I regret to have to publish here a mail that we had written now for three weeks… We had a royal suite, but no hot water and no pressure… We had a lovely suite but strangers came one day in our room while we were sleeping… In response to this we have been told to shut the door through which these people had come out we were not using this door … is not this the work of the women's room? We had a suite at 2000 euros per night and we are lectured like children, but that turns you on? We left having paid the whole note, but asking would be a mail of apology, but nothing… Is this an attitude of palace? I am writing you this e-mail because I was supposed to receive an e-mail from you since my visit and my meeting with your director. As I said to her and to your manager we were absolutely disappointed about the quality of our stay. Even if your hotel just opened few weeks ago, it is not acceptable to pay 2000, 00 euros per night and to have so many "problems" in the room and with the staff. The price of the suite is higher than Parisians Palace, I can't explain how do you justify this range of price. As I mentioned to your director we would really appreciate to have a commercial gesture from you. At this time, unfortunately, I did not receive any return from your hand, and I am really surprised that an Hotel which pretends to be a Palace can not assure has serious customer service. I do not want to leave a bad how to you social networks, it is not the way I use to work. Aim in front of your indifference, I must inform other potential customers that the Verride will not take care about sti's future customers and find all the solutions to make their stay comfortable and perfect. Do you really realize what 2000, 00 euros represents? Do you check the prices and the quality of customer service in the real Palace in Paris or in other European Capitals? When I made the booking before coming in Lisboa, I was sure that our stay will be unforgettable. I saw the pictures of your hotel and I really fell in love with this place. Then I saw the price of the rooms and I thought that the hotel had to be amazing, with all services I am waiting for, when I pay this range of price. I hope you will propose us a solution to erase the bad impression we have and to write another new story in the interest of everybody. Waiting to hear from you,
