Super clean, attentive staff and excellent service, also really abundant and good breakfast!

Rated as a 4 star hotel we expected as much, however this is a little misleading as it should be 5 stars thanks to Guest relations manager Loredana Mangone. She transformed a small mishap from the hotels side into a great experience and excellent customer service and care. We enjoyed our stay greatly and will gladly come back. The hotel is as mentioned in many other reviews located centrally with good facilities with an amazing roof pool and bar. Close to everything and everywhere on Malta the Be. Hotel is a place I would gladly recommend for anyone to stay if you want the living pulse from the city centre and the closeness to shopping and eating at an arm's length. However the biggest difference between this hotel and others in the same range and more expensive (experience from all) is the impeccable service from the Be. Hotel staff where Loredana is clearly the ones that sets the standard for the whole facility. Thanks for everything! Looking forward to coming back soon! Kind regards Oscar Holtner.

Don’t like location don’t seem right being in the middle of a shopping centre and 2 separate blocks to many people for the pool area. Pool area is nice with great views superior rooms are nice but that’s it for me.

Great view from the pool lounge, but the music is way to high and there is being played party music all day. Even for breakfast at 7.00 am. The breakfast are lousy and the staff very unprofessional and unexperienced. Don’t count on getting your drink earlier than 20 min after your order. The waiter is walking twice around the pool as they don’t now where the order has been placed even though the same waiter took it himself.
The guests are eating and drinking in the pool. Drinks are being wasted in the pool. The waiters don’t clean the area. Doesn’t even bring your drinks before your food.
Located in the middle of the nightlife, which means there is a lot of noise all night, every night.
The tour operator in the reception is rude and doesn’t even listen to your wants.
The hotel is located in the middle of a shopping center. To get to your room, the pool lounge or restaurant you have to use the elevator, which is not programmed to that amount of people. We stayed for 12 days and did not find the stairway.
The pictures and the presentation does definitely not fit with reality. This is a part hotel with no service or professionalism.

The staff was very kind and patient to see that everything was to a high standard. I would like to thank guest relation manager loredana that made sure that our stay was perfect and went out of her way to make us feel safe and welcome I cannot thank her enough for her dedication 🙏🏼, by saying that all staff made sure all covid safety measures were present at all times.
The breakfast was amazing and had a huge variety of food for everyones liking, the cleanliness of the rooms is impressive and the cleaners work ethic and professionalism is out of this world

A wonderful hotel with heated pool outside. In february it is awesome something like that to swim. The room was very beautiful with even kitchen. You will see us for sure in future. Thanks for the help❤️

Had an amazing time in this hotel. Good room, nice pool and SUPER friendly staff! During our stay was there a fire in the building downstairs in the midle of the night… there was panic at the guests during the evacuation but the staff did an amazing job that night… well organized, good communication, well received, … We're coming back! BeHOTEL Malta was a wanderful hotel, it was comfortable, beautiful. The staff was wery helpful. I received an amazing decked room. There was a bunch of roses, red heart ballons, rose petals and towel art. The view was nice and on the 11th floor was fantastic! The breakfast was plentiful, and varied. I recommed to everyone!

Sorry but no. They handled a simple situation appallingly over a simple bad attitude from a homophobic waiter. I will never be back.

A nice place to stay and awesome staff.

Bed is very comfortable and rom is big and spacious. Receptionist Francesca is very friendly and helpful and with a sense of humour. Clean room and very modern and comfortable Highly recommend it and would come again for sure.

Very friendly reception staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Lovely rooms. Great location! Fabulous pool with amazing views.
However, Bathrooms could do with being a bit bigger, pool could do with being heated, and a hotel bar would be a good idea.

Modern and really in a great location. A bit special as location and structure but I definitely recommend it. I only took breakfast and it is well stocked. Staff open and helpful. The rooftop pool is breathtaking and opens up views of a beautiful bay. The rooms are quite spacious and well maintained. Too bad only that I took the room with the balcony and by regulation you can not smoke in the terrace. I didn't know and I stayed a moment like that but otherwise nice really… maybe a little bit the area.

