We stayed here for my Birthday last Jan 4, 2021. We are really happy and pleased! Our room view was just in front of the pool area! I love it! It was clean and very neat, the staffs were very polite and helpful. The customer service was highly remarkable! Thank you Nobu! We'll definitely be back!

Truly 5-star experience. The bathroom has automatic toilet. Clean and smelling so clean when you enter the hotel. All the items for use are of good quality.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was fantastic! Best part of our holiday! We even got upgraded. Friendly staff from checking-in to booking a grab car upon check-out. Bed and pillows were very comfy, I kept asking my husband we should get the same sheet and pillowcases. Great job to everyone at Nobu Hotel, City of Dreams Manila.

Food was great. Staffs are accommodating.

Staff was great, very accommodating and courteous. But please do something about the ventilation — whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. Understandably it is a casino hotel but it also markets Dream play so it could have been a little more kid friendlier! And had to use the Hyatt pool for my kids since Nobu did not have a kiddie pool.

City of Dreams Manila — Integrated Resort, Hotel & Casino… you are so gorgeous and great place to play casino. There are great band playing all the time with great songs during our gambling time. And the staff at casion were also well trained good guys. They made me won a bit at roulette hehehe. I am sure I will bring my wife next time. Thank you City of Dreams!

I came to marvel at the exterior architecture of the structures housing the casino and hotels. It is amazingly photogenic on a clear late afternoon — about an hour before sunset. A photographer's delight. Nothing to say about the food, entertainment or service because it was not on my agenda (kids were with me and persons below 18 were off-limits in certain areas). But I experienced that the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The casino was quite busy at the time of visit although not as chaotic as the other casinos in the area. The dining experience will be taken up on my next visit. Parking is free.

The Casino is very tempting not only because of the slot machines but also their card tables for small and big gamblers alike. Drinks are unlimited to include beer of different brands that they serve. Snacks from Pringle to cakes and sandwiches are 50 game points. They give gift rewards from free dining to a variety of gift items such as gas cards, signature watches and assorted appliances on a first come first serve policy while their supplies last from 8 am. If you are unlucky to come late they award you free plays of not lower than 1K. Their Rewards office and staff are very accommodating and quite efficient. They also include a 1 night stay in their first class hotels on weekdays at your choice.

The city of dreams is awesome, you will get to see the beauty and charm of this beautifully built casino once you are in Manila. The guests are served with free juices, cold coffee, ice tea, beers and what more… It is the best casino I have ever been to. They have several games like the roullete, poker, teen Patti, wheel of Fortune, dice game, the number game and much more. It's so big that you feel like you into a new world.

Although it is a hotel, it feels more like a casino than one. The lobby if it can be called that are just a couple of benches a few feet from the door. The service is non existent and the guards treat people like they're looking for a handout. Unless it all changes, best to find another place to go.

HYATT is a family friendly hotel in City of Dreams. Good food. Nice pool. 24/7 fitness gym. Bath tub. Spacious cabinets. Safety box or safe for security of belongings. Free welcome drink at the lobby. 24/7 casino. Accessible restaurants. Stores for hassle-free shopping. Free membership when I visited in March 2018. MOA is just a few steps away.

My feedback is especially for the garden and the pools and the interior decorations: 5 stars! The best thing that you can visit in Manila with a free entrance, way better than Rizal Park! The garden is not that big but extreamly beautiful harmonious and we'll mantained! A work of art! Staff is polite and smiling, ready to help always. See the pictures… If you like gambling there are two floors special dedicated for this purpose. Unfortunately the security asked me to delete the pictures from the casino probably to protect the IDs of their customers… strict rules… :) anyway lovely chandeliers! I also loved the moving "floating" disks which create a mesmerising effect and lovely patterns! The kids have also lots of entertainment, an entire park with cartoon characters and other interesting adventures. Tip: there's a free shuttle that goes directly to Mall of Asia from the main entrance!

One of my top choices of hotels in Manila. Everything here is just perfect — the accommodation, the service, food and dining, the entertainment and shopping choices and its proximity to Mall of Asia! Just below is a huge casino for people who want to try their luck. The picturesque pool areas are huge and a great place to chill and bask in the Manila sun. Life is here!

