Very nice hotel. We rested with my wife, decided to celebrate her birthday. Very responsive staff at the reception. Concierge Ivan upon learning that we first time at this hotel offered us to stay in a suite, although we booked a class room below. The price remained the same, which very pleased us. After learning that my wife's birthday was a surprise. Returning from a walk found in the room tea with herbs and lemon, dessert and congratulations. Such attention is always pleasant, taking care of your customers speaks about the quality of services. The room is spacious and clean. The restaurant was also pleased. The waiters are quick, polite. The food is delicious, with a northern accent. Recommend!

Nice hotel. 4 star. Service is good and I recommend it for stay. Location is not fancy but that's why you have fare rate for room per night.

Great hotel in a fantastic location (only 15 min walk from the Hermitage and Nevsky). Plentiful breakfast and friendly staff, spacious enough rooms. Would definitely recommend to everyone who looks somewhere to stay in St Petersburg.

Hotel, where you are not expected, or water from the wash) the choice of this hotel fell due to the high rating. I will immediately write why minus:-The floor of the room was dirty (well so dirty) ;
— the battery was turned off (for a minute, on the street + 6), in the room-unnecessarily cool;
— There is no drinking water in the room.
The call to the front desk partially solved the problem-the maid came, complained about her hard work (20 rooms per person, thorough cleaning does not have time to do), wiped the floor. It got better, but I wouldn't say it was clean.
The inclusion of air conditioner on + 28 and the battery at the maximum improved the situation-in the room was warmer (not hot, slept under two blankets) drinking water is sold in a shop nearby.
I did not seem to hotel convenient for business trips. The hall is small, there are not enough seats (except to go to the restaurant zone), minimally to see the news and drink coffee for a laptop will not succeed. Prices-for tourists, carbonara in the room for 700 R? No thanks.
There are many tourists, so do not be surprised by the champagne for breakfast (buffet). Breakfast I would call usual, not worse and no better than in other hotels. Coffee as in most places is terrible.

I really love Sokos hotels. And this is no exception. Stayed in a superior room on the 7m floor, from the room a great view of the rooftops. In the room coffee machine, kettle-not always even in hotels of 4 stars it will meet. Very comfortable room. Good breakfast. In the fitness and sauna did not go, but know that they are.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The downside was that we were given a room with a door that was communicating to another room, so we listened to the next of them.

Nice hotel on the… Full 4 stars for the price of 3 in the Nevsky area. And there are no crowds of tourists.

The room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location: Metro nearby (5 minutes to Vasileostrovskoj, 15 minutes to sports), the center can be reached in half an hour. There is a sauna, gym, fast WI-FI, free luggage storage (in case you have arrived earlier or are leaving later). The price includes 50% discount on the visit to the Wellness complex in a 5 * Hotel Network (formerly free It was).
Of the Cons: uncomfortable and shabby waffle robes, not the most comfortable partition in the bathroom, in the winter in the room is cold, on TV a little channels.
The gym: small, it feels like there are simulators, which were cancelled in Bridge, not the best simulators, no Smith simulator, but clean.
Nice spacious sauna, there is water and towels in the hall, 24/7.
Breakfast: If you stick to the proper nutrition, you will not like it, because the choice is rather meager and not tasty, it is better to go for this amount in the café and have a good breakfast, and the money will remain, mainly offered food with sugar and sausage Products. Had a comfortable stay in this hotel though rooms are small in size. Plenty of choice in breakfast menu.

Nice, comfortable hotel with great variation of breakfast. But beware of the potential connecting rooms! You can hear almost everything from the neighbor room which is kind of disturbing.

Great hotel. Regularly stay there on business trips. There is underground Parking for a fee. A decent pub with a good selection of beer :).

In the hotels pub: The chefs burger had way too much salt and the meat had little flavour. Club sandwich appears a better choice. Local beer was fresh and crispy and cold, and service was very very good.

Good pub. Can and watch football, and to play games, and just chat with friends. And the beer is always tasty.

No Guinness, but there is Delirium — Baltika 9 for 260 rubles:).
