We thought we were staying for the entire 30 day lockdown, but we only stayed 2 nights (3-14 to 3-16) as we got a mercy flight off the island. Our 2 days were so great, we are staying here when we return. Great rooms, great helpful caring staff, great amenities on site, free airport transfers, tours on site, and a beautiful pool. They made us feel welcome and at home during that unprecedented time. From my family, thank you… and see you next year.

I'm from Sitel and currently staying in this Hotel. Just want to share my experience earlier with your HK staff. You guys have an amazing staff. They are so accomodating. I can see that they really love their job. Hopefully, I get to know their name on their next visits. Lol.

Best hotel here in Palawan. I gave 101% thumbs up for their effort in making my surprise anniversary dinner and a wonderful room set up for my husband. If you are a hopeless romantic person like me, this hotel in palawan is the best for you.

For the price and pool, can’t complain. Not as luxurious as the online photos but similar for sure. Pros: Extremely friendly staff, clean rooms with A/C, excellent Wi-Fi, big well kept pool. Cons: Right on the main road, very typical local breakfast buffet … I would recommend for families for 1-3 nights to check out the area.

It was ok. Fine room, but the bathroom was not the best. The breakfast left me unsatisfied.

We stayed for 3nights & 4days. Our stay was very hassle-free. They provide free two way transfer from airport to hotel. Fresh linens and towels, spacious bathroom, complete necessities inside the room, very courteous and accommodating staff. Fast service as there was a time I requested for something and in less than 5mins the staff was already knocking at our door carrying my requested items. Our stay in this hotel made our vacation in Puerto Princesa even more memorable.

A very pleasant place to stay in while on vacation here in Puerto Prinsesa. Staff are all nice and very accommodating, always with welcoming smiles. We will be coming back, definitely!

Held 2 of my major trainings for a health project. They serve good and affordable food. Staff are nice and easy to deal with. You can choose from 3 conference rooms depending on your need. Comfort rooms needs cleaning better yet renovation. Hotel rooms are affordable for budget travellers. Uno restaurant serves good chinese food. Pool is clean and big enough for a weekend swim.

Due to a recent tragedy my brain isn't where it should be right now. On an trip thru the Philippines this hotel ended up being a treat and turned out to be fabulous and honest. Besides living up to its claims of clean, Wi-Fi, showers with hot and cold plus many other things. When we went to check out at 5:30 am they ran up to check our rooms. And brought down my luggage lock. I hadn't even noticed yet. I had already arrived in Coron when it dawned on me that I hadn't removed the cash in my safe. My son phoned the hotel to enquire of it and said that it was 3000 pesos. They checked my safe and called back and told us it was actually 4000. I had thought 4000 but wasn't sure. Then they asked us for our banking information and deposited the whole amount without any service fees that would have had to be paid. We were all flabbergasted that this happened. I had already written off the cash in my head. And to have them return this for me gave me some hope in humanity. Previously I had lost my kindle and 2 wallets on an airline that I have frequent status with and had never had anything returned (no expenses were on the credit cards) but never received anything back. So the fact that the hotel did this was amazing @palawanunohotel.

Book one of their premium rooms for a relaxing stay. I was in room 2408 for 3 nights. Great value for the money.

The place is cool, situated at the heart of the city of palawan, easy access road to airport and nearby clubs and restaurants. It's simply fabulous!

Clean rooms, crisp linen, strong water pressure. Buffet breakfast is cheap at P200 although the choices are limited. Published rates are rather expensive, but prices becomes reasonable if booked online.

A very well-maintained hotel with rooms that are superb. We had a 2-day training here and everything went well. Their customer service is highly commendable. The foods are yummy. However, their menu for low # of pax functions are very limited. I hope they can improve on that part. Overall, it was great experience staying here for 3 nights.

Great service. The hotel personnel provides good customer service and confortability during their stay specially their hotel manager Ken. Very clean and room rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend Palawan Uno Hotel.

Frontdesk staff very courteous, professional and responsive. Rooms well furnished. Housekeeping staff very discreet and well-trained. I like their idea of breakfast buffer but maybe they can add more selections and they can add price if they feel they need to. Facilities are well-maintained. Over-all it was an enjoyable stay.
