It was out of expectation that the hotel manager in charge awaited us at 9.30PM just to further ensure that our room experience were fine due to an earlier incident that we reported to the concierge of a small bug that was found in mini bar. We were offered for a great service recovery such as change of rooms or late check-out. Truly happy with the service rendered as they acknowledge every single of us to have a memorable cosy stay. Well done!

Arrived at the hotel at night very tired and could not even determine its real size. And it's huge (It's me about the building). But to be precise — majestic. Stands on the embankment of the tower, which has become an architectural accent of the Moscow District. We were given a room on the 8th floor: large, comfortable. Flowers are alive in the room — nice. Relaxed perfectly: everything to this had and a bed and the presence of all amenities. In the morning we went out for breakfast — also nice, cover succinctly, but there is everything that is required. And every three days at the Red Hills we came back and gasped — just great! We rate on the highest level.

Nice hotel, new with good service, however the location is not central and its quite close to the railway station. If you fly from Demadeodovo it can be a good option as there is a train which will save you the traffic.

Lived in this hotel, everyone loved it, especially the bar restaurant on the 34th floor. He's great! The waiters are hasty, but the dishes ordered require waiting. The wine list is stunning, received recommendations by a sommelier on the choice of wine. The audience is very decent, the menu is glitter! Portions are not large, but sufficient. The original serve. It's a nice piece of music. We spent 5 hours — did not notice. Rest was a success. Thank you very much.

Stayed from May 12 to 14 at the "Swissotel Red Hills. The hotel is very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are doing thier best to mett customers' needs. The hotel is not located in teh centre but there are at least 2 subway stations nearby and thus you can get to any place in Moscow fast and efficiently.

Wooow, luxury n beautiful hotel, friendly n kind staff who always help, good swimming pool, only 5 minutes walking to metro station and their breakfast is perfect.

The hotel is very much loved. I'd like to come back here again. The simplest room was very spacious. The furniture is fresh. A huge bathroom. A large and comfortable shower area. Good hot water pressure. Fast Internet Wi-Fi. The room is warm. A comfortable, big bed.

Hotel itself fine, but getting in and out nightmare. Nobody thought about road infrastructure providing access to this hotel. Security person blocking access to one road to the hotel.

Was in the restaurant "City Space". Perhaps, the best panorama of Moscow is not found anywhere else, even the restaurant "Panorama" does not reach the height. The kitchen is 4 *, rib not able to cook, otherwise everything is on the level. Definitely worth a peek here to enjoy the beautiful view. Conveniently located along with the House of Music. Good continuation of the rest after the concert.

The overall impression is very good, decent hotel and the level, but as always, comfort is the sum of the parts. Pros: lovely big rooms, excellent Breakfast, decent Spa area. Cons: some times had to ask disposable set for cleaning teeth in the sink drain the water barely flows, and some strange feeling from the lack of brush for a toilet bowl.
