I love this place! Stayed here last January 2021 and it was a perfect week. We bought vouchers to come back even before we left 😍 Quiet beach, friendly staff and amazing food! The bread was especially yummy, we had to bring home two giant loaves. Can't wait to go back!

I have availed of a promo that appeared in my newsfeed. I asked before availing if the promo is available. I received a confirmation. I paid for the promo and sent my receipt but they tell me the promo has ended and they have a new promo that is Good for three people. There’s only two of us so the other promos dont apply to us. I paid using credit card that goes to their Paypal but I dont use my Paypal so I told them to just reimburse me via my Bank account. I cannot return my money to my Cc which means I will still be billed in my Cc and now I have money sitting in my PayPal that I dont use. After advising them and speaking to their manager over the phone, they still sent the refund via Paypal. When I informed them that I thought we had already an understanding, they even had an audacity to say “it’s simple”. I am very annoyed with this transaction as they say one thing but do another which is twice today when they told me the promo is available then say that its not available because they didnt Read that the ad I saw is an old ad then advised me wrong.

Amazing is super! Directly on the beach. Quiet! Not far from shopping in White Beach. Gorgeous Water. Beautiful Diving Area! Good food in own Restaurant.

The place, the owner and the staffs are all approachable. They are all accommodating and greets us with a sincere smile everytime they saw us. The food is good, a bit price-y but its worth the money. This is the best place to unwind, you feel welcome upon entering the resort. I will definitely comeback. Thank you, Amami and Team! ♥️

Secluded area and unobtrusive but accomodating staff. Just a few feet from the beach and inexpensive. Pizza was amazinggggggg!

Definitely deserving of 5 stars. We availed of the 3999 package for 3d2n and 3 onboard meals. It was really sulit! The place is relaxing indeed. The beach was rocky but we didn't mind for what we wanted was the snorkeling area. Only comment is, the staff were really friendly but when we arrived at the resort, there was someone from the resort yelling at them which I think is really rude. We were taken aback as that was the first thing we have witnessed upon arrival. We will definitely be coming back. I hope the packages are for forever :)

I've been there before. Great place, good food. This time I arrived late n d short waitress wasn't friendly. I just asked for water and it's only 8:45! She said kitchen is closed!

Arvin and I had a delicious breakfast in Amami last April 2018. The staffs were very accomodating to my requests; for instance, I was given a generous helping of honey when I asked for some to go with my impromptu milktea, their savory tomato omellete and my mango pancake. I just love my honey and sugar rush in the morning ❤️❤️❤️ had a bite of my bf's bacon cheesy omellete and it was delicious, it was plain to see they weren't stingy with the mozzarella. I wish we stayed here instead, very tranquil and laidback atmosphere, perhaps next time when we go back to PG for a quick holiday.

Amami Beach Resort did not disappoint. We came to a refreshing welcome drinks and friendly staff! The place set my expectations right, a perfect go-to hideaway if you want peace and quiet. They have an activity corner where you can either laze around to read books or play board games with whoever you are with. Their food? Perfect! Talk about home made tasty pizza and legit Italian pasta recipes! And oh! How can I forget, due to the recent Typhoon Ompong we were stranded in t…he island for 2 more days and we were surprised how the owner being a businessman himself did not take advantage of the situation but instead choose to bless their guests with a FREE accommodation on the first day of being stranded and reasonably charge all extended guests of only a minimal amount per head instead of per room the next night HOW AWESOME IS THAT? In addition to this, the resort did what they should by giving their guests a brief of an evacuation plan if in case the situation worsen and yes the cost of the rented evacuation hotel is on them. Thank you, Amami! For living up truly to your tagline. Your resort is truly "your (guests) home away from home"

Came for dinner and cocktails. Their happy hour runs from 4 to 8pm, drinks 2 for 1 most at 150php. Good value. Ordered the seafood platter with roast potatoes and veg at 1000php for 2 people. They deboned the fish but they didn't descale it, the calamari was over cooked, only OK. We liked the decor, nice music, good ambiance even though we were the only people there as it is the off season. I think we will be back for drinks at least.