Hotel incorporated in the bay street mall, noisy in some ways due to the music of the clubs until late at night (hard rock, Italian job. Despite having had a room on the ninth floor the noise was heard anyway, then we had the misfortune to have a room that was communicating with the room next door so it seemed to be in the same room… taking away these not very positive aspects other sore note the breakfast: "cookers" of Italian have only the name in the morning there was little and nothing sweet and the salty was also repurposed heated the next morning, if I have to give a rating for breakfast do 4/10. The hotel is close to the sea and the bus stop, a short walk from the casino and paceville place overrun by young people.

Charitable three stars! Instead of trying to be "oozing trendy", this hotel should first do its homework. Like: provide fresh towels each day if the old ones are on the floor; offer a stairway which looks better than a grubby backyard and provides acces to EACH floor; install an air condition which cools all parts of the room equally. Positive: staff was always helpful. The rooftop is awesome.

If you are looking for a quiet, romantic and comfortable is not the hotel for you. Located in the district of movida, surrounded by traffic and more fierce, and surrounded by night clubs, discos, casinos and construction sites. The nearby beach is small and often crowded, and you do it in the bathroom between the oil of the boats given that they are all moored a few meters from the swimming area. The agency has booked a room in this "hotel" for our honeymoon. We were hoping to relax for a bit, but nothing to do. We arrive at around 16:00 and they make us sit in a room that was still dirty from the previous guests. Hair in the bathroom, a table, dirt, coffee etc. We ask to change it, but they were full so we waited. We go in and we realize that the situation was not much improved. The bathroom with inlays, walls dirty, windows full of earth. The most beautiful surprise, pulling the curtains was that under our window there was a huge yard and each morning we woke at 6:30 with excavators etc. The hotel was then alerted that we were on our honeymoon and we were not even given a double bed, but two beds combined which moved only to cushion. In addition our room communicated with another, and was separated only by a small door closed, then goodbye greatest advantage saw that we were all talk and breath from the next room. Know, also, that the temperatures between the corridors of the rooms and the reception, have a significant difference.

Very nice hotel a few meters from the small beach. Has a roof top pool. Is build on top of a 3 story shopping mall. Unfortunately there is a lot of building going on in the surrounding area. Also there is a street nearby with cars honking all the time. Also the party area is right next to the hotel. That's all OK but understand that you won't sleep with open windows.

Pros: hotel is in a good location, close to shopping, bars, eateries and supermarket. They just re-opened their pool area which is great, but they could do more with what is on offer at the bar there. Rooms are modern and good decor. Price not too bad for the stay. Cons: we asked for a room away from the construction at the next hotel as we had already seen some reviews before our arrival. We still had a sleepless first night due to the nightlife below. We asked to move to another room but they said our room was already in one of the best positions (we bought some ear plugs which helped). The housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. Room was cleaned one morning to find all our towels gone and not replaced after getting out of the shower. No security in the hotel so anyone can just come up to the pool, room or gym levels. Overall good value for what we paid but we got a good deal. Bring earplugs.

Very nice and clean hotel, against false advertising, we are promised a sea view and room with balcony. On arrival neither one nor the other. The sea view is no longer since a huge building was built just across the street (in the morning of 6am) and side room with balcony they have a life on other work even more immense. Otherwise nice location but in a shopping center and very nice Welcome.

Advertised roof top pool not even built yet, room still not ready one hour after check in, too many receptionists not knowing what they’re doing. Appears clean on the face of it but sheets not changed regularly enough.

I'm giving one star because I have to give a star. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in for one simple reason: the service. The noise in our room was incredible and kept us up until 4 am from a noisy street. When asked if we could move to a quieter area of the building, we were told that wasn't possible (despite overhearing the conversation between the two reception employees — there were available rooms). The first night, we had a drunk naked man attempt to get into our room. He may have been another guest of the hotel, but we note that there is no security involved in accessing the hotel from the shopping centre below. We spoke to security and the front desk twice. Each time their response was to "not worry about it" and it was implied this was a common occurrence. Overall, I'm unimpressed with any conversation I've had with staff — mildly infuriating actually. It's unacceptable to feel unsafe while staying in a hotel.

