Lovely small Boutique Hotel, great location and very friendly staff.

I loved this hotel! The room we stayed in was HUGE with massive beds. The bathroom was super cool too with a built in sound system so you can listen to the radio while showering! The restaurant for breakfast was very nice too with plenty of food.

Lived in a single room of the category standard. Not as much delighted with the hotel as previous commentators. The location is convenient, the staff are polite and responsive. Overlooking unlucky — was in the yard, where lay scaffolding, etc. Connoisseurs would probably say "atmospheric. " The room is very small. The furniture in the room is shabby. Breakfasts of choice are extremely modest. In general, the distinctive plus — only the location.

After the previous hotel, where I was unlucky to spend the night, here is like a fairy tale. Beautiful interior, caring staff. Everything is very tasty in the restaurant!. Thank you, everyone loved it. Now I will not experiment, immediately book here room.

Early August we stayed in an executive room with 3 beds, the view was lovely, the beds comfortable and the updated bathroom well-appointed. The shower did tend to run from warm to too hot at times for no apparent reason. Our room was not ready the day we arrived as another guest had extended their stay, a tray of fruit and bottle of wine was left for us and we were moved the next day. The first night there was a fold out sofa but it was not made up at all and we needed to call someone to come and do it late in the evening when we returned. (It was also rock hard according to my daughter! ) Bottled water, tea and coffee, kettle, mini bar, safe and kettle were available in the room, though the bottled water was sometimes not replenished and had to be requested. One night they brought up a pitcher of water as they had run out of bottled. It was an exceedingly hot and dry summer! The service was friendly, above par our Russian friends assured us, and the level of English spoken was very good, though there were a few misunderstandings. Breakfast was good, though in the middle of summer one would expect more fruit. The blinis are popular and go fast, people wait for the next dish of them to come out. The hotel arranged for our transfer back to the train station on our final morning at a good price which was welcome. We had an early train and they packed breakfasts for us which contained no fresh food, but the yogurt drink and extra water were appreciated.

An excellent hotel with perfect service and very good restaurant. Extremely beautiful and interesting rooms, fantastic design. Very friendly staff, willing to help. Service was perfect. Spa is great and amazing. Very conveniently located, 5 minutes walk to subway. One of the favorite hotel in St. Petersburg now.

Amazing and fantastic hotel. Very conveniently located in the center of St. Petersburg, 5 minutes walk to Subway. Beautiful view to Fontanka river, unbelievable design of the rooms, excellent staff, fantastic spa center. Remarkable stay and for sure the favorite hotel in the city.

Location Stayed in a suite, in a beautiful cozy room with a view of the Fontanka. Very attentive staff! The kitchen in the restaurant violet is above all praise! Very pleased, the impressions of St. Petersburg remained the warmest! We'll be back!

We came in our honeymoon and my birthday and they treated me with a cake in the room. Really thoughtful. Also the room was very good and romantic. The view of the Canal was great.

The staff is friendly. The room is really beautiful. But, follow the reasons why I gave 2 Star: 1) they advertise to have pool. They don’t. Only 3 hours til 10:00am is free. Then you need to pay. 2) they advertise to have massage included. They gave me a voucher of 30 min for free and the spa was fully booked for all days. Including the pool. You can’t used even if you want to pay. 3) TV has a problem. No sound. 4) phone not working. To call reception need to call by my phone. 5) I finally booked to 17:20 a massage in the SPA. I made my plans to arrive at the exactly time. When I arrived, the lady told me that she didn’t find my reservation and they were full. I explain even the name of the therapist was given to me. But the lady didn’t manage it. So I rested my case and return to the room. Sad to have so unprepared and unorganized staff in the hotel. Hotel could be nice but advertise as Boutique SpA hotel you should be it to generate good impression. Not so good experience at all. This text above I wrote 1 day before left the hotel. I gave 2 stars at the moment I wrote. But I edit the post 10 hours late and gave them 4 stars. For my surprise, a very gentile lady Katherine, approached me and recognize the error and give me a good explanation. Also a msg very fast from the manager. So I am giving now 4 stars, because a hotel can make a mistake but if owners and manager react like they did, better companies will rise. To the manager, thanks for the attention.

There is a relaxed atmosphere, stunning interior, unobtrusive staff! Administrators offer a lot of useful pleasures, such as dental kits, free of charge I changed towels and robe … Also offered to visit the theater, tour… In general, you can arrange your leisure time without bothering! A comfortable place! Plus there is a very high-end spa and a lovely restaurant!

I want to thank everyone for their hospitality and specially our bell boy who's smile and attention made us feel so special. The hotel location is good. The breakfast buffet food is very good. My facial at the Spa was better than expected. I truly hope hope to stay here again if I ever go back to St. Petersburg. Best regards Thanks again.

