Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel with my wife Kimberly (7/14/19-8/1/19) while we visit family for our family reunion. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back again when we visit.

My self and my colleagues are staying on frequent basis since last 2 months in Radisson Royal St. Petersburg but when I have some issue on room comfort the receptionist started arguing in a very rude manner then I called the duty manager. When I called the duty manager other receptionist is laughing behind me I a disgraceful manner. When I am complaining to the duty manager the concierge guy interfered in a threatening way. The same hotel I have given very good ratings before has changed their attitude with in no time. Forget about good hospitality there is something racism against Indians and coloured people in this hotel. I am totally shocked and shattered the behaviour of the front desk staff.

Luxury hotel in former historical building with still pretty balanced value-for-money. Excellent location, in the very center, all main highlights are really walking distance. Very kind staff, ideal place to stay for prolonged weekend city-break. Nevskiy prospect — one of the main streets — is a little bit noisy, but upper floors suites are quite convenient. Once in St. Petersburg during the summer white nights, you will most probably not use your room for a very long night-sleeps anyhow.

Nice stay. Decent sized rooms, comfortable sleep. As I was there for some meetings, I wasn't able to explore it much or eat in their restaurants. I did find the staff to be very helpful and they had very good english skills.

I got an opportunity to visit St. Petersburg recently. St. Petersburg is a very beautiful city. We enjoyed seeing it very much. The golden opportunity of staying in the famous Radisson Royal of the city has been achieved. Beautiful Location. Which is very beautiful and all the pleasures Facilities available Luxurious dining room, gym, luxurious rooms. A beautiful gift shop where Zara and Maria met, who showed the gift with a very simple nature. The hotel's good-natured staff, if I had the opportunity to go back to St. Petersburg, then I would stay at the luxurious Radisson Royal Hotel. Красивый сувенирный магазин, где встречались Зара и Мария, которые показали подарок с очень простой природой. Great breakfast and really great location, smack in the middle of Nevskiy Prospekt.

Awesome. Cozy rooms, wonderful ambience and food. One of the best hotels in st Petersburg. Also a place to be with family. The staffs are polite and show great courtesy.

He did not live in the hotel, but repeatedly used bars and conference rooms for negotiations. Very convenient.

I had half board, breakfast very good. Dinner some days better than others.
Very small bedspread.
The shower, uncomfortable the water was almost glued to the wall and in little quantity.

Does not conform to its status. The noise from Nevsky hinders to sleep. The rooms are OK, usual: everything is there, but everything needs to be asked for the type of toothbrush and pasta, slippers, etc.

Nice hotel, centrally located on Nevsky Prospect. Rooms run on the warm side during winter months and street noise can be a small issue but it's not bad. Bar is nice and good selection of food. Breakfast is very nice with a big selection and an omelet station. Small gym with cardio equipment and a bench with dumbells.

Excellent location. Walking distance to Hermitage. Longer walk, but doable (I did it) to Peter & Paul Fortress. Many, varied restaurants (from Subway/Burger King type to fancier and much fancier). Nearby stores of all types, including supermarkets (for those of us who need midnight snacks). Excellent staff. Above and beyond Concierge. Only downside, with the exception of wonderful breakfast, almost all services are extra $ and pricy. Still, when I come back, I'll stay here again.

I like Radisson on Nevsky for a very good and friendly attitude to the guests. All the staff are polite, always smiling and welcoming the guests. Still here every day surprise with pleasant little things, then bring candy with tea, then fruit, then a bottle of beer with nuts:) And always with a positive zapisochkoj from the hotel staff:) It's veery nice;) The Russian hospitality is felt:)

If we could put 0 stars, we'd bet. Disgusting communication of guards with customers — rudeness is complete. The staff-minors are inadequate. They believed that they were gods (although in fact they were STYRE). 8000 — for a room with such service do not advise anyone!

The hotel is reconstructed in the style of the old time, it feels like in the movie Dr. Zhivago the breakfast buffet is very good, the bar well stocked and our room cozy.

A very nice hotel in a good place within St Petersburg. While I'm going to list some things I didn't like, keep in mind that over all this was a very nice hotel. They use those flat pillows that you need at least 2 to support your head. I was unable to find an ice machine after the staff told me there was one on the 3rd floor, and when I called back they said they would send someone up, they never came. I plugged an HDMI cable into the TV and was unable to change the input with the TV or remote to accept HDMI input (I got the cable from the hotel as a loaner after telling them what I wanted to do). Their gym is very limited. In the mornings they have a fantastic breakfast set up. I've included pictures. It goes from simple to things like smoked salmon. There are a ton of options no matter what types of breakfast you are into. The staff was very helpful. The in room Wi-Fi is fast enough to stream netflix without any buffering.

Very convenient location! And the bastourist stops nearby, and Rubinstein Street with its cozy establishments is a stone's throw away! Very pleasant and attentive to their guests staff!

Great hotel the staff are excellent.

The hotel belongs to the very well known worldwide network. I spent here a couples of days. In January there is a low season, so the hotel was not occupied by the guests. Still the price was 7, 500 rubles, roughly US$ 250. Breakfast is included. By the way, breakfast is quite good. The room itself is also good, but somewhat small. The flat screen TV set is conveniently placed in the room. There is a Wi-Fi connection in my room, with internet speed up to 9 Mbit/sec, which is rather good, since it's free of charge. Hotel is located on the famous Nevskiy Prospect, and is just 10 minutes walking to the Moscow railway station. It takes some 25 minutes by feet to reach the world famous Zimniy Palace. There is a cozy restaurant on the ground floor. The food is rather tasty. The service is generally good. Frankly speaking it's difficult to give 5 stars to the hotel, 4 stars I would not give either. If it were possible to grant a 4.5 stars I would certainty do it.

We were standing on the corner outside the Radisson hotel in the scorching heat. It was a busy intersection, and we were waiting for the lights to change to cross the street, and I sat down on the ground level, oversized, bench-like window sill of the Radisson. I immediately realized that I had sat down in wet paint! My expensive jeans were completely ruined. There were no warnings of wet paint anywhere to be seen. I went in and spoke to the front desk at the Radisson, where they admitted their mistake that they did not mark the area as having wet paint, but nevertheless, they rudely dismissed our problem. They quickly went out and cordoned off the wet paint area, indicating that they were at fault; however, they refused to provide us with any compensation for the ruined jeans. Several condescending emails from them later, it was apparent that they did not understand about customer service, and that the meager compensation they could have offered me would have paid off tenfold in my choosing the Radisson over other hotels. Since there are so many hotel options, I never see myself staying at a Radisson anywhere ever again, and I'll be sure to pass my negative experience on about the Radisson chain to anyone that I meet.

Lousy to be charged for the minibar erroneously, and to have no good way to contest it. Otherwise nice enough place. If you can get a climate controlled room in hotel M, a few blocks north on N Prospekt, you'll save a ton of money and, if our experience is any indication, you'll also save yourself the frustration of an erroneous charge. Frustrating.
