I have to fully recommend this hotel! The only fault was couldn’t work the air con
Staff were friendly hotel room a good size bathroom was a good size shower pressure was great and constant hot water the hotel location was great as well literally 20 mins from the airport we got a taxi from the airport and cost us 29.50 PZ but use Uber much cheaper the breakfast was great plenty of choice and lots of coffee/tea machines around highly recommend and I will def come bck again u can get a bus to and from the airport number 175 bus stop right outside the hotel or u can get a train which a station called ochta so plenty of public transport if your feeling brave.

"I've never experienced … such a bad customer service in any of the Radisson Blu hotel ever. I think the managment of this hotel forgot the whole idea of the customer service. It's been 20 minutes already, that I've tried to call their one touch service, 100 % guest bla bla, dial 0 and at last Emergency… I'm surprised that nobody is picking up the phone… not a single employee… please if you are under staff … get some more… or if you have lost the interest of serving your customers … then this is not your cup of Tea anymore… and guess what? nobody is picking up the phone till now… "

Great place to stay. Wide selection of food for the breakfast. Room are tidy and the bed is comfy. You can even call reception and get 4 bottle of water at 3am delivered to your room free of charge. Happy with our stay here.

I had a really positive impression by this Hotel. Rooms are huge and clean, the bathroom is as everyone would like to be: Well organized, clean and with the correct details. Staff always helpful and clearly answered all questions. I did not have breakfast as my plane was very early, therefore I can not express an opinion about it.

It was a superb hotel. The lobby is classy and you immediately know you are in a great hotel. Pros:The lobby, the hallways, elevators, rooms are clean and elegant. The buffet breakfast is super festive and everything is in there. They have the widest array of fresh juices/drinks. The presentation of buffet tables and restaurant design is enough to make your day. Their Skybar is a great perk to relax after a tiring day. The view from the top is a must-see. The sunset view while having drinks is unforgettable. This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Cons:None that I can think of.

Nice hotel with a very professional staff, especially at the level of the reception, never missing to place the tiny smile that de-stressing.

Good hotel, good location, nice staff, nice breakfast even if its little bit to expencive, 80 Zloty is to much for a breakfast, I ate a big dinner in old town with a big beer for 65 Zloty
But overall Sas radisson sobienski was good.

Far from the center reachable by taxi some with exaggerated fare! The staff in the hotel were very helpful. Maybe because we're Italians?

The building outside is nightmarish. The rooms are great. Spa Nominal-only Hamam.

It's a really good hotel with great structure! There's gym & spa facilities available! Breakfast is superb with a huge variety of options to choose. The only thing, and the reason for 4 stars, is the high level of external noise from outside early in the morning! AVOID rooms facing the streets (specialy the roundabout — see picture) as the view doesn't not pay off. Traffic starts from 5am onwards and it's a bit tricky to sleep again after this time. There was another customer complaining about this when I checked-out, so I suggest to follow this advice.

Large and modern hotel with central location. Nice and clean modern looking rooms. Good cleaning service. Minus for low pressure in the toilet. Comfortable beds. Helpful front desk. Easy to take a taxi right outside the hotel (cheap). Big and tasty breakfast, worth adding if you don't have it included.

Its much traffic around the hotel. And much disturbanc. The hotel cant fix the damn minibar. So all my drink are warm. When I ask them to fix it. They say its Just the way it should be.

Nice Hotel close to the center of Warsaw! Price is above the average, but rooms are spacious and clean! Very good breakfast! From the airport to the Hotel by taxi will cost you approx. 10€! If you want to go to the center you can easily use public transportation or a taxi! It was not my first stay in this Hotel and we probably will come again!

Great rooms with great beds and good facilities. Unfortunately not cleaned optimally. Rooms right next to the elevator are unbearably noisy! Good location and friendly service, room exchange due to noise from the elevator good grace.

It is a very nice looking hotel, both from classical outside and modern inside. Clean rooms and everything working as it should is a plus. Personnel is helpful and food in the restaurant is on a proper level. My only negative impression was in the underground parking, but there was also some construction work going on at the time, with driving around and trying to find a place to park. Not only there were only few, but also very narrow spaces. Overall, I have good memories and I might coming back there one day in future.

I enjoy the stay. Professional staff. Even the recepcionist knows Bulgarian, which was very pleasant surprise. The rooms are big and very comfortable. Location is perfect in the very center, close to the restaurants. Parking is on site. Will stay there again.

