Excellent if your going to the airport. A bit of a distance to town though.

My friend forgot his bag in their shuttle bus on Sunday and the hotel said they were going to contact the driver but up until I left on Tuesday, they did nothing about it and said that they driver has not resumed since that Sunday. Also on Monday I left $320 in an envelope on the reading table before I went out and when I got back I found only $220 and my handbag was checked. I know this because the drugs I left in my handbag were on the table. When I spoke to the hotel about this, they checked their security camera and saw the cleaner who cleaned my room in my absence. Instead of asking the cleaner about the money, they said the cleaner has been working with them for two years so it’s not possible she took it. I then insisted on having the police look into it and they agreed to call the police but they stalled until it was time for me to leave since my flight was boarding in an hour and just told me that it was fault I lost my money since I didn’t put it in the safe.

It's the best you can get in St Petersburg. Great.

A new and tidy hotel. Breakfast is not diverse, but it will come down. In the off-season the cost is quite adequate, the location is ideal on the other. To the airport and CAD.

Good quality hotel for one night stopover amenities. Closw to Pulkovo airport. Free shuttle busses connect Pulkovo to the hotel. Friendly staff. Lots of tourists.

At breakfast the Chinese tourists do not remove the outerwear. Very strange.

Little distance from city… but good hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and the room was great, and the rooms were not open.

The night after the flight, the free shuttle transfer from Pulkovo once per hour, and you can return to the subway or the port, okay, convenient. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It wasn't enough that the fridge and that was just because you were with the hotel who needed the cold. I can't think of any flaws except, unless it's not the most lucky coffee in the breakfast.

Very close to airport. Takes about 45 mins to reach city. Best location for having convention or business meetings for big group.

The room was very clean. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. There is a free bus to the Moscow Metro.
No license for alcohol-don't buy a drink tonight, but you're allowed to do it. The room was not clean every day.
Convenient for those who go to expoforum or just transfer in Petersburg.

Clean and quiet new hotel on the outskirts of St. Petersburg adjacent to a new convention center under construction. Rooms were nice with all of the modern amenities. Service was great, especially from Evgenya & Maya. The only two negatives were the lack of a bar or ANY booze because they've yet to procure their license, and the poor drainage situation in our room's shower. All in all, I'd heartily recommend, just BYOB!

Very clean, relatively new hotel with all the amenities you would expect from a Hampton. Only issue is that the lobby bar was yet to open and it is at least a 10 minute drive to anywhere to get a drink. Staff very friendly and happy to help with any requests.
