The hotel meets standard of Hilton chain from my opinion. The parking and lobby space is quite big. The variety of food for breakfast in the restaurant is okay. The room is not too small. Unfortunately, there is no bathtub and refrigerator in the room. In term of location, it seems to be far a bit from Warsaw downtown.

Very nice place. Big rooms plus good pool zone. Worth to have entrance to the premium zone with big jacuzzi and saunas. Food & cocktails ok. Small garden with children playground. Even big company events do not disturb hotel guests, which is positive and not often.

Well all. Less the location. Very far except for the convention.

Good condition. Good clean. Good facility. Good comfortable. Only one to recommend, please check your bed condition, because it has some noise when I turn my body.

Well kept Hotel, very clean and tidy. The staff are all nice from the reception to the breakfast, the spa and the gym '.
The breakfast is fantastic with so much choice of savory and delicious desserts!
The location is a bit far from downtown but there are a number of free buses to do the city tour. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The rooms are well equipped. Unfortunately no German and only an English TV program. The breakfast is OK, the service almost too fast while clearing.

The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars was because I didn't have a chance to do anything but for sleep and have a meeting, however it's facilities are phenomenal and rooms are what you would expect from a Hilton DoubleTree. Breakfast and Lunch were perfect from the time that I had to eat with lots of diversity but you could taste the quality.

High luxury hotel. Everything superb however my room was not cleaned. The service was extremely responsive and made it right in 10 min. Spacious rooms with very large beds. Free Wi-Fi. Free parking. Hairdryer and bathroom with TV sound. Airconditioner. Very pleasant and good sleeping conditions.

Very good hotel nice glass deco and huge ballrooms, is like e mega cruise ship with highest cleaning all around and high quality wood finished. Near the Vistula river Warchau in Poland.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the last 2 years. It’s a nice and well managed hotel with a reasonable breakfast and quiet and comfortably furnished rooms. Recommendable for business and tourist travelers who travel by car.

This is a good and relatively inexpensive choice for HH members. The place is quite far from downtown Warsaw, but if you use UBER, the ride is not very costly. The hotel has a nice swimming pool. The staff are very friendly.

Good bussiness hotel, a bit out of center, which is good for preventing running a way during a conference.

I am here for a conference. Because I wanted to stay 2 days longer, I was forced to make separate reservations, which I thought was very weird. Even though we talked to the hotel about it and were told they would keep us in the same room, we were moved to another, which was much worse (even though more expensive) for the duration of the conference. The second room is pretty dirty. Red stains on the chair, all sorts of stains on the marble surfaces which makes me believe they are not cleaned in a long time. The toilet was dirty. I bought Lysol and cleaned it myself. The shower is limy. On top of that, the restaurant cannot come up with anything gluten free other than salad without dressing, which I, being celiac, will be eating for the entire week, given the hotel is pretty removed from everything. Update: The heating in my second bedroom failed during the night. I started complaining about it at the reception at 11 am. I kept calling and stopping by multiple times to ask about it until, at last, at 6pm I was informed I had to move bedrooms again. At no point I was contacted with any information and had I not insisted, I believe I would have been ignored and left without heating. No help in moving my things was offered. Update 2: They are now charging me the two extra days I stayed longer than the conference twice. Can I give 0 stars?

Great hotel, most of times I've been here is busy, I've met many celebrities which always make my stay kind of special. Fantastic people working in the bar, very good restaurant and outdoor area. They even grill food in the garden. Bedrooms are modern and spacious.

Definitely a luxury hotel living up to its name and reputation. Room was great, beds where just perfect. 2 people can sleep in one person bed so big as they where. Breakfast was great but also pricey. Swimmingpool and sauna just perfect to relax. Staff looked a little bit unhappy at the reception but are very helpfull. Definitely would visit again!

One of the best hotels in Warsaw. The only cons is tbat it is away from the city centre — though for me it was really a pro. Great spa, good restaurant, friendly staff and modern design makes it an obvious hit for anyway in Warsaw — but best for business who needs some quite environment after busy day.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area away from the center. A convenient place to stay when travelling travel by car. There is free Parking. Delicious breakfasts. Spacious rooms.

Outstanding service, superb breakfast especially the made to order dishes. It's about 12-15 minutes drive from Mokotow or Downtown — either come here with an own car or use uber.

The room was large, almost on a par with the Intercontinental Warsaw’s rooms, but being on a lower floor meant that the view wasn’t as good. The decoration was the standard DoubleTree pastel colours, but I always think they’ve aged well. The bed was large, and firm, this is something I like about European Hotels. As well as the bedside lights, it also has reading lights. As you can tell the space was more than they thought, they flanked the bed with two chairs. I have a pet hate of glass desks. I’m not one for the trend of no desk either. As the hotel sells itself as a conference centre too, it had a large desk. Under the tea and coffee refreshments sat a locked mini bar. As I was able to go to the lounge, I didn’t ask for it to be opened. I wasn’t offered the faster internet. I thought a drawback was the fact the ironing board, hidden in the wardrobe by the door, was a short one. The wardrobe, as one would expect, also contained the safe and a spare robe. The bathroom continued the space feel. It had both a shower cubicle and a bath. Surprisingly it didn’t have his and hers sinks, but the one it had was oversize. At only £75 a night, this has to be one of the best DoubleTree properties I’ve stayed in. Once again, I was only there for a night and was working too much to visit the onsite pool, gym and my body was crying out for a visit to the spa but I ran out of time.

Children are *not* welcome. I've booked "King Suit" — 28 m2 Apparently, I had to book another room, just o fit 2 adults + 2 (8yr, 4yr) Oh, and their English far from 5* expectations.

Quiet, calm and cozy! On the one hand you are in the city on the other hand get peace and quiet! The hotel is more suitable for those who are on the car.

Great hotel, albeit not very close to the city center. Big, free parking lot outside, great rooms, ideal HHonors status recognition, comfy lounge. Sport facilities are top notch with great indoor swimming pool and state of the art fitness rooms.

A bit further from city center. Some big queues over the rush hours. The hotel itself is good.

Hotel is not only bed & food. It's an organisation that is formed by people who work there. DoubleTree by Hilton Warsaw presents the worst communication, human resources and organizational features. The Sales and Marketing management is not prepared for their role.

4 nights, from 20th to 24th October. The heating system in the room didn't work: the room was like a freezer. Nobody solved the problem.
