Nice and clean place, friendly staff. Great location near the public garage and parking.

The hotel is old fashion, needs refurbishment. And the room was smelling cold tabacco.

The furnishings are firm to the years 90, clean rooms and friendly staff. Ok If you have to stop one or two nights for work, but I would not stay there.

I chose this hotel because the check out was at H 12 and I could have a rest late. But I was wrong.
Location of the hotel unfavorable as it is placed in the middle of two very busy roads.
The room had two single beds joined together to form a double bed… comfortable the mattress but bad the net.
to the 1.30 I wake an alarm in the vicinity that lasts a quarter of an hour. At 6 o'clock. 30 I am awakened by a smell coming from the corridor of croissants put in the oven, so intense and persistent as to become sickening. At 7.45 after struggling with sleep again starts to sound the alarm and I have not been able to get back asleep!
In the while I was intent to prepare for the checkout the cleaning lady comes into the room without knocking reprogiving me not to lock myself.
Proximity to the buses to the center. Free indoor parking.
An outdated structure that needs a renovation of the interiors, specifically the carpeting of the corridors somewhat crumbling.
Breakfast just enough. I won't go back and of course I wouldn't recommend it.

I chose this hotel because it offered the possibility of a check out at 12, but the experience was not the best. The property is dated and would need a renovation of the interior (for example the carpet in the hallway that connects the rooms is run down), the room was clean but the bed network uncomfortable (it was two single beds joined to form one double). The location of the hotel is good because it is very close to the bus stops to the city centre and is equipped with a free inside parking, but at the same time it is located in the middle of busy streets that prevent you from resting properly. I would also like to point out that at dawn an intense, persistent and sickening smell of croissants in the oven disturbed me along with the annoying sound of a car alarm. During the morning the cleaning lady is entering the room without first knocking and also scoled me for not being locked in! I will not return to this hotel which would be more appropriate to define retirement. Discouraged.

Price 2 nights 100 euro.
Quality price is fine…
A bit far from Bologna but it wasn't my problem considering I had the car. In the private pargheggio of the hotel.

Friendly staff, quiet hotel with parking, excellent location near the bypass, a few minutes by bus or car from the old town; The cleanliness leaves to be desired, some things would need to be reviewed and arranged, one on all corridors outside the rooms, where the floor cover is extremely dirty and ruined.

Comfortable hotel you reach everything very easily with the car I mean! Quite clean although on the bathroom shelves there was a bit of dust! The parking lot is of the hotel… Overall good.

Really great hotel. Not so new, but everything works fine, personel really kind, 5 m to bus 25 directly to center and railway station, trattoria, restaurant, glocery and kiosk really near.

In passing we stayed overnight for one night. The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Parking.

Really nice friendly Hotel. The rooms are small but clean and cozy. (except the Mouquet in the stained corridors) more affordable prices than other hotels in the area.

Cheap and decent hotel 10mins away of the central station by bus. The hotel looks old and a bit dark. The room are ok and the bathrooms are spacious. In the first floor the rooms can get filled with the cigarette smell of the people smoking on the smoking area outside. You can here some noises from the other rooms when silence. The beds are good answer were given more pillows and blankets upon request without problems. The breakfast is good enough and if you go by car is a good option as the highway is just there and has free parking (by taxi from the airport is only 12-13€). The bus stop is literally besides the hotel. Recommendable if you are looking a cheap accommodation with easy access to the city centre.

Good for that price if you need a hotel for one night stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely not for longer stay (holiday). Hotel is placed on a suburb far from city center, between two busy streets. Outdated/old equipment, windows do not seal, so the noise from street gets inside. Airconditioning is not enough efficient in these hot days and also very noisy. Curtains were white long time ago, but I have seen worse in some five star hotels in Shanghai.

Medium class hotel. Sufficient furniture. There was no bidet in the room.

Excellent value for money. Parking is great and helpful.

Cosy, family run hotel… Very good since it has a bus stop opposite which is 25 this bus runs through practically all bologna! I recommend it…
