Lovely check in experience — even if my keys didn’t initially work! Upgraded to a corner suite. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

The Westin Warsaw has a great location. Very close to the Old City, one can conveniently walk or take a Metro or Taxis are freely available. Major shopping destination is near by too. The Hotel is good and reasonably large with spacious lobbies and lots of sitting areas in every floor unlike several other European Five Star Hotels. The staff at Front Desk has been quite cooperative and helpful. … Thumps Up to The Westin Warsaw.

A really nice hotel with a fantastic standard room, excellent food and location too. Minutes from the main station and the main banking area of the city. This is why it loses one star… the staff when we arrived are obviously not used to seeing people who have toured Europe for a couple of weeks and more used to seeing bankers in suits as we did not get as warmer welcome as we would have hoped.

Of course, the elevator is the most important end of this hotel. The rooms are small, compact enough but cozy. Located within walking distance of the city's attractions.

Good location in the business district of the city. Spacious and very clean rooms with all the amenities you need. The breakfast is extraordinary, but the coffee can be improved. The hotel has a trendy look and feel with afordable taxi-services. The elevators also come with a view!

It is a very nice hotel. Good food, nice rooms, close to a lot o things and very nice elevators. No swimming pool and a lack of TV shows makes this hotel a 4 out of 5. Would visit again.

Professional staff. Well organised rooms. Broad range of breakfast items. Room dining service was nice. Our room had good views with no street noice. Surrounding area had good range of affordable restaurants.

Everything was good. Even the cheapest rooms have an awesome bed lots of pillows, comfortable duvet, big TV, nice light, mini bar, iron, etc. Bathroom very nice, shower and bathtub (separate), bathrobe, all very roomy and comfy. Everything was clean and pleasant. Check-in and — out efficient and without problems. Wi-Fi OK, no complaints there either. Really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent hotel and excellent staff. We were a group of 36 in total and all agreed how helpful the staff were. Especially as two/three sets of travellers had flight issues and they couldn't have been more helpful. Restaurant food also top of the range. No faults to be found here.

Definitely not up to 5 stars: old and ruined furnishings (cabinets, doors. ), I have made this several times that lacked towels and slippers for the second guest. Never got anything in 3 days.
I used the kettle and they never emptied the water or put refill of the.
To be part of a chain, it is definitely revised the classic (or improved service) especially for the price paid not low.

Stayed for 4 nights at The Westin, the hotel looks very nice and fancy. The classic room on 10 floor was good and has 2 sofas inside with a coffee table and a small kettle for tea. Bathroom was a bit strange — 2 doors — feels like entering a closet and cannot lock the doors, but looks very good and clean. Bed is comfortable and a/c is very good and quiet. The view isn't the best. Facing these massive ugly living complexs. We got 2 water bottle free everyday. Breakfast is basically fine but I would expect something more from 5 star hotel (had better in motels and 3 star hotels worldwide). Location is a bit far from city center if you are looking to walk mostly you should take something closer like Novotel or Intercontinental. Overall it's a recommended hotel if you get a good price! (4 nights + breakfast = 420$).

Great hotel, very good breakfast, just missing a pool.

I stayed for one night in Westin Hotel in Warsaw. It was my worst experience staying in a 5 star hotel. There were small hair particles found on the pillow and blanket. Pillow was smelly as well. The bath robe was in bad condition. I stayed in other 5 star hotels as well but never had such experience. I do not recommend Westin Warsaw for stay. It is unhygienic.

Your ad says: "Pure happiness". Well, I just stayed at Westin Warsaw, and my experience was slightly different… According to my definition of pure happiness the hotel staff definitely not wakes me up at 5.50 in the morning by accident — after I ordered a car for 5.45pm, but somebody just made a mistake and thought it is in the morning… But fine, you made a mistake, happens to everyone once in a while, you ruined my whole day with this, but sure, this can happen to everyone. I couldn't sleep back, my bad, anyway I had a business meeting at 8.45, just in the next building, so I thought I go down to the reception at 8.30 to check out, and maybe discuss this mistake you've made. But it took me 15minutes to finally get downstairs from the 8th floor, there were 3 of us waiting for the elevator, but it just didn't want to arrive for long-long minutes, and when it finally did arrive we couldn't enter, because it was totally full. So after 3 elevator passed the same way, I had to go down on the stairs from the 8th floor with my luggage, and I was late from my meeting. And finally, when I had a lunch break between my meetings and I could go back to the hotel to check out, I mentioned the mistake you made for the not very polite gentleman at the reception desk, but he hardly even said sorry… For me this is not a 5star treatment and absolutely not pure happiness.

Not a good experience. We staid from 1st to 2nd of April. The room was dirty and incredibly dusty, you saw the particles flying when you were in the room. Huge disappointment as my girl is allergic. The lady behind the counter was flabbergasted when we provided negative feedback. No apologies, no sorry, no nothing. It was disgusting. The Westin has lost a business client here.

