Very nice hotel, breakfast is very good, staff is profesionall! Rooms are also OK! :D.

Price/ performance great.
Clean, very central and very nice staff.
Be careful when parking, where the cars are quickly towed when man is parked without a ticket.

Lovely hotel, beautiful decor, great location. The staff cannot do enough for you, especially the dark haired gentleman with glasses who tends to work evenings. He booked our trips and made sure we had all the details and offered to have sandwiches prepared to take with us. He even opened the bar for us 2 hours after it closed.
My only complaint is I booked a double room and we got 2 single beds pushed together. Yes, I have woken up in between the two but other than that, great place to stay.

Rooms are comfy and clean, mini bar, no tea or coffee facility but with so many cafes who needs it. 10mins walk to the Jewish Quarter and 15 to the centre of krakow.

Food not very special, small rooms and those of some of my friends also dirty, convenient location but the general judgement remains negative.

It was a very nice hotel.
As for the staff, always kind and ready to give any indication required. The thing that let it be desired is the bathroom of the room, small and poorly ventilated… For more the water of the shower or went out cold or hot, no middle way.
The location is excellent, in front of the Kasmierz District, 5 min from Wawel Castle and 10 min from Rynek Glowny. We stayed for 4 nights (5GG) and we used very little public transport.

We spent here one night, hotel generally and our room was really clean, breakfast was tasty but coffee was just a "black water", really poor coffee, at least for us. Just in middle of night we was waked up by group of drunk people who was really loudly.

Ideally located for those who want to visit both the center and the Jewish quarter, a few steps from the castle. Not really international breakfast, but in line with a three star. We went in group, and for the triple and quadruple over a king size bed the others were equipped with rollaway or double sofa beds.
Especially the hall and the dining room in the Art Nouveau style. We were lucky and from our room we saw the castle.

Just back from a lovely stay here & we really enjoyed it. The location is fantastic, friendly staff & our room 601 on the top floor was extremly spacious & clean. Rooms were cleaned every day & we were given fresh towels & toiletries. The room had a sofa bed and 1 double bed and there was a large shower with seperate bath. There was also air conditioning.
Breakfast was continental with tea & coffee facilities from 7-10am.
Would recommend this hotel.

Great! We stay Herę whenever we visit Kraków! This hotel cannot be beat for location and service! They even managed to lokatę someone who could repair the broken handle on my suitcase! Reasonable rates. ,