So… is the hotel nice, yeah, I mean nice room, pretty standard. Did we get woken at 6am every day by construction noise… Yes. Did the staff seem welcoming and friendly… no not one bit… They wouldn't even make eye contact. Would not stay again.

Currently I am in Malta, and sincerely I am very disappointed with this establishment (there are works that last from 6am until 6pm) The thing that requires you to wake up early and leave the hotel quickly and only come back after 6pm.
Because of that, I was forced to change the room twice since I'm going to spend 8 days here.
The breakfast is very petty, no natural juice, no fresh bread, you have no choice, the service sucks and the chef is next to the plate.
I claimed several times especially as I took a full stay.
What you eat at noon you'll eat it again in the evening.
It has nothing 4 stars, they give you the 1x shampoo, after you have to ask them every time.
He's just a loser.

Centrally located very nicely equipped hotel with relatively loveless breakfast room. Very noisy night-time soundscape. Ideal for parties in the immediate vicinity.

If you came to malta to party, terrific hotel. You will not care about the loud noises, clubs close by etc etc. If you came for sightseeing, well you will never sleep, at all. The roof has nice view, but that's it. I will revisit malta, will definitely not re-use this hotel.

Pros — Good room — Friendly reception staff — Good location to local amenities and beach — Room is a tad noisy with the nearby clubs, but the soundproofing is good Cons — Rude room service staff member refused to move her cart from the guest lift, thus blocking me in — Someone was trapped in the service lift in my second night — Shower has no tray (flat bathroom floor), so my room became wet on both nights — I didn’t like it when they tried to charge me again for room tax, but I accept that’s probably an oversight NB The majority of the nearby beach is cordoned of by a rival hotel. If you moan enough like I did and buy a drink from their bar/just walk over their rope barrier, then you will be allowed to use it. If not, be prepared to sit on a lesser attractive section of the beach. Tip: enter via the rope barrier. The other end is where the rival hotel tried to sell you sun beds as a way of allowing you use of their beach.

Had a week booked at this hotel last week but only managed one awful sleepless night before we had to check out and book an alternative hotel. There is major construction work which starts at 6am from all angles… on top and each side of the building. Air conditioning didn't work and even after complaining we we're fobbed off. No pool as this had been dismanteled and no spa! There was no mention of this on their website and no apology when we questioned this when checking in…. Breakfast was a joke. After having to walk out of the hotel, across the shopping complex to the breakfast room (very strange) there was drilling right above our heads, it was so loud we could barely have a conversation. This hotel should NOT be open while under these major renovations. If you're thinking about booking this hotel, please don't. It is not as described on the website. Will gladly never visit here again.

Wifi is god awful, make sure you pick a room on the back side of the hotel if you want any chance of sleep. Breakfast restaurant is in a building site.

Clean rooms with a lot of comfort. The flaw is that for breakfast you have to leave the hotel and go to a room not far away but always in the shopping center. There is a vast buffet with every type of food, from sweet to salty and everything is delicious!

Very clean and well located Hotel… the only problem and that at night there is a lot of nightlife and a lot of noise in the street until morning… great x who wants to have fun in Malta with the mall doing some shopping…

Had a business meeting a few weeks back. And we had a fabulous meeting room assigned. With an amazing view overlooking St Georges Bay. The staff were extremely professional and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was exquisite. Look forward to having another meeting there soon.

Extremely noisy. Expensive and intended for young pre-pubescent who intend to party all night. If you are there to visit Malta to flee.

The hotel is nice. Air Conditioner is amazing and very sensitive so it allowes to set the exact comfortable temperature. On the disadvantage of course are thin walls which are not allowing to rest from neighbors playing loud music or tv.

