Just back from a 4 night stay. Great location right in the middle of city. Convenient for old town, city centre and public transport. Very spacious and very clean suite. Lovely comfortable bed! Helpful friendly staff. Very positive experience, highly recommended and we will come back again!

I have stayed in many hotels around the world and this hotel is by far the best. From the location to the friendly staff to the spacious rooms. I would recommend MAMAISON RESIDENCE DIANA WARSAW to anyone staying in Warsaw and I would definitely stay here again.

It was a real pleasure to stay at your hotel. Breakfast was lovely, our room been upgraded was a true surprise to us, we enjoyed the Jacuzzi real good! Location is great and the parking as well. Keep up the good work, I've already recommended some of my friends to your great hotel.

Good location. Clean rooms with bathtub. Sad no double beds. It's uncomfortable with twin beds joined.

Very functional hotel close to the city center. Its a very basic hotel whose location is very good for tourists who would like to visit places of interest by foot. Staff are very warm and helpful but food is a challenge as they have very limited options. But there are some nice restaurants around where you can get food of your choice.

It looked like the hotel was being updated. Nice and clean rooms. The staff were very helpful. If you are staying on the 5th floor there is only a lift to the 4th level (then stairs).

The place is nice, near the shop, the bar inside is great, in the room microwave, Jacuzzi, two big rooms, everything is cool.

Huge rooms, there is an amazing Italian restaurant on the first floor. Brick oven pizzas. Very lovely. I would go back!

Great! This was the second time we come to Warsaw and Diana Mamaison Hotel. Lovely apartment! Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the old part of town. We were two + 1, got a large apartment in a one bedroom suite on the top floor and a living room with kitchen downstairs. I'm sure we'll be back.

Good value for money, friendly, large rooms, some signs of use, with kitchen and dining area, sofas, top location, happy to return.

Very convenient location in the close proximity to the most important transport links and attractions of Warsaw. 10 mins walking distance from PKiN.

Clean and very comfortable apartments with super comfy rooms — my room was at the top floor and I could see the tower of PKiN through the ceiling windows
One minor thing — apartment was fully furnished, with mugs, cutlery and a kettle but no coffee nor teabags had been provided — but maybe I missed them.
All in all, nice place to stay in Warsaw!

Big rooms with kitchen. Great location with many restaurants nearby. No gym in the hotel, the sister hotel with gym is very far and nor walkable. Friendly staff.

Fabulous Hotel — delightful and helpful staff, spotless and roomy accommodation, excellent facilities either for eating in the apartment or in the attached Maka I Woda, well-placed for exploring the city and other eating places, easy access to public transport All in all, a really lovely surprise and experience for our first visit to Warsaw — we shall return.

No AC, nor fan in room. To top it off, the neighbours were fornicating loudly at any given time.

Having stayed in the hotel multiple times, as I am weekly travelling to Warsaw for 4 months now, I can say that the hotel is amazing. I have already tried some other accommodation option in Warsaw, but none of these can even be compared to the value I get from Mamaison Diana. The hotel is located in a very convenient position in the city center, a throw stone from the old city. The staff is helpful, polite and really professional. Rooms are VERY spacious and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped for those feeling like preparing their own meal. All this combined with a great price makes Mamaison Diana the one and only option for accommodation in Warsaw either if the trip is a business or vacation one. I have already recommended the hotel to friends and family and it will surely be my choice the next time I will be in Warsaw.

Beautiful, very comfortable, spacious rooms, IKEA style furnishings, friendly staff, close to Old Town Warsaw and a large variety of excellent eateries. TV is tiny, detachable showerheads don't stay in place very well. Didn't care for their breakfast buffet but there are numerous other places to eat close by.