Good hotel and close to four stars, but it is not totally up to standards, especially when comparing to Radissons in Nordic countries. Air-con did not work, bedsheets were not changed even though leaving the room early, we had to wait long time in the reception, rod for towels came out of the wall etc. Small things which indicate that there is no quality checks. Good place to stay, however, if you get a fair deal. Better than most of the Hiltons. Big plus from really good gym. There was also barber/hairdresser which I did not try.

Quite disappointed overall. We had no milk in our room for coffee, went to reception to request some, I'm still waiting for it 12 hours later. We went to the bar for a drink, service was slow we gave up and went to the shop for a bottle of wine then to find out the TV doesn't work. Air con shocked the life out of us coming on at 2.30am. The bed is comfy and the shower hot and powerful. We've still 2 days to go.

Rooms are nice with soft beds. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast is simply very good. Moreover, the fitness room is well equipped and they offer good massage in the spa area. Overall, I was very satisfied.

This is a very clean hotel with great breakfast service which is situated about 2km from some good shops and about 3km from the old town. It's close to a grocery store, tram and trains. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. The hotel has a number of facilities including a gym and steam room. It offers spa treatments and has good business facilities. The Wi-Fi is also better than most hotels in the area. The hotel lacks a pooi.

A huge Hotel, like the ones you can expect from a city like Warsaw.
Clean, with well-insulated rooms, comfortable bed and continental breakfast. Here maybe the breakfast room is sometimes a bit crowded, but you always find space if you are ready to compromise.
Recommended for holidays and business stays.

Wake up at 6… x error, the Rai did not see and bad pillows… kitchen so-so. Malfunctioning air conditioning. Various noises and schricchiolii.

Rooms are lovely, spacious and well designed. Beds are very soft, and if you are like me, then you'll love it! Breakfest is well equipped with tons of options to choose from. The location is just 500 meters from Warsaw Central Station, and 550 meters from its mall. The hotel is also not so far from the airport with just 15 minute drive The staff is very nice and always treats you with a smile. I had an excellent stay and well trust in myself wheb saying I highly recommand staying in this hotel.

A good hotel overall modernised to international standards but looks worse from the outside. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of variety and a menu of hot choices cooked to order. Location not ideal but public transport is good to get to the east side of the city.

The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are what you would expect from this level of hotel with all mod cons for an enjoyable stay. There is a steam room and gym in the basement but no pool.

Modern hotel with a large number of rooms. 20 minutes walk from the main Street for the tourists. The breakfast was super. Wide range of dishes stimulate the appetite.

In the center of the city for many attractions and museums The bad comments From 5 stars hotels I have great expectations so: 1. Nobody change the bed sheets for three nights 2. One night I left the bath towels on the floor and I found them in the same place the next night 3. From the very first time there was a cup of tea — a little bit broken — and stayed in the room every single day. 4. Maybe the managment wants only a few employees and there is not enough time for cleaning carefully. One way or another it was dissapointing.

Not far from city centre, nearby public transport, excellent rooms, good looks. I especially appreciate that they have electric kettles in the room. Just don't forget to bring your favourite tea with you :).

Awesome High class hotel.

Very unfortunate experience. I really enjoyed this place until someone in their staff stole $250 from my room. I forgot my passport and cash in the safe. When I called the concierge to let them now I left the items in the safe, they said they would take them out and save them for me. When I arrived back at the hotel, they delivered my passport, but not the $250 in the safe! When confronted about it, they denied responsibility. Do not go here! You cannot trust them.

Excellent. This hotel was probably the best hotel I stayed in here in Warsaw. Counterstaff were very fast during check-in and minimal fuss occurred. Heading over to the rooms, stepping in I was awed with how clean and beautiful it looked. The rooms came with the basic appliances like kettles, some of which are not present in other hotels. Wifi was accessible from the rooms as well, which is a plus. Beds were spacious and plenty of room for movement all around. Toilets were very good, though I might have to point out the doors are sliding doors and do not have locks on them. On the ground floor sits the restaurant which serves the breakfast buffet for guests. A fantastic variety of food and drinks catering to all. Also on the ground floor is a souvenir shop. There many things can be bought, ranging from mugs to stationary to magnets and even polish styled playing cards. A wide array of things to purchase. This hotel literally has everything you would need for a top notch hotel.

Must say we were delighted with this hotel. They were very professional in dealing with a problem with payment (not of their or our making). Would highly recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located close to the railway station Warsaw Centralni. Bus line to the Airport stops in front of the door. Central transport hub for buses and streetcars. Rooms spacious and very clean. Staff friendly, helpful and kompetend. Breakfast plentiful and tasty. Large selection. As * reasonably priced hotel. Much to recommend for both leisure and business travellers.