Rude staff and hotel manager, very superficial housekeeping, Had to go and ask for bathroom supplies, broken room door that was not fixed after asking the staff, when guests turned the firealarm on it took 40 minutes for staff to check and turn it off. I would never come there again!

EVERYTHING is so bad at this hotel! I have been living at many hotels around the world but this one is one of the worst. Specially considering it is a 4 star hotel. I would rate it a bad 2 star hotel. The shower floor felt like butter (from not being cleaned in ages) My feet was sticking to the floor after. The AC didn't work at both our rooms (complained about 5 times) And even if it was in March and not so hot it felt like a steamroom in the bedrooms. Sweating like crazy just getting in the room. I slept about 1 hour because it was 40 degrees. The food is horrible too. I wouldn't stay there again even if I got paid.

Hotel According to me very good site in the center a few steps from the sea and the night nightlife reception yummy staff fantastic always helpful cleanliness great.

Hotel room was nice, spacious and clean. Beds were really comfortable. Even if the hotel is in a shopping complex and in a pub crawl zone it was prety quiet inside. Wi-Fi signal was poor inside room but we hot signal from the shopping complex Wi-Fi. Had breakfast included. Clasic bufee with eggs, bacon and a wide selection of foods. Pool area was a bit small but we used it in the evenings and it was ok. Don't know how crowded it gets during the day. Reastaurant and pool area was in another wing of the building and you had to walk in the open. Some may find this a downside. Even if the room was pretty well isolated from the outside noise someone decided that blasting ambiental music on the hallway at 3 am was a good idea. Sink in the bathroom was so "modern" that you splattered water everywhere whenever you washed hands. Ovrerall a nice hotel.

We were in Malta from 19th to 22nd June for a holiday with friends. We really enjoyed it. Pleasant stay with very friendly staff, especially Loredana and Isabella.

Very good hotel around St. Julian's and Paceville. Located in the Baystreet Complex, a large shopping mall. Fair prices. Good modern and clean rooms. Very friendly staff. This is definitely the right choice if you are on holiday and looking for bars, clubs and restaurants. Would come back here anytime.

Very noisy area with bars and nightclubs… yet on the 9th floor! And in a deluxe room. We changed rooms. Same method of test cards… worse!
You can hear your neighbors ' conversations, even their electric toothbrushes, and everything. Even with corks!
Staff overflowed with changing rooms and disillusioned…
We had seen comments with the word noisy and took the risk! Serious mistake unless you want to sleep just a few hours after drinking all night.

The hotel does not look like the pictures at all! We stayed there one night and we got involved! The hotel is very dirty! It smells of mildew in the bathroom and there is a lot of noise! To avoid.

Restaurant and spa are outside the hotel complex so you have to walk outside. In march weather was windy and rainy so not convenient. Also hotel room unable to draw curtains for daylight, flush didn't work, shower was cold on1st night, had to ask for room upgrade. Cigarette ash on window sill. Not enough towels left in room. Wouldn't stay here again… staff however polite and friendly… Wouldn't advise to stay half board. As food is the same every day with hardly no variety and not fresh and restaurant has no ambience… better to eat out… recommend Hugo Terrace Bar.

Clean rooms with ample breakfast. Just a problem at check out you come out a nice contessin to pay… the TV and Internet… bo! Never seen.

In itself, the room is clean, modern, and sufficiently large. The elevators are undersized and access through the emergency stairs is a real maze. Breakfast is not great.
But the real problem with this hotel is are hyper Central location: from 5pm to 5h, you hear the music from the surrounding bars.

Impossible to get any sleep because the place is surrounded by countless open air bars, pubs and clubs. If you want to party all night through this might be an option (although, why would you bother to get a room at all? ). If you want to get any sleep, DON'T GO THERE!

Breakfast in another building. The Internet is paid and only on one device. Mediocre plumbing. There are no sockets near the beds. It's noisy. But you can smoke on the balcony!
