The kids and I stayed at your hotel for the second time and the impressions from the last visit were a bit smeared. Basically it concerns food, it was very difficult to feed children, for three days steam chicken cutlets were only once, all other time meat was in Marinids, garnars in sauces, porridge only on milk. Now a lot of parents are watching the food of their children and their own, as well as allergy sufferers, think, please, to change the menu towards a healthier diet or at least enter a few dietary dishes that would be present in the menu Constantly (boiled meat, garnish without seasonings and sauces and TP).
And another question on animators, children were frightened by aggressive references of Baba Yagi and its appearance, very strange image for children's animator.
As for the rooms, think over replacing the batteries, the lack of possibility to adjust them forced us to open the window strongly night and the daughter caught a cold.

Liked: Lots of children's entertainment, animation, quality of food, children's room! And especially the employee of the children's room, sports equipment. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Cons: Because rested with children, 5 years and 1 year, it was very difficult to drive to the zoo on a wheelchair: Snow, dirt, tracks are not cleaned. In the zoo also not pass, only in rubber boots.

We vacationed with friends (2 couples) in February 2016. The rooms are comfortable, the grounds are beautiful (pine trees, clean air), 3 meals a day — all delicious. Pleased friendly staff! The pool is not very big and not deep, probably because a lot of families with children, and in General the hotel is rather family.
