Great location — with Palace of Culture — Nowy Swiat, Chmielna, Stare Miasta, and their restaurants & bars in walking distance or a short Uber ride — decent rooms with a comfortable bed. Service is at Intercontinental standard! We stayed on the 33rd floor and the view of the city at night was nice — although believe facing the Palace of Culture would give you a better view! Swimming pool, jacuzzi and Steam&Sauna on the 43rd floor is a real bonus!

I love this place. It looks and feels like a high-end hotel. My room was large and super comfortable. I loved the breakfast buffet. Weronika, the hostess and server, was simply fantastic. Very welcoming and kind.

I have stayed here 30 times and still my favourite hotel in Warsaw. Nice staff, food is great, excellent rooms and the pool and gym on floor 41 are great. Highly recommended. Great views and in the real centre of the city. 10 minutes from the old town.

A really good and nice hotel of 5 stars, with breathtaking view, nice and young polite staff, the hotel is in the center, 2 minute of walking and you see restaurants, big mall, hard rock cafe, everything you want and wish, museums, not to forget the good breakfast and dinner, a piano downstairs at the lobby and many other things, we like everything! ❤️❤️

Outstanding hotel with large rooms. Views are beautiful from every sides and especially from the swimming pool on the 43rd floor. Food is divine at The Platter restaurant that serves gourmet menus made up with top quality products and excellent wines, service there was perfect. Breakfast is incredible, and the chef cooks delicious omelettes on demand! All staff was very kind and available: check in/out, luggage storage and more. Also, thank you for considering my request.

The place is right in the center. Rooms are very good. The Spa / swimming pool on the last floor has a great view. The breakfast is great in size, taste and styles! Good price for its qualities.

Everything is great with great this hotel, especially top floor gym and swimming pool with skyline view. Breakfast was ok if it’s included in your room. Only a few minutes from big shopping mall and central train station, there are a good bar and Asian restaurant and a store next to the hotel. Highly recommend.

Very good hotel! It has a lot of floors and is located in a good location! The only problem I had was that the check in is only at 15:00 and we had trouble getting the room.

Beautiful and freshly designed hotel, prices are fair compared to the level of rooms and facilities. The pool area and spa in the highest floor, loved that view! The gym is very nice with all the newest machines in the market! Stuff was really nice, polite and took care of everything we needed. The area of the hotel is right in the center of Warsaw, absolutely everything is in a walking distance. Totally recommend this hotel for business men, families or couples.

We had a special day to celebrate and we have chosen this hotel due to great location and spa with amazimg view. Despite the fact that they have ignored our request via emails re special occasion, ee have tried to contact and call them, they have disconnected phone call and told it is not right time for them to talk because receptionist is busy. On the arrival day there was many ongoing issues with our room and service, missing third bed, no towels and bathrobe, second day they didn't clean up our room despite the fact we asked twice. Customer service was worse than disaster. We felt so bad during all our stay. Pool and spa admin was especially so rude and didn't choose properly words to comunicate with their customers. To sum up, nevertheless hotel has great location it doesn't make great place if customer service treat their customers as a sh… will never come back and would never recommend this place to anyone. There is so many other hotels for less price who respect people much more.

Very good hotel with big rooms and bathrooms. A very nice view over the city and a spa with pool on the top floor. The pool has a wonderful view over the city as well. The breakfast has a good variety of food including freshly made omelette and fried eggs. It is located in the city center and you can walk to the old town within 20 minutes.

Everything is super. The rooms are large, beautiful and chic, the pool is amazing, the gym is great, the breakfast is Royal.

1 night en route Potsdam to Moscow. Comfortable, friendly staff and well-appointed comfortable room. Private group dinner was attractively laid out, served attentively and of a good standard. Breakfast also excellent from a very broadly stocked buffet including a talented egg chef! Best saved for last — the River View club on the 34th floor includes a good sized pool with stunning views over the city and an adjacent jacuzzi, steam room and sauna; an experience not to be missed.

Be careful with your credit card there! They will charge you a deposit without explaining it properly. We are waiting around w week to get it back and no sign off it. They don’t inform you at the checking about your options with the deposit. Endless chats with management no one can offer any solution. Shockingly bad customer service. Very unpleasant stay. Staff with attitude at the swimming pool. We are extremely disappointed. We are returning customers and will never be back!

Great hotel, 20 minute walk to the old town in Warsaw. Lunch was very good and well priced, lobster bisque was delicious. Rooms well appointed, but like any hotel the staff make it! Faultless service, attentive and friendly. Recommended.

I loved this hotel! The rooms are very comfortable, the pool on the top floor is amazing. The fitness room also has good appliances. The breakfast offers many options and is delicious. All with a harpist playing in a corner.

Very good hotel. We got the deluxe king room. It was quite large with great view to the city. Bed was very comfortbale and shower room was good as well. The pool and spa at the top floor is very nice and the city view as well. Hotel located in central place close to email station and mall. Very recommended.

We had a great time at the Intercontinental Warsaw a few days ago. We have got a nice, comfortable and cozy room on 38th floor. The view is so great and wonderful, that we couldn't imagine better family time. The SPA center is above all expectation! Great staff starting from the Reception (especial I would love to mention Alina — so nice and friendly receptionist, whose make our day better) to the HouseKeeping. All of them doing their job perfectly and on time. Thanks for all — it was unforgettable stay, and we will surely choose your hotel for next stay.

Very nice hotel with great location in downtown Warsaw and good views of the city. Nice restaurant choices and bars for relaxing. Top floor has the fitness facility and fitness center with incredible views of the Palace and downtown.

