Staff are not that helpful. Asked for directions to nearest mall but they were unhappy to help. Rooms are very hot during the day and they give me a room that is very dark and facing a wall.

Nice staff and amenities but Saturday morning at 5am we woke up to a thumping soundtrack, possibly from a nearby club? fitness center has nice cardio equipment but little else. Very nice restaurants within walking distance.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good, but it was a bit disappointing to Bukingu (through it) so it was a little frustrating, but given a suite with a great view on the 12th floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My girlfriend just had a birthday, agreed to hide up to 12 o'clock in the morning flowers and balls, brought glasses and a corkscrew, a vase for flowers. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. The ironing board and iron, I counted on them, they are in the room. I had to get ready for the event and I left enough time to wash and gather. Great, only expensive. A classy view, not all rooms. The décor and service are quite decent, just happen to be nasty bugs. But the breakfasts are definitely great.

Rooms are nice, not spacious though, but the bed is very comfortable. Reception service is good. There is a spa, good fitness center, many restaurants, souvenirs shops and a small supermarket in the same building. Quite decent distance from the center. There is big shopping mall 15min walk away.

Great room with a chic view from the window. The bed is very comfortable, you want to wallow in it at least all day. The room has everything you need, including a good iron, very useful to pat the shirts after the bag.

Maybe someone would think it crazy, but canceled the reservation because the TV in the room can not connect your laptop. The hotel staff were reluctant to answer questions. To cancel a booking you need to write a message on the mail. So wanted, but alas… What a pity.

We arrived at Krygina Beauty Day, which was held at the same address, but in the next building. But everything is very clean, neat, bathroom has necessary accessories, bathrobes. It is not like a closed refrigerator, we failed to cool the food. Very good breakfast, disadvantage is that it is crowded. Hotel looks stunning from in and outside. Not as good as the radisson blue on the other side of the river though… they offer discound in their restaurant at checkin which is a really nice welcome.

Nice hotel but far from downtown. The subway if it's far, it's 10 blocks long. It's not easy to come and go from downtown to this point. The same goes for the bus stop. Not recommended for tourists. Reception guarantee that bus driver came at the time… but we wait at there… and no any hotel bus came… No security for the hotel guest… anyone can catch this bus… no ask for hotel card no signature no ask for room number… very poor security and responsibility. Choose another hotel better. Breakfast not free. Gym not free.
