Stayed at this hotel not for the first time, before that there were no problems thanks to the qualified staff working in this hotel. I have always been very pleased with the quality of the services provided in Russobe Hotel-service, rooms, atmosphere, breakfasts, and even recommended this hotel to your friends. In view of the constant travel abroad I prefer to use the passport as an identification document – and in any of the Moscow hotels there were no difficulties with settling on this document (usually it is always five-star Hotels that differ in their customer orientation). But during the trip the employee of the hotel Russoalt refused me in the arrival on the foreign passport in a rather unfriendly form (photo of the Russian passport was also presented). I was shocked by this, especially taking into account the fact that I have already been in this hotel on a foreign passport more than 3 times! Realizing the futility of conversation with the reception clerk, I asked to call a more competent leader-a Hamovataya woman, who in an absolutely unacceptable and categorical form refused to arrival and even bothered to listen to her Loyalty. At the same time, the cost of living (15 000 rub. ) was deducted from the card, the return of funds "could not be a question", the official (written) explanation of the reasons for the denial of arrival and refund was not provided against my insistence. As a result, the money was written off, the arrival was refused orally. Considering my rights violated, I contacted the police. The police officers who arrived at the scene understand in the situation and legally officially confirmed my identity to the staff of Russohotel. However, even then the so-called leader refused me a arrival! As a result, I was forced to go to the police station to make an official statement, and after to another hotel I was settled on a foreign passport without any questions! Thus, I summarize that, unfortunately, the hotel Russoalte due to incompetent, absolutely non-client-oriented staff no longer corresponds to the level of a five-star hotel. I hope this review will be read by the owners of the hotel, who pay attention to some of the staff and will be able to return everything to the previous level, when this hotel wanted to return.