The hotel was large and clean. The club lounge was great, gave as much to drink and eat as you wanted as well as community games. In the health center there was a good gym — had many different devices partly with TV. The swimming pool was horrible. Rather small unr much too much chlorine. After 15min the eyes burned and did not stop for 1h… otherwise the staff was very friendly and competent.

A terrific hotel. Pool and fitness speak for themselves, or impress by their views. Breakfast top.

Very nice Hotel with pool on the top floor. Close to downtown and with many nearby shops. The location is great for business meetings especially in the Lounge to the last floors where you can entertain yourself with a wonderful view of the city.

The Intercontinental in Warsaw is in my opinion by far the best hotel in the place. The rooms are clean and tidy, the spa is well maintained. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and the view is simply wonderful. All in all, when I travel to Warsaw I will definitely stay at the Intercontinental again.

Lovely hotel, great service, great location. Should be more variety of fresh vegetables at breakfast. The carpet in the room should be cleaned (vacuumed) better. The water in the pool are not warm (in the winter). Frequently (approximately every 20-30 sec) the warm water from the shower (in the room) turns cold or deadly hot for 2-3 sec. Inspit all that — it's a good hotel for short visits in Warsaw.

SPA: The view really amazing, saunas really good, nice changing rooms, yet glazed tile in main room like in public toilet, small swimming pool and tiny jacuzzi. All together — ok, not amazing, could be much better and staff barely speaks English.

Five Star Hotel, little more to say. We took it with discount and although it is somewhat away from the center, if you can take a room, you won't be disappointed. It has a rooftop pool and spa.

This was our 2nd time returning to this hotel as a large group. The standard of the hotel has remained excellent but check-in let the experience down. The rooms are very luxurious and maintained to a very high standard. Some of the views from the higher floor rooms are amazing! Leisure facilities on the room top are excellent and not to be missed. Unfortunately, out of a group of 13 people, only 1 of our rooms was available at check-in at 15:00! We still didn't have all our rooms allocated by 17:00! For a hotel of this standard, it's really not acceptable to not be able to get into your room 3+ hours after their check-in time. Hopefully this isn't a regular issue. Excellent hotel but needs to ensure it maintains standards.

The view from the room and the swimming pool on the 43 floor is relaxing and inspiring for new victories. I like to admire this kind of quality ideas come to mind.

The breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were well equipped, maintained, and clean. Helpful and accommodating staff even for a non-polish speaker.

I has an excellent stay in the hotel (2014). The room was nicely decorated and the bathroom spotless. They provide you with lemongrass scented bath and shower products which smell very good. What I loved the most was the breakfast. Best ever! You can get Everything you can think of, from anywhere. Not often can you have good croissants, dumplings, bacon, cheese and fruits at the same time for breakfast! To conclude, I recommend a high rise room on the tower side. It's not the best scenery but it's still a nice view nonetheless.

This is one of the best business hotels I ever stayed at. Especially for the price paid! The rooms are an excellent size, even the standard rooms. Good mini bar with automatic booking (pay attention, if you move something, it gets registered as consumed! ). There is an extra table and a lot of plugs, even close to bed so that you can charge your phone and use it as an alarm clock over night. The bathroom is absolutely top! Huge shower and separate bath tub, although latter is a little bit short. I would not have fitted in. The restaurant is excellent, I recommend to go for the steak! The breakfast buffet is one of the best I ever used. Fresh fish and even paté. The only thing was that the Rösti was not crispy at all, despite the label ;) The people are super friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would go back there any time I visit Warsaw.

Best Known for Its top floor pool and gym. Magnificent site. You can view place of culture and science form there while relaxing in jacuzzi.

The room was great and very good service. However the hotel charged me three times for my stay and are lying to my face that they will refund me. Now I filed a police report at the hotel for fraud to the swedish police department and since I'm a swedish lawyer I will look into suing the hotel.

Real Horny sauna and bathing area with a super cool view of the city highly recommended only the long queues before the morning meal has bothered.

From 1st sight — it should be great: — really good location — great view from 44th floor — really good breakfast, and lady playing on harp — nice done room But I haven't felt there anythign special, there wasn't atmosphere and this is the reason why 4 stars (and not 5). As in Warsaw there is a lot of hotels — next time I won't sleep in this one.

Great view, half board, open bar, spa and wellness center, room offers all kinds of options. A great experience, go for it if you want to enjoy a beautiful night with your wife for example.

The building is spectacular and the location, opposite the Palace of culture and the Warsaw Central station. However has errors that are not characteristic of a 5 star hotel: dining room (at least during breakfast) younger employees are inexperienced, they do not know where there is nothing and almost find it difficult to understand English. By the way, here I've tried worst history scrambled eggs.
SPA seems more a water park, with floats, children and adults screaming and splashing from here forth and used towels are stacked on the lounge chairs because there is no one in charge. There is no free internet in the room option.
Moreover, the comfy bed and very clean.

In general the hotel liked, if not one BUT! Had a rest in the SPA at the 43 floor. Wife accidentally forgot the phone in a pocket of the robe, which she left in the locker room. Returning through 10 minutes phone "melted" and the fact that besides us and the attendants were gone! Head protection only spread his hands and really did nothing, and everything else was still up to our problems. Remained negative residue after visiting this hotel.

Very nice hotel. The rooms have come but unfortunately somewhat in the years. Small defects in the indoor facilities. The cleanliness could even better his BSP. Grille of the air conditioner is very dusty. All in all still recommended in the good views of the skyline.

Considering the discounted rate obtained by booking well in advance, my stay in august 2011 was very pleasant. Beautiful view on the Palace of Culture and Science and on city center.