Everything and everyone in this place is awesome! I am not exaggerating at all but I just can't find the right words to describe our stay here. Everything is superb. The people are very nice. How sweet of them to even put a personalized heart-shaped greeting card with gumamela on it to welcome us for our anniversary! The food is great. Everything they serve is mouthwatering. The owners are very welcoming. They are like friends whom you haven't seen for a while. Feels like you've known them for years with the way they welcome guests. The place is so serene. Perfect for people who want to escape the noise and the crowd. The price they offer are so affordable. Their service is way way higher than the price we need to pay. Everything is just worth praising. I've never been pampered this much. I actually fell in love with the place. Will surely come back. I highly recommend Amami. A hidden paradise, indeed.

Very Nice 10 Days with 2 kids! Took day trips around the Island Every day exploring and eat good food åt the resort in the evning, amazing holliday.

4. Everybody are available for your needs. They take care of everything.
5. I took some friends with me and it was uplifting to know that they liked too the place and the the whole staff and all the services.
6. It might not be a white beach, but the water is clean and no hustles and buzzles around.

Definitely a home away from the city. Fabio, Kristine, and Tess with their staff all make Amami a place one will keep coming back to because it's really more than just a resort. Their amenities are simple but more than enough. The food and drinks at the restaurant are superb. A stay at their tree house is a must-try. They have swings and hammocks beneath shades of trees where you can enjoy warm afternoons with the sea breeze. And the beach of Talipanan is never crowded or noisy so it's really a getaway for the beach-loving bum.

I loved staying here, the staff was incredible. The family that owns the place is so wonderful, you will be treated well here. The tourist that come here are also great, I had many good nights at Amami, I wish I had never left. I loved the food, the staff is friendly and tries hard to please. If you want to see a nice beach or rent a scooter, eat well, be around good people, feel welcomed and relaxed, enjoy the philipines, come here. I miss the smiling happy friendly staff, I hope to come back here someday, you will get your moneys worth in every aspect here, I am sure they will deserve a 5 star review for years to come because this little treasure is thier beloved family project. I wish I had pictures of the place, it was fun and beautiful at all times, you can relax here.

Stayed at the beach front cottage for one night. Super exotic bamboo hut. Very friendly staff except the owner which can be very "bossy" and slightly influential and opinionated. Great pizza and overall vibe.

More of a beach experience than a hotel stay. Walk 15 minutes to a virgin beach. Filipina hostess spent 30 years in Italy and brings a Mediterranean flair to the daily specials. I would return. Recommended for couples who want a place to relax. Opposite feel to white beach.

Such a good food I ate there… I spent very nice moments in amami restaurant. Owned by a lovely family and with smiling waitresses, proper italian homemade meals, good wine and great chilling atmosphere. Amami is a must-do place in northern mindoro. I recommand… thank's.

The owner is really welcoming and nice. The food is delicious. The team is available and helping. Room are good and the place is cool right next to the beach, even if some rocks and no snorkeling available.

The natural style of the resort is an acquired taste. If you are looking for comforts like A/C, cable and Wi-Fi then stay somewhere else. This resort is for the laid back people who finds comfort in nature. The owners and service staff are so accommodating. Will stay again if given a chance.

We stayed at the Pink House, a property they manage separate from their resort and restaurant. Pink House is only good for a large group that is not too particular about their accommodations. It could probably pack 10-12 into it. It is immediately next door to a hotel under construction so we got construction noise all day long. Their other place is much nicer, rustic and reminded me of places in Kuta or Legian many years ago. Restaurant is nice, with decent food. My rating would be much higher if we had stayed in their main resort.

Relaxing close-to-nature stay. Definitely get the room with air cons in summer! Their restaurant serves pretty good food, and has a small yoga/massage terrance and gym.

I went for a dinner to the Amami Resort. Food was great, atmosphere nice and relaxed, very quiet and romantic. Allegedly the owner is Italian, not sure it's true.

Fabio was very hospitable and accommodating. The friendly atmosphere contagiously speads among the staff and guests which is enough to make it feel like you're at home. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the food was delish! I seldom eat fish but the grilled fish we had for dinner was the best one i've ever tasted. The place had it's own aura which is relaxing, romantic, and laid-back. Definitely worth the stay.

Such a great experience to stay in this awesome beach resort. I was actually looking for a place where I can have a pure relaxation, enjoy the sceneries away from too much crowd. I was never disappointed to find this in Gallera. The foods are great with big servings. Staffs were smiling the whole time and this incredible guy who happened to be the owner of the place who made us feel comfortable in there. We will definitely recommend this to everybody. Tnx Fabio!
