Super hotel, great equipped. Great rooms. Free bicycles. Very good breakfast. Very friendly and courteous staff. Very good price performance ratio.

The hotel is ok for its 4 stars. The customer service is very good, we could easily change our stay to 1 day earlier than originally booked. The hotel accepts dogs, what was very important for us and is baby friendly. The breakfast was more than you usually have in a 3 star hotel.

Hotel was very good, breakfast was very good, staff was excellent. Great location, very clean also, the only problem we've had is a column almost in the middle of the room, structurally may make some sense, but it was annoying, specially if you go with toddlers.

Fantastic hotel! The rooms are beautifully designed and well equipped. Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Very good location — close to the city center. And the restaurant serves delicious meals, as well as a wide selection of wines and other alcohols. I highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Poznan.

Location was good, really easy to get about because there's was a tram stop outside the hotel. Rooms were clean Tudy and modern and the the staff were very helpful and friendly.

A very small and quiet hotel. Located a little away from the center. But by tram it is only 5 stops to the old town. Zimmner are decorated in a modern style and have plenty of space.

I stayed here this week on business. I loved staying at this hotel. The room was clean, warm and comfy. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had a great fresh variety to choose from, but the best for me was the restaurant. I tried a different dish every night and each meal was absolutely splendid. Thanks everyone. I'll see you next time I'm in town.

Great service, clean and spacious rooms close to big park for works or morning run. Delicious food in restaurant and wide selection for breakfast. Recommend!

Three with a child in one room. Size totally ok, price very fine, very clean everything very neat. Location directly at the citadel also very good, recommended.

The framework… but other than that no big thing for a hotel 4 stars! It's not worth: the breakfast is poor, worthy of a 2 stars. We stayed for 5 nights and we wanted cancelled 1 night at our arrival but it n want, what gesture of goodwill! So we took all our meals in the city. No regrets because we discovered in Poznan of the very friendly places, but not Vivaldi.

Excellent Hotel with beautiful dining facilities. Enjoyed eating lamb cutlets in the restaurant. Everything was satisfactory and the staff very helpful in all aspects. The only negative for me was the room I stayed in had dark decor. I personally like a brighter decor. The bathroom was modern and compact.
