Old and unmaintained hotel.

Nice hotel located in the center of the Island. It's just less than 10 minutes away walking from the beach. Clean, comfortable and great hospitality.

Our front door was broken, the lock was open on our door when we came back the 1st night! there were little ants all over the room and bathroom, staff were unhelpful and rude and laughed at me when I expressed my concerns! it was a horrendous experience I have never wrote a negative review in my past few years of traveling but please take my advice when I say DO NOT BOOK ACCOMMODATION HERE!

It was 4days and 3nights relaxing experience here in Erus Hotel Boracay, Thank you for a warm and accomodating staff. I like your cozy room too. God bless you all. And hoping for another vacation there again with my family. May I add you will not love going to the beach because of their comfy room.

I had a weekend getaway there with my wife. Booked the hotel thru Expedia. Overall, i'm definitely impressed with the facilities and staff. Everyone was efficient in providing quality service. Im very happy with the day shift front desk staff as they are not only efficient, but also very accomodating and quite charming to add. The night front desk staff are also efficient, but need to brush up in their customer service skills. Im satisfied with the place and look forward to book another stay with them soon.

The staff at this hotel are incredible people. My fiancé and I unfortunately fell ill while in Boracay, and one of the ladies personally walked us down to the clinic, held my hand and to reassured me that everything was going to be ok.
The beds are super super comfy (spent a lot of time on it) and the rooms are perfect for what they are.
It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach too so in a great location for station 3.

Reading the poor review prior to visiting concerned me but my experience here was good. Here is an objective perspective: Pros: -Staff is friendly and helpful. Remembered to organize our trip off the island and was knowledgeable and accurate in everything they said. -Security doing what they should. Prompts everyone who steps on property to show their key. -Maintenance doing what they should. Had a water leak from AC, told reception at breakfast and was fixed with a clean room by lunch. -Free breakfast was perfect. You could pay anywhere from 190-400 PHP per person on Boracay for what you receive. Portion was perfect and complimentary fruit plate was good. -Close to E'Mall. The cheaper of the shopping centers on the island, Friendly people and good prices. Cons: -Location is next to a busy road. Good for catching a Tuk Tuk, bad if you have a room by the road, or want to be a 2 minute walk from beach. -Pictures are misleading, was a bit disappointed with appearance in daylight. I wouldn't stay here again because it wasn't on the water. If this isn't an issue for you, then I would recommend it. After being on Boracay for a week and seeing what else was available. I would definitely stay at a beach resort/hotel/hostel next time. Nothing wrong here except for location. Its really only a few minutes walk though.

This establishment should have it's licence revoked by the ministry of tourism for the Philippines and removed from any booking sites on the grounds of the following. Pictures of the suites-Out dated! Pictures of the suites-Misleading! Rooms-unlike pictures very old and falling apart! Management — Non existent! /Incompetent! Management-Dishonest This business prides itself in profit only with blatant disregard to customer satisfaction at any cost, this is what took place whilst staying there, part owner of the business was present and after a few days decided he was not able to stay on in his own establishment and booked another hotel? in the mean time also loosing patrons without care, including us that really says it all regarding this business. Only one positive was the reception staff and security were outstanding, yet unfortunately not sufficient enough to warrant staying any longer what a pity they deserve better than such incompetent management. stay away.

In general the hotel is very nice and sweet. Very close to the beach, comfortable rooms, pleasant stuff. The food choice for breakfast could be better, but still good, very good. If I come here once more, 99% that I'll stay here.

Overwall service is good. Very friendly and the location is not too far to beach. Breakfast choice limited to 3 types if you not a fancy food hunger.
