Very nature's and the ambiance is very relaxing. Only thing no elevator and phone is not working. Plus breakfast is not free? most of the hotel they have free breakfast meal. Yun lng I can say. But people and worker very nice and friendly.

I really love Hotel Soffia… 💖 The staff are very friendly and accommodating… Specialy Sir Richard and Ms. Marnelli. Been here several times. 👍👌👏

Very peaceful ang ganda ng location ng hotel ang mga staff nila maasikaso at mababaet ang mga rooms nila ang ganda at comportable ganda ng ambiance nkaka good vibes siguradong babalik at babalik kmi d2 sa hotel soffia masarap din ang mga food sa restaurant nila at lalo nang nakaka relax ang pool area sarap mag swimming maligam2 ang tubig, malinis nakaka alis ng stress at pagod pag nag babad ka overlooking sya ganda2

If you are looking for a quiet and good place to stay, this hotel is for you. It is far from the beach front but there are advantages staying here. 1. They have an hourly shuttle to dmall and going back. 2. You will carefully plan your activities thus you have a quality vacation. The food is good and the views are captivating. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Great job guys 🤗. Will surely go back 🤗

The Hotel and the services is okay. The Room attendant and room assistant is very accomodating. Far from the beach front but free shuttle was provided every hour. The only thing that was frustating is the incorrect room charges. The food that was ordered by other rooms was charged to us. I was about to pay when I ask for the breakdown. One room was book through agoda and the other one is direct hotel booking we were given a qoutation amounting to 2, 920.00 but they’re asking for 3, 800.00. I thought this was already settled but then we were ask to pay several times which they’re lacking with coordination. I suggest to check the hotel charges before paying.

Staffs are very accommodating! They always make sure to attend our concerns. It's a highlight!
It's kinda far from front beach but it's accessible since every hour may shuttle van to take you to Dmall and vice versa, just inform the driver or the front desk officer ahead of time.
Rooms are very spacious and well clean so it is very relaxing and comfortable to stay.
I strongly suggest to book directly to the hotel.

Nice hotel and very clean rooms.

The place was really nice. It's at the top of the hill, with a great view. You have to take a shuttle to get to the beach which is also fine. Internet and water pressure was terrible, which is very normal for the Philippines. Don't buy the packages from the hotel, they are too much! People in the beach will offer you better deal and barter with the provides so they get a cut too.

Good place away from the busy Boracay white sand.

Sofia staff's we been here for only a swim and we never regret about it because the place was so fantastic and solemn a green scenery and little bit high up of the mountain it is quiet far from our place where we stay in sta. 1 but it's worth it to be there just to relax. It's a breathtaking.
Delicious food also Their staff's are very hospitable, friendly and approachable. They offered us a free shuttle to drooped us nearby our place.

The view from the pool deck is just breathtaking. Best place to relax. Far from the crowded stations. They have free shuttle that runs every hour to take you to the stations and back. A memorable stay for me.

Relaxing, accomodating and very good spot.

It was far from the noisy D'mall and Boracay stations BUT it was a pleasure staying here because of free shuttle going&back to stations. The view was magnificent and of course the staff are very very accommodating and the food was great! Will definitely come back here… 5 star is not enough. Kudos to the management of this hotel… it reflects to your people! God bless u more.

No free Wi-Fi in room. Reception stuff tryed help taxi driver who wanted chit me. Not nice reception stuff.

The staffs are very accommodating, fantastic service and excellent free breakfast. The location is peaceful overlooking 180 degrees, on each side, of the island depending on which side is your room located. Transportation to and fro from the beach is every hour. The swimming pool is warmed naturally by the sun. The rate is about 1000 pesos cheaper. In short, It's worth your money.

The view is amazing because the hotel is set on top of the mountain by itself. Very quiet and you can hear birds chirping. That's the first time I ever heard since the last I came to the Philippines 2 years ago. The staff was very nice, friendly and respectable. Every hours they offer free ride to all the guest. The reason I give 4stars because of the wait to our room otherwise they all good.

As an amateur photographer, the place is very photogenic. The sunset view was amazing. I just had to make videos of it to share online. The room was perfect for my family. Our 5 y. O. Son loved the infinity pool, more than the beach haha. Breakfast was good. Coffee was great, so was the juice and mango shake! I love the location, it's away from the crowd. It wasn't a dilemma though since they had an hourly free shuttle service. We are very grateful for the wonderful staff. I was impressed. I'd definitely choose Hotel Soffia again and recommend them to family and friends! :)

Nice hotel with picturesque view. Clean and tidy. However, breakfasts might be better. Personnel is not very attentive, they got our time for transfer to the airport wrong.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at, home from home. The staff are 100%. Will definitely be back.

This, I have to say is the hidden paradise of boracay in the hotel category. Infinity pool with great view in the background.
