by a tiny little room with two single beds that were pushed together. The room was so small that there was only enough room surrounding the bed to walk around — there wasn't space to even open our suitcases! And forget about amenities like table, chairs or a desk — all we had was a set of shelves and a tiny stand, that were put together from metal profiles and glass. There was no mirror in the room, not even a trash bin. The power outlets were situated in the most bizarre places. My wife's morning routine was a struggle, considering where the mirror and outlets were. The bathroom was awful — there was a predominant smell of damp rag. It had no ventilation, and all the steam was either left lingering in there or let out into the room. We were not supplied with any cosmetics — no body lotions, shower gel or shampoo, or even soap. There was only a soap dispenser on the wall. When I called and asked for shampoo and shower gel, I was scolded to use the soap dispenser! I told them I'm not going to wash my body and hair with that and was soon given packets of the proper stuff, but again reprimanded and reminded that everyone gets to use only the soap dispensers.

It is huge with constant bustle of tourists but with friendly and helpful receptionist. It is in a good location for the city centre which is 20minutes. The hotel is at the end of the Nevski perspective.

Great experiment, Nevsky Avenue, Al's Square. Nevsky. There's a Nevay laurels and a bridge with the same al. Nevsky. The bus stop and the subway station in step from the hotel entrance. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Wide selection of "drinking-edalnyh" establishments, cinema, shopping mall, gift departments. The staff is courteous, polite and (most importantly) unobtrusive. For your category, a very decent place!

I've been to hotels all over the world but this 4 star fatigue deserves 2 I just say that.

I was in a beauty salon in hotel Moscow, everything was nice, a beautiful salon, good masters, a nice administrator. They did haircuts and coloring, master Diana. That's what I wanted and asked for. Diane, besides being a good master, a very nice and beautiful girl. Thank you. Next to the Master young man, he was able to see what a beautiful haircut and his style he had made to his client. This is a massive hotel — too big for its capabilities. It is near two metro stations, which is good. There is a supermarket in the same building, so you can buy yourself some cheap food. The hotel is constantly crowded, and it is short-staffed. Wifi worked decent. There are power outlets in the rooms — just in stupid places. The breakfast is an absolute disaster. Only two buffet rooms to accommodate the massive number of guests is ridiculous. Eating and serving yourself can easily take an hour. The staff takes your plates, even if you just go to refill your coffee. Stay somewhere else.

Sorry but the experience was very negative and did not live up to a 4 star.

The level of the hotel fell sharply. Breakfasts are ugly — as in a Chinese hotel — omelette and sausages and porridge on the water — the worst version of the service. Paid late departures are refused to be provided. It seems that they pull the last juices out of the hotel without investing anything… that's how it's going to come down — sadness.

Awesome hotel. Right on Nevsky prospect. Great service and clean rooms with everything you would need from the hotel room. If you don't have something, just ask the concierge and they would gladly help you. Good breakfast. Would definitely come back.

Hotel is not so good, it has old numbers. Sleeping quality is not perfect bed is OK, but you can hear what's going on bear your number. Wi-Fi is unavailable somewhere inside.

The hotel has the Soviet era, but it is not bad enough, now there is only on-duty on the floor. Cleaned daily, it is a good idea. Friendly staff, clean and normal, Pivorame could be a good idea for lunch, while the 8 floor very nice guys-bartenders. BUT! This toilet paper that is doled out in rooms ' standard ' I (we) simply nowhere to be seen and could not use it! Do you want to save money on such things? Many of our group went to the Prism and bought a normal paper and wanted to advise those who decides these issues here with a week it lent.

The property is composed of about 2000 rooms and is a hotel intended for use for large international groups.
