Well this is the nicest hotel that I have stayed at in Poland. Beautiful room with plenty of AC and USB outlets, awesome bed, and a full bath. I love it here!

The whole stay was fantastic! Amazing food in the restaurant, and the services was 10 out of 10! very nice and helpful in the reception. Sheraton hotel made our stay at Warsaw very special. Everything was perfect until taxi that hotel called for us cheated us. He said that we should pay double because it was sunday. Thought we feel safe because the taxi is from the hotel, NO! It was almost perfect vacation! 😃😃😃

In old days, Sheraton Hotel was famous for the best Sunday Brunch in the town. Rich buffet, great fusion and asian food, nice sweets, live cooking stations, fabulous service. It is only a history now. While Marriott took over this hotel, made some renovation, changed the staff — the new brunch is a disaster now. Two tired/ unexperienced/ dirty hands waiters trying to serve customers in the whole downstairs/ lobby restaurant, very modest selection of dishes, the worst pizza in the the country, no live cooking stations (there is one upstairs), dry and untasty sweets… and crowd of customers hunting for forks, spoons and a glass of wine… not recommended anymore.

Beautiful hotel and location. Unfortunately extremely children unfriendly. If you travel with children select Intercontinental or Sofitel instead.

Lovely hotel, big clean comfortable rooms although couldn’t get checked in till 2 hours after the stated check in time of 2pm.

We honestly can't find fault with this hotel. We upgraded to the club lounge on check in, & so glad we did. The food & staff were great. The evenings were enjoyable in pleasant & comfortable surroundings. All the staff we encountered were polite, professional & courteous. The room was large, comfortable, spacious & spotlessly clean (Kudos to the housekeeping staff responsible for that). I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Warsaw. We personally would have no qualms about returning to this hotel if we return to Poland.

The accommodations are very comfortable. They have a full breakfast buffet with a lot of variety and delicious. I recommend the club room for complimentary drinks and snacks. The bed and bathroom are well designed and very comfortable.

Fantastic breakfast with fresh juices, fruits; big, clean rooms; wonderful location, with Catholic church across the street. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially at the front desk!

Room was filthy and had to be recleaned. Ripped bath towel with hole in middle of it. Substandard club lounge. Very poor selection of food. It's Scandinavian theme night which is great if you like anchovies. No vegitarian or non fish eating selection. Grumpy staff.

We loved the hotel. Great location within walking distance of the city centre. Contemporary design. Huge numbers. A very large comfortable bed. There was an opportunity and the staff provided an early check-in and a late check-out for which thank you very much. Delicious breakfast and absolutely stunning Sunday brunch.

Rooms are great. The hotel is beautiful and not too far from the city center. I have organized a professional meeting here and I could only suggest it to my peers as this is indeed a great location. A few glitches in the organization maybe but nothing that can't be resolved. 4 star due to the few glitches otherwise it would be a 5 star review.

Many times stayed here, loved the hotel, the staff, the service. But all the time there were questions to the reception. Always block large amounts on the card, almost every time I stayed in a suite and left enough money for the stay, was quite pleased with what the hotel offers. Last time I could not offer anything other than the Presidential Suite for 9000 PLN per night, no other hotel rooms available, and me, in a soft form sent to another hotel. The hotel itself is nice, expensive and well equipped.

It is right in the center. You can walk to the historic centre and the shops in Warsaw. It has a good restaurant and the breakfast is excellent. Only need to improve a little bit some of their enpleados the front desk during the day shift and the waiters in the breakfast.

Great hotel and awesome people. Totally made me feel at home away from home. Front desk helped me when I ever had a question.
The food is to die for. Im sure I could've kept on eating. The staff made me feel welcomed and always asked if I needed anything.
The room is great as well. Plenty of space and my bed I want to take home. First night I slept the entire night while I have been in Europe.
When I come back to Poland, this hotel is the place I will be staying at again … Thank you kindly

The house could stand anywhere, from the inside like all the other sheratons too. Staff friendly and with humor. Gladly again.

Nice hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast. However, we were a bit disturbed by the late live music from the bar when we went to bed — be sure to get a room where this is not a problem. Very good hotel.

Nice hotel in a good location for exploring the city. The rooms a quite big and nicely renovated. Breakfast is good and the gym well equipped. However the spa is not nice and overall cleanliness can be improved.

