We really didn’t have any expectations but this hotel still the staff and hotel exceeded them. Our impressions started vid visa assistance and continued all throughout our stay. The room was huge with a comfortable bed, kettle, free water and refrigerator. The bathroom was huge with a nicely modern decorated shower with ample of space. We will be back in Moscow and we will again stay at this hotel. Very close to the Metro line nr 3.

Great place. I stayed 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The rooms are large. The bathroom was large with a large shower. The bed was super comfortable. I was not bothered by any noise. The front desk people were both professional and friendly. The hotel is near the Moscow Metro. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the area. When I go back to Moscow, I would be happy to stay here again.

A pleasant hotel. Everything is new and neat. A huge and soft bed. Even more huge blanket in which to wrap myself together and not feel.

Staff are super friendly here and good room size. Love the shower but the door doesn't have a lock though. Quite a good location which is near the Metro as well. Around the area, there are a few nice cafe with great food too.

We've spent quite a bit of time looking at different hotels on TripAdvisor and decided to stay at Mercury for the first three nights and then at Hilton for another two. I must say, I was actually more impressed with the Mercury! The hotel is conveniently located, the metro is not far away, there are a few places to eat and a couple of supermarkets as well if you need any food for breakfast etc. The room was really nice and quiet, but the best feature is the spacious walk-in shower. The staff spoke English well, were really friendly and accommodating. I'm very sorry but I can't quite remember the names, but the special thanks goes to the young guy at the reception and one of the waitresses from the restaurant downstairs who went out of their way to help us!

What a wonderful place. Beautiful and clean, and people are kind. The only negative point is that at the restaurant they are not very good at speaking english (but that's a general issue in Russia in general)

Rooms are very clean with comfortable bed and large walk in shower. No mini bar however the Wi-Fi is free with a strong connection. Odd number rooms facing the front do suffer from road noise although the even number rooms on the rear side do not. The attached restaurant is great with an outstanding complimentary breakfast buffet. Modern flat screen TV with good local and international channels. Staff are fully bilingual and very helpful. Bus/Tram service is right out front and the Metro is located just a block away. AC seemed a little weak and the room felt stuffy but the widow opens and that alleviated the problem. Definitely worth the stay; just make sure to get an even numbered room!

Polite staff, comfortable rooms, clean hotel. Very nice service. Most importantly — do not forget the passport for each visitor.

This is my second stay in this hotel. You will be warmly welcomed, the room was very nice with a very trendy bathroom. Hotel in Moscow location is also very good. Next time I also live here.

Cozy hotel, located in 15 minutes car / subway ride from the center of Moscow (nearest metro station, Baumanskaya, is within 10 minutes by foot). Pros: friendly staff, nice room deco, spacious rooms, reasonable (by Moscow crazy standards) room rates. Cons: absence of gym (as of 04.2015), poor sound isolation in street-view rooms.
