Great ambiance with artistic decors in every nook. Rooms are big and comfortable.

My room was very comfortable, and super clean with daily maid service. I had a good bathroom with toiletries and plenty of hot water. An electric kettle meant I was even able to brew my fave chinese teas there while catching up on CNN news ☺ Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Good facilities onsite: breakfast buffet (a resto at night), coffee shop, mini store with beer ☺ Very close: laundry, spa, tricycle stand, multicab pickup point. Good central location too. The garden and fishpond are a bonus. The lobby has lots of seating, and there are many lovely decorative touches all over the hotel. Check the montages at front and back of lobby, in particular. There is much understated elegance for a midrange hotel. The hotel seems very well run with a lot of thought and care involved. I shall return ☺

The staff was very accommodating. They are prompt when delivering the requests and the room smelled good. The ensuite bathroom was clean and toiletries were provided daily and you didn't have to call and request for it. The hotel is centrally located as well.

Average taste of food, location is very accessible.

Nice hotel. Modern and positive atmosphere. Fully equipped rooms with hair dryer, water cooker, slippers, tooth brush, aircon, Wi-Fi hot shower, safe and mineral water. Everythingis clean. Daily room service. Strange: For a Premium double room only breakfast for ONE person is included. For standard rooms no breakfast included. Also strange: If you book and pay online, you will have to pay another 12% VAT upon arrival in the hotel.

It's our second time staying here and we love it! The staff, place and amenities/services arei def recommend it to family and friends! P. S. U can actually find cheaper price online rather than going straight to book at the hotel.

Very nice and cozy… They cleaned the room everyday.

The owners of this place built the hotel around their ancestral house. We got a room with twin beds. It's spacious, cozy, and got everyhing you need. The water bottles are complimentary so dont worry they wont charge you three grand for that. There is also a restaurant and a convenience store within the compound. The staff is polite. They even personally delivered the Wi-Fi voucher codes to our room. Oh and the Wi-Fi is fast too. Tnere are a lot of parking spaces but be sure to get there the soonest since almost all of them are occupied when there's an event in the function area. This places is also a stone's throw away from eateries and entertainment areas like Yellow Doors Hostel (bar) and Dahil Sayo (budget eatery).

3 times stayed in this hotel for stopover in roadtrips. Easy no hassle check-in. Good parking.

Very nice hotel in quiet area, very friendly customer service, cheaper than others around, because I searched. There is an outdoor seating place as well indoors Free Wi-Fi. Relaxing hotel to be in. Has almost all a commendations and more Flexible than others. Made me dance there.

The double room we tried was well appointed.

The rooms are spacious and overall comfortable at a relatively fair price. I liked my experience during my stay. And I may be nitpicking here but they could do a better job of cleaning the rooms, I'm not sure if they even wipe the mirrors and the glass shower divider. There were also webs at corners. If they don't pay enough attention to these things, it might end up a good hotel with grimy furnishings which would definitely be disappointing. The breakfast buffet options are barely adequate if not limited. The staff are friendly and helpful but needs more training in customer service.

I stayed in Rosvenil for almost a month in 2012 and had a great service, clean rooms and very good staff. If you are long — or short-time visitor, this hotel is definitely a good option if you want to be in central Tacloban.