Nice hotel clean and very quite no noise in the surrounding area. Location is perfect few mins walking from the old town and the dining and shopping spots within the city of Warsaw. Staff are professional into the point but not so friendly and approachable. Food is nice breakfast and dinner selection is great with a lot of varieties matching your own taste. Hotel is very clean well maintained and most of the furniture are new so you shouldn’t have and problem with your sleep. Rooms mostly are quite big. Good facilities including gym swimming pool and sauna. Also there’s a nice bar which is opened 24 hours you can grab a drink anytime. Beautiful, elegant hotel with stylish rooms and a 1a breakfast! Healthy and tasty and everything is refilled at the speed of light.

Good, well-equipped hotel. Rooms are spacious and decent (though at a mid-range price, coffee is instant only and king size beds are extra). The Sheraton is well situated for shopping and about 40 minutes' walk from the Old Town. Breakfasts are very generous and have both cold meats and cheeses and full English/American options. There is a gym (though no pool), and a couple of bars and shops within the hotel. Service was very good, and the night's sleep comfortable and quiet.

Never had such a bad experience in a 5 star hotel! Just arrived, although I had already paid the full amount of the stay at the time of booking, I get additional 140 euros. I ask for explanations regarding the incident and declare before that they were due for a possible breakfast I ever request and later that the girl had wrong to type and that they would have provided for expect.
The hotel also lacks any soundproofing and you hear any word said in the nearby room. However the thing that made the stay more unpleasant was a disco on the ground floor of the hotel with loud music all night long which did not allow us to rest.

Great location, helpful and professional staff, doing their best to assist guests. The rooms and the club lounge have just been nicely refurbished. Excellent food, a wide selection of dishes for breakfast, both in the Olive and the club lounge — all tasty and beautifully displayed. The hotel restaurants offer both sophisticated Asian food as well as yummy Tex-Mex variations. Can recommend visiting both, the hotel and the restaurants!

Worst experiance in a Hotel avoid there are lots of lovely hotels in the area. We were woken the first morning by drilling and banging that went on until we went to breakfast. We were told this would not happen again, next moring at 8am little later that 7am previously we were woken again! The staff on reception clearly did not care and told us there was nothing they could do as they had renovation work going on. We returned later on Saturday afternoon for some rest before a wedding and the banging and drilling was still going on!. Sunday morning and woken again after the promise there would be no work on Sunday, we rang and eventually the worst of the banging stopped. Instead of relaxing weekend it was terrible. The staff clearly knew the building work was going on all weekend and should have been honest with us instead of lying so we could have moved hotel. Poor service.

I truly enjoyed staying at Sheraton Warsaw, although it was only for a night. Upon check in, my SPG Platinum status was recognized and both of the rooms I booked were upgraded to suites. Our deluxe suite was spacious, with more bathroom amenities that we ever needed. It was my first time seeing more than 20 bottles of toiletries in the bathroom alone. The room however was starting to show some wear and tear due to its age, however the hotel is starting some room refurbishment soon. We found the location to be good, near the train station and the parks. The club lounge was spacious and had decent selections of snacks and drinks. Breakfast spread in the main restaurant was good, they even had some Asian food. There was even small playground area near the computer area on the lobby. I highly recommend the Sheraton Warsaw hotel.

Staff was amazingly helpful. Anything I needed they jumped on it immediately. If I asked a question, they found an answer. Also they made a special boxed breakfast for me and my crew when we had to check out before the breakfast was open. The rooms were clean and modern. The lobby was warm and inviting. Great place!

The room service was extremely poor. Found my clothes on the floor after the room cleaning, apparently the cleaning lady threw it on the floor and then forgot to put it back. The reception tried to charge us extra cost for for the breakfast while it was already included in the total cost that was calculated from booking com. After calling a more senior employeee they were convinced that we did not have to pay extra money for the breakfast. The interior design is nice, the location is good too, but the service definitely needs improvement.

Well located, even if Bristol is closer to the city centre, the Sheraton is a sure bet to stay in very good conditions in Warsaw.

Hotel rated 5 stars but it is lower for sure, the rules are weird such as if u do not use the mini bar they will close it with key (really), the coffie maker in the room is nice gesture but in my case it wanted to kill me making a spark and all the power went off in our room, the technician came fast and fixed the problem, but I give up doing coffie my self the reception offer me a ordinary kettle to warm the water, I refused and suggest to send a coffee with room service she was surprise that am asking for that. The breakfast was very basic and no good food, just very basic shame.

I like this hotel. I used points to upgrade to a club room. Wi-Fi worked very well. Friendly staff. Location is nice. It's a nice 25 minutes walk to the Old Town which is not bad because you are looking at a lot of sights on the way. Lot of restaurants and parks in the vicinity.
