Loving the room. Colourful, exceptionally clean. Everything you could want. Staff friendly and very, very helpful.

The staff really couldn't do enough for you. The reception girls and boy-o — really do go out there way. This place is all that you will want, short walk to the centre so nice and quiet at night. The cleaning ladys do a top job, the room was spotless. The bar has premium drinks but still cheap as chips.
Thank to all the gang for making it a great stay. Hope to see you again soon.

Out party of 6 adults have just returned home from a 4 day stay. The rooms were immaculate. From the moment we arrived until the day we left. The reception upon arriving was warm and welcoming. Gana and the rest of the staff could not do enough for us. Nothing was a trouble. Thank you to all staff for making our stay feel like home x highly recommend ☆☆☆☆☆

Very helpful. Assisted with booking transfers and excursions. 15 min walk to the square. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Would definitely stay again.

This is the best Hotel in town with some amazing and professional staff and I feel like home. Specially the service hotel provides. Customer centric employees like Bart, Kamil, Aneta and Rudolph make this place a heaven…

I tried different hotels in krakow the last years. The Liv'Inn is my first choice for business trips. Rooms are modern. Breakfast is ok. Prices are fair. It's close to the city center (20 min to walk).

Garry and I stayed here from 08/12/17 to 15/12/17 and absolutely loved it. Beautiful apartment and wonderful staff. Especially Bart at reception. What a brilliant front man. We asked for a Christmas Tree for our apartment… Bart was at our door with one next day! What a lovely gesture. Stunning Aparthotel. I will recommend this place to everyone I know. Modern and spacious apartments, better value for money compared to the hotels of the old town. Breakfast is also good and adequate. Especially the staff of the reception is very noticeable due to constant friendliness and helpfulness.

Had five days in krakow, staying at the Liv Inn. Everything about this hotel was fantastic. Staff very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to be helpful especially Rudolph. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay in lovely Krakow.

Basic clean and very helpful. A bit far out from the centre for those that can't walk too far.

Absolutely amazing accommodation! We stayed bed only not breakfast so can’t comment on that but the facilities in the apartment are fantastic! Fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, tea coffee facilities, microwave oven, and all utensils, pots and pans! Clean, fresh and very modern! Under floor heating in kitchen and bathroom! Bedroom spacious and comfortable bed, complete with big wardrobe with iron and ironing board and a safe! Value for money, again A*
Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating! We will be back, no doubt about that!

I stayed from 09/10/17-12/10/17 and absolutely loved my time here, Rudolf and the rest of the team were fantastic, very friendly and helpful and a pleasure to chat to, the rooms were stunning, very comfortable clean and modern.
The breakfast was very nice and stocked up with a wide range to suit all tastes, and the young lady was always welcoming to guests and very friendly and always smiling.
I would 100 percent love to go back to Krakow and again stay at the Liv'inn. So a big big thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.

Gorgeous hotel with a true modern day hero as the manager I don't know where to start with this review so firstly I will say the hotel is very nice. The rooms are fresh and clean and the breakfast had a great selection. But the real story here is the customer service. The Liv'Inn hotel is so lucky to have a manager such as Kamil. It was our first wedding anniversary so we celebrated with some cocktails for breakfast in town and of course the worst happened — my iPhone 7 fell out my pocket on the tram! All of our travel documents were on there and it's not a cheap phone so panic set in. We ran to reception and explained this to Kamil (knowing there was nothing he could possibly do). He calmed us down and asked some questions, he phoned the tram company for me, explained all my documents could be accessed at the hotel but also was clever enough to locate the iPhone via the find my phone service! We logged in and watched my phone take a tour of Krakow. Because of this he realised the phone was still switched on so he personally messaged my phone asking nicely if they could return the phone and who to call. I had lost all hope but he was very calm and was happy to wait and see what happened. After a short while he received a phone call from a wonderful, honest woman looking to return it! We had to meet her at a kiosk in a residential area (scary, especially since we don't speak polish! ) but he never gave a second thought of coming with us in a taxi after his shift finished.

Amazing clean rooms, short walk to the centre of the old town. Cutest veranda with blankets to boot and a well stocked hotel bar open until 2am.

This is an excellent hotel. It's a 15 min walk to the main square from here. The staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. Great prices on the drinks in the small bar area. Breakfast is usually included and has a mixture of all sorts for your tastes. Rooms are spacious and very nice.

Location is good. Apartments are converted to hotel rooms.

Not expensive, close to the center.

Good service specious clean. Only bad side is no air con in rooms but temp at night cooled down enough to make it bearable.
