Lots of hidden charges. Coffee, tea and etc are not in the reasonable price. Sooobrang tipid at gulang ng management. Owner and staff are not friendly. The whole palawan vacation was awesome but this establishment make it worst.

The best place to stay in Puerto Princessa. The owner and staff are very helpful and accommodating. My husband and I are very grateful to the kindness of Ma'am Citadel. The place is very relaxing and when my husband had a stroke and we decided to stay here coz its near the hospital and he was able to recover well here in Citadel bed and breakfast.

will be back here next visit.

The place was quite secluded perfect for others who want privacy, Mam Citadel and the rest of the staff are very friendly and accomodating. You can approach them anytime you needed help. The place was a little bit small but homey, the pool adds a serene ambiance. Instead of renting a tricycle or taxi, they offer their own shuttle van to enable you to go the airport with ease, for a minimal price of course.

I highly recommend this B&B. Was clean and has a beautiful set up. Rent the scooter for 500 peso a day and see the town in the evening.

The facility was nice but would never stay here again madam citadel ruined our stay she's rude and trys in every way to overcharge don't take your own food or beer there she will charge you don't touch coffee sachets in room you will pay this place is poorly located and difficult to get transport unless you use hotel transport and you will pay dearly the staff are unfriendly and seem frightened of there boss and if you shower beware the girls washing clothes they can see you through the window and if your child has an accident in bed you will be punished buy a very high priced bill to which I observed they dried the matress in the sun then returned it to the room yuk madam citadel we are your guests so never treat us like borders.

The Citadel is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy your stay in Puerto Princesa. The welcome you receive makes you feel at home from the start and all of the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are spacious, clean, tidy and have all the amenities you need. The pool and bar/restaurant area are a tranquil area to chill out and the food is good and very reasonably priced. The owners are lovely and will even pick you up from the airport at no extra cost, going above and beyond other hotels. We'd recommend The Citadel to everyone and will definitely be coming back …

We super loved it! It is near Robinsons mall. The place is peaceful and well lit specially the pool area and mini bar, the staff were super nice and accommodating, the room was superb (the bed was huge and well kept, it has a small fridge and a table for your take out foods), the cr is clean it also have a water heater and unli bath gel and shampoo! They could help you book your tour and they could also help you arrange motor bike rentals. Over all it was a nice stay and we will surely book here again if we have future travels here in puerto! Thank you for accommodating us.

I definitely recommend Citadel BnB. They have clean rooms and great staff. We stayed here because it's near Robinsons where DFA Puerto Princesa is. If you want to take a tour around Puerto Princesa or go see the Underground River, Mam Del can arrange for you. You can also rent her motorcycle if you want.

Thanks for great stay. Nice and clean place with friendly staff. Honest prices for trips and airportshutle. I hope to get back here one day.

Great place for peace and quiet. The projector by the pool was a novel idea.

The place is A-ok. The owner though could use a lesson or two on customer service… 1. No airport pick-up after the emailed arrangements. 2. Owner needs to understand that in circumstances where the guest's are not at fault for delayed checkout (i. E. Tour driver got lost), she shouldn't insist that guests should've taken a different tour sked. Worse, she could've conveyed it in a better manner. She may suggest but it's not her place to insist. Definitely not booking here again.

Nice people and nice places! We have been here twice in our vacation. Very recommended! Free Wi-Fi, music all the time, pool and great breakfast.

Nice place away from the city, if you prefer it that way like we do. Props to the friendly owners and staffs.

Ms Citadel was a very helpful host. The crew were helpful and quick to assist. Room was spacious.

Reasons why my stay here was almost absolutely terrible 1. The Wi-Fi didn't work in our room and we would have to sit by the pool to use it but even then it was EXTREMELY SLOW 2. The room was infested with flies (I probably killed over 20 and there was still more) 3. We found mouse feces on the floor 4. The overall decor of the room didn't match at all (there was Christmas decor still up/ a cardboard butterfly that looked like a 5 year old made it on the wall/ a random horse painting/ the sheets were pretty worn down and yellow and purple/ the curtains were very dusty) 5. There are many rules (for example additional charge for outside foods/drink and more) 6. The sink was broken BUT the only good thing I can say was from security to the owner they were very friendly but I would never stay here ever again or recommend it to anyone.

Amazing place. Really recommend for staying in Puerto Princessa. Great pool with music videos suitable for a little of recreational swimming, special place for children. Good looking place, great rooms. Great breakfast. Super.

The place is okay, but people working there for me they are not friendly, they don't clean our room, they don't provide toilet needs and towels, I beg them a faucet water, they want you to pay the faucet water grrr… I won't recommend this place, I like the place but I don't like the service and the worker.
