Sympathy for the Prime Hotel arose at the stage of correspondence, when I know the conditions of accommodation to choose Hotel to stay in Smolensk. I was very surprised at the friendly tone, which was painted our dialogue. Premier-Hotel is ready to meet all comers of late entry and to wait for You, even if You come for a few hours before the end of booked day, not here insist on the advance, and on arrival You can pay both by card or cash. Here constantly heard the phrase "as You wish, all for Your comfort". If Your room You are not satisfied with something, You will be happy to help you to solve all problems or provide a replacement subject to availability of rooms. None of our request was not left unanswered. The staff is very responsible and punctual. The Hotel interior is very cozy. On the ground floor is in free access a carafe of water, where You can optionally put a slice of lemon to freshen up. Paintings, marble staircases, sculptures, fireplace — everything creates an atmosphere of celebration, even in a normal weekday. The breakfasts are fabulous: rich and dense, you can choose 2 hot dishes on the menu, everything else unlimited number of approaches you can eat until the evening. The staff at reception are met and escorted to the room door, go with You inside and tell you about all the amenities at Your disposal during the stay, and upon departure, also politely say goodbye, say kind words. Prime Hotel is the place where you want to go back more than once!