I've stayed here a few times for business whilst visiting Warsaw. The hotel is modern, with well maintained rooms. Staff have always been friendly and helpful when staying here. There is a good breakfast in the restaurant, and for dinner they serve a mix of Asian influenced food and Polish food. The gym is of a decent size as well for a hotel, better than a lot of other hotels I have stayed in. Has always been an enjoyable stay.

Very nice Hotel in Warsaw! I've been there already a couple of times! The rooms are spacious and well equipped! The breakfast is very good! The location to the city center is ok, you can have a walk from there to the old town, it will take you approx. 15min! Prices are a bit higher than the average Hotel in Warsaw, but it's worth it! I can recommend this Hotel and will come again!

Had a stay booked here for 6 weeks (Sunday to Thursday) in total. During 3rd week I got food poisoned by the room service dinner. Got sick 3 hours after eating raw salmon and a warm dish from their restaurant, nauseousness, diarrhea, vomiting. After complaint, Food and Beverage Operation Manager got back and asked what else I had eaten. 5 days after my immediate reply, he got back and said it couldn't be the hotel, as nobody else reported issues that day. N apology for the food issues. Compensation from a day of lost work and meetings was a dinner at the hotel restaurant — the last place I'd like to eat at again. Expected better from Starwood.

Always enjoyed my stays here. Even got the same room without request, sometimes. Friendly Staff, clean large rooms. Perfect.

Nice hotel. Room was clean and tidy. Reception staff were friendly. Wide range for breakfast and cheap if include in package. There a gym on 3 floor and member club on 20 floor for which u have to pay extra. Be careful I place mty card for room services and they block 1000 zolty on it which they haven't release yet after a month.

The Westin Warsaw offers fantastic prices, especially on weekends. As a SPG Platinum member, I get a super upgrade every time and access to the club lounge and breakfast.

The benefits of the room and breakfast do not deserve 5 stars and the price charged. The hotel is still nice and the room quite large. Attention even if they offer rooms for 3 with child under 12 this remains 2 single beds to share.

Friendly staff, spacious clean modern rooms and very big well utilized bathroom! The glass-walled elevator shaft is an adventure for people who don't like heights. Perfectly located in the center of Warsaw means all tourist attractions are in walking distance. Rooms are surprisingly cheap for what they offer!

I stayed two nights at this hotel. Located a few minutes walk from Warsaw Central Train station, perfect for going from it to the airport.
It is a very modern and contemporary hotel, with spacious rooms of great quality and cleanliness, with all kinds of extras like bathrobes, iron and ironing board for clothes, etc.

A good hotel, all the services from the access to the room… It's a very fast elevator. It also has a spectacular view on the top floor 29, especially at night.

I absolutely love the Westin one of my favorite hotels. The one in Warsaw adds a little extra goodies like the lavender oil by the bed the extra mouthwash the body wash and creams are white tea aloe which smells heavenly. The showers have the two types of shower head which I love. The tub as well has a shower head just to wash your hair.

The hotel is great. The gym is awesome, the spa is good as well, workers are nice. The rooms are big enough and they are very good looking. Really enjoy the hotel.

I am very satisfied with my visit. All in all there are things that could improve but I still think 5 stars is well deserved. Main reasons: awesome breakfast, good air condition, staff willing to communicate in English and always very helpful. We asked for a room on the highest floor possible and they gave us a room on the 16th floor which is the highest there is unless you are an executive guest and they also tried to get us checked in 4 hours early even if we didn't ask for it. Location is very good as well with just a few minutes walking distance to one of the largest shopping centers in Warsaw and the royal castle.

Excellent Hotel! In the Centre of the city.
The staff is very kind and friendly, at the reception and in the restaurant. The breakfast is huge and u get everything u want, warm, cold and sweets etc.
We stay here for 4 nights in a deluxe room. The bed is huge king size and the view from the upper floor is amazing. We went to many good hotels in the world and this one is realy good! We will come back! And by the way Warsaw is a wonderful city!

Wow! The hotel is stunning, with the unique funnel-style elevator being at the forefront of the building. Fast rides and beautiful views. Staff were very helpful and rooms were quite modern. Breakfast buffet was stunning, albeit 99PLN may be a bit high for those who don't have breakfast included in the reservation. Gym is small but maintained well, and steam room is in good condition. No pool available to my dismay, but it does not take away from being a beautiful hotel in a prime location (10-15min to Uprising museum)

Modern hotels with l lovely, though typical, Westin style rooms. Not a place for a cultural experience and the neighborhood doesn't have too much going on, but it's only a short walk to the train station and the metro is just down the block. Would totally return for a comfortable stay in Warsaw!
