Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The score is off the squeaky beds (but very comfortable! ) and for a little negligence in keeping the hostel-for example, taped a hole (from the socket) in the toilet and other such trifles. But clean linen, towels galore, near a shop, a jazz bar and a lot of things. Good location:)

We liked it here-clean, quiet, cozy. The prices are affordable, the train station is very close. Administrators work cute young people-responsive and good-natured. The location is perfect.

Prices are very democratic. When I'm going to Peter, I try to book the room here.

In late November it is a very quiet place. The staff are awesome and helpful, the kitchen is clean and well-equipped, the bathrooms are kept clean at all times. I did not like that the Wi-Fi signal was close to non-existent in the kitchen and since there is no common room that was the only working place available later at night. The lockers don't have locks so "if you've got anything valuable" take it to the administrators'. These things did not bother me, really, so I'd give the place 5/5.

Pros: The staff was really helpful and friendly. I didn't know that hostel in Russia didn't provide amenities (in Japan they had) so he lent me his personal shampoo and body soap. So nice! They also had towel for you. In a room with 4 bunk beds and 1 single bed, they let me use the single bed near a big window looking out to the back yard. It was so lovely lying in my bed enjoying the calm night view. Con: Bathroom and toilet were a bit small, and the bathroom's carpet was always wet.

I liked everything. Everybody's happy. Clean, tidy and cozy. It is possible to prepare a full lunch.
