Way too small rooms, no fridge, nowhere for our clothes, bathroom way too small. It’s a box that’s all. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Don't know what constitutes a budget hotel but didn't seem like a budget hotel to me considering the price. Decent place but I don't like speed of internet which was basically useless to me. It is right next to the mall so it's very convenient. There are no cabinets by the way.

Probably the only decent hotel in town. Quite big. 3 floor. Plenty of rooms. Clean Rooms are basic. Queen Bed space. No breakfast. No room service. About USD 40 per night. No amenities in the Toilets. But it provides a safe. TV and good Aircon. Mattresses are a bit hard. Pillows are ok considering the price. You can leave your luggage there for USD1 for a few hours checkout… no ventilation. A small window which opens into the walkway. No sound proofing, you can here everything that happens outside. But still ok. Staff is helpful.

Travelers hotel… Affordable room price if you booked in advance. You can shop anything you want since it is already in Robinson Mall Marasbaras. Accessible in any public transportation. 10 to 15 minutes drive to the airport.

Stayed here and the rate of the hotel is depend on the seasons. It's nice to book here early to enable to grab the cheap rate. This is just a typical hotel with shower, bed, TV and slow internet. There is no good view here because all you can see here it the road. The good thing here your just beside the Robinson Mall where you can eat, watch movie, massage and do some groceries.

An inexpensive hotel room you can stay in for the night with warm bed cool air and a hot shower and TV its a night of good rest and since it's a budget hotel it ain't expensive at all you can stay all week with your love ones but just make sure you want to stay… . M.

Very nice hotel at a reasonable rate. Staff was super friendly. Hotel is located next to the mall in Tacloban, so shopping is very convenient.

Value for your money just got this room for P600 with voucher over night stay.

On our 2016 vacation, we stayed here for more than a half dozen of times. Staffs are friendly and kind. I gave it four stars only because they should have a refrigerator at least in each room or maybe a beverages fridge at the lobby? Also they should have that waiting area closed and with aircon, we was so tired from our long flight and we have to sit in a hot lobby waiting for our room to get ready, I have 3 little kids with me they were age 6, 2 and a 2 month old baby and sweat our ass off while waiting. I maybe will stay again there but hopefully they will have some good changes. I do like it that it’s just a couple steps in to Robinson mall.

Stayed 1 night in Dec. Oh boy was the room So tiny. Could not put my luggage anywhere in the room so, I had too sleep with it on my bed. The bathroom on the other hand was actually very nice.

Mistakenly got here. I thought it was our hotel. They have simple lobby, nice receptionist.

The place is alright. It's close to the mall, that's what I really like about Go Hotels. I also appreciate the ambiance of the place. I really think it's because of the predominant green color of the Hotel. Its so calm. I also felt this way when I stayed at Go Hotels Dumaguete. The staffs in the reception area; from the receptionist to the bellboy, even the guards are very courteous and have friendly vibes. If I ask them which way for which place, they answer me with a smile. The bathroom has a functioning hot and cold shower. I'm comfortable at my bed at night. The air condition works alright. I appreciate my mounted flat screen TV with so many channels to choose from. It could have been 5 stars, but since they advertise that they have Wi-Fi and when I went there, its not working and when I left there a day after its still not working… I'm quite dissatisfied.

Front desk staff were professional and the facilities were clean. Internet connection sucked big time. The room with double bed was small. Over-all, good enough if all you need is a room to wash and sleep on. You get what you pay for.

The price is a bit expensive. All the rooms is good for two for Php 1700++ (USD 36.3, choice of 1 queen size bed or 1 twin bed plus Php 500 for additional person) but the place is nice and clean. They just need to improve their Wi-Fi coverage. This hotel is approximately 10 minutes to the airport via jeepney (fare is Php 8.00 or USD 0.16) or hire a tricycle/taxi (price is negotiable from Php 100 or USD 2.00).

Good value for the price. Good location since it's attached to a big, modern Robinson's mall.

Stayed here during mission work in Tacloban. It is a good hotel. Room is nice. I am 6'3" and was comfortable. I would not want to have to share a room. The room is a little noisy. I am by the elevator hydraulics room. The Wi-Fi is not strong enough for streaming videos or FaceTime. However, you can get on and FaceTime in the early morning hours. The rooms are very clean and the staff is kind and courteous. I would stay here again no problem. The mall being next door is a big plus!

The quick overview is that you should avoid this place if at all possible. The best thing that I can say is that the place is clean; however they try to grab a foreigner for more money at every turn. They lure you in with a low price guarantee and then they find anyway possible to go up on the price.

I have stayed in more hotels than you could imagine. Mostly in the USA southeast. So I was very curious how this hotel would compare. I was pleased with the staff at the front desk, as well as the rest of the crew. Check in was very easy. I had reserved my room via internet booking so I wasn't sure what to expect. I show up a day late, and they tell me my room is ready. Awesome! There is an elevator to the second floor where my room was located. I swipe the electronic key and swing the door open to find a very clean room that was beyond my expectations. The room was a little bit smaller than the rooms at most American hotels, but I didn't care. The air conditioner worked perfectly and did not have any musty smell or mildew smell which is so common in the coastal hotels in Florida. One thing I did like, and thought every hotel in the world should have, was the electronic key actually fits into a slot inside the room by the door as you walk in. Once you insert your key, the electricity to the room is activated. There is no way to waste electricity when you leave. How cool is that!

Better than the Go Hotel in Palawan.

Solid, We have hotels like this in phil? Ayos! Puwede sa barkada. Sure magbook kami dito pag naglakwatsa kami sa tacloban. Very impressive ang lugar. Tapos tipid tipid pa. Hehe.

Gohotels are really really good. They really provide you quality service and a great stay. Though they can be classified as budget, I think value is a much better word for them. This hotel in Tacloban in particular has everything you need to make your stay in the city worthwhile. I like the fact that it's close to the mall too. Truly one of the best, if not the best, hotels in Tacloban.

I will surely try to book in this hotel. The place is nice. I guess it's really made for Filipinos. And the range of the price is really good. For reasonable price you will be feeling like a Queen or a King. What I want also is that you can book your reservations anywhere you are because it's easy as 123 in booking online. This will surely feed those travelers who are back packers because they will experience royalty in very very reasonable price.
