My friend and I stayed two nights (September 2018) at Cerca Do Sul and we had an excellent stay. Highly recommended. The room was excellent, and the owner/operator and her colleagues are extremely gracious and were so helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was lovely. We were hiking the Rota Vicentina and spent a day here just relaxing — we spent the day around the pool. The gardens are beautiful, the location spectacular and so peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was really quite amazing. We arranged to have dinner there on both of our evenings — it was delicious from start to finish, one of our best culinary experiences in Portugal (a land full of wonderful food and drink). I will be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay — everyone at Cerca Do Sul made us feel so welcome and everything was just perfect.