Very amused blinds, on the glass between the room and the toilet. T. E. You can watch a person sexually wash or sit on the throne. Long comes hot water on the 4th floor, so had to think in which tap the water is colder. 1 tile fell off. But the norm. Dropped the cream under the bed, looked under it cleanly. They were crying over the name boutique, like adding to any name that word and everything, like laksheri.

We enjoyed the places, the service, the restaurant and the SPA. We recommend.

Modern, Ujutryj hotel that preserved the primitive and chic of the past era! Very beautiful koridary and rooms, interior! Service at a very high level! There is a spa area! Rooms Jerogonomichnye, equipped! The manuscript paintings decorate the corridors! By the way Katrina sold! Very convenient location. The only thing in the winter to take a shower you need 1 minute to get the water to go hot! All! More Everyone would recommend this wonderful hotel. On the ground floor restaurant with spectacular cuisine!

The best hotel of those in which was, all on 5 + staff always helped in any trifles, snugly beautiful) very much, hotel in an old building, on very beautiful street, all affable and attentive, magnificent spa with a warm Jacuzzi pool, hamam Very soft, bath wet, relaxation room relax unforgettable) will definitely stay here again, if we go to Peter again.

A short trip from Austria/Vienna to St. Petersburg. Attention: The visa needs Etwasan time! The flight with Aeroflot was pleasant. The trip to the hotel by bus and the subway was fine. It is then a 10 minute walk back to the hotel. The staff at the hotel is extremely nice and previously coming. The rooms are very nice, the view from these can not be so good. All in all a great trip and the hotel is highly recommended… the city should be explored.

There is a spa inside the hotel, nice but small pool with water massage inside do not remember how this thing is called a kind of hydromassage, sauna Russian and Hammam. The service and taxis in the hotel are very good fast and convenient from the train station to the hotel. Breakfast here is good but it was last year nuggets and sauces to them I have a question where are they?!? Please add them or say it in your review, they were very tasty. For breakfast I put 4 out of five: (but the rooms are chic, I lived in the 202 room there is a large bed you can still choose to put a separate, sofa leather, 2 armchairs, Cortina, large windows, long ceilings, a huge glass chandelier, little razetok to be honest, chic Bathroom If that I sfotkal it from behind me a shower and a toilet with fi on the left door. I was born here for a birthday cake Napoleon with chocolate inscription "Happy Birthday". The hotel is steep only return nuggets please:)

It's cool! lovely service, very polite staff! The main thing is to have a good night's sleep and relax after a day's work! Spa — massage, pool, sauna, tea with honey) in the hotel quietly, quietly! Everything is clean, neat, comfortable and beautiful!

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was comfortable although glass walls we didn't like. The room was warm, bed comfortable. Shower and other bathroom items good. Check-in fast, all staff very nice. Pre arrival, service was great and they helped with items required for visa.

Rooms are for the most part clean. Although staff was rude on several occasions. There's only elevators to some of the rooms the rest you well need to use steps. So because I had someone in a wheelchair we could not use the spa or rest of the facilities. They didn't seem to care about it. But it came with the rooms so we still got charged. Even though I spoke with them. Also the restaurant attached to the hotel was extremely rude and unprofessional they had people coming in that were acquaintances of employees and they would sit and talk and smoke without helping guest…

Wonderful hotel close to the Nevsky Prospect in St Petersburg. Easy walking distance to many of the city's major attractions. Very comfortable rooms, old world charm and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our brief stay here and would highly recommend the Rossi.

We had a room not necessarily very large but very well maintained and the bathroom top. Very helpful staff and breakfast The spa was small but beautiful!

Great place. Rented room on new year's Eve. The breakfast was excellent, lots of meat dishes. Of a series of bacon, sausages.

Lovely hotel in the center of the city. Gostiny dvor metro station is 5 mins walk away. The restaurant has tasty dishes from all over the world not the usual russian menu. Very competitively priced. Good Wi-Fi network all over the hotel. Free tea and coffee in the lounge in the evenings, free spa in the mornings. Very friendly and helpful staff. had a minor issue with hot water, which was fixed immediately. Everyone speaks good english. Had visa support within moments of making an online booking. will recommend very highly.

At pure. Beautiful interior. But! On arrival there is no towels. Twice served sour cream to coffee. And perhaps the saddest thing-in the winter, the hotel no hot water is not working. What does not, of course, said the hotel's website, nor on the hotel. We with the wife just left after the first night in another hotel. What a pity. In defense I will say that the staff were polite and courteous.