This place is really great. Staying here was a perfect experience. The ambiance were so luxurious and you can really enjoy. You can also bond or bring your kids on the dream play because they will surely enjoy it. They also has a good security, so no worries because you're so much protected and secure on this place. They also offer foods with a reasonable price and it will also satisfy your cravings. So, it is highly recommended especially when you want to bond or have some quality time with your friends or family :)

I have been staying to other hotels. But Nobu has the best staffs ever. They are very very accomodating. And they even come out of their way to oblige to our request.
if I will be given the chance to choose the hotel for my pafp convention. I will choose nobu.
my only comment is during booking they told me that I only have 1 breakfast for my room 8318. But on the third day I learned that I am allowed 2 breakfast buffet.

There is a Chinese waiter and a free shuttle to Asia Mall in 30 minutes, main hotel, casino, restaurant and challenge game for teenagers and adults.

Place was strictly secured! No food allowed, but less worries because there were shops and restaurants inside the area. Kids had so much fun at the slides, wall climbing, cooking lessons and lots more. It was centralized air conditioning and neat.

Best casino in Manila. Spacious and free drinks for players. You rarely get other players hassling you for money unlike other casinos. Dreamplay is great for the kids although it doesn't have enough activities to justify the entrance price.

2nd stay here in Nobu / City of Dreams. They are consistently awesome. Spotless rooms, beds that are so comfortable that I want to sleep forever, plenty of amenities, very courteous staff, and delicious, well priced foods. Love it, and I will keep coming back.

The best casino chain in the city, in terms of facilities. It has something for most ages. It still has some fleet of vehicles to bring people in from key locations which they have reduced. Lots of dining options and hotel options.

This is a great place if you'd like to relax and be entertained. The staff are polite. The overall experience is superb. 10/10.

We stayed for 10 days in this Hotel in Manila when we visited our family — we are thrilled! The Hotel is insanely big and has a lot to offer. Casino, several Restaurant, a beautiful Pool area! The food was excellent — our Filipino family was amazed by the Hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean — always a pleasure!

Has a good lineup of eating places not quite common in malls, and the open-space concept of the casino looks fun. But it can get too crowded on weekends and holidays (haven't been there on a weekday) because of the kids' central attraction/activity area, though somewhat at the expense of its upscale reputation. Hallway lobbies can get brimmed with bystanders while the high-end retail shops go quite unnoticed.

Love it! Everything under one roof. Shopping, spa, fine dining, and casino. If you're not into gambling, free shuttles will take you to some of the biggest malls in Asia.

Breakfast buffet has good healthy stuff. Unlimited bacoooon. They also have lots of options for vegan, fresh fruits and vegetables. There's a station where they cook omelettes and sunny side ups for you. Good selection for desserts such as chia and fresh Danish rolls. Room and ambience are relaxing, really liked the attention to detail. Telephone and TV has your name when you enter. The hotel staff are very attentive to your needs which makes you feel pampered. Pool gets crowded with kids, but early morning and night swims are nice.

Compared to casinos in Macau and Singapore, the initial bets are smaller.

Convenient transportation. Security has been upgraded as a result of the Philippines ' domestic situation.

It's okay, little wager, good game, but, place, need control yourself.

For the price you pay, the hotel skimps on what it provides you. They want to charge you for any and everything after paying close to $200 per night. Breakfast wasn't even included… and there's no where nearby to get breakfast and they charge over $20 for their breakfast. Be warned. Through facilities were nice.

This place is SO AMAZING! It has the VERY BEST customer service. Meeting every employee that if Was okay and I needed anything was such a SURPRISE!

Being honest City of Dreams was really fun. Most importantly for the kids to experience. I love this place I had fun and enjoyed the entertainment. There was even a shopping mall. Aside from that you should know. That ASEAN was here in 2016.

Fancy casino. Smoke where you want. Bar was closed when I was there. So I left. High stakes gambling area looked busy.

The place is lively due to the fact that there are live performances daily, until 3am if I remember correctly. You can smoke inside the place like most casinos do but if you aren't smoking, the place won't feel or smell smokey probably due to well thought out ventilation system.

Could have been great but… It was my daughter's first time. We wanted to eat at the restaurant inside the play area. But we were not allowed because my daughter is just 18. Those who are 21 years old and above are allowed. When I reviewed the policy posted, it stated there that "those below 21 are "not allowed to play". I told them we do not intend to play, I just wanted to eat and show her around the play area. The staff said, "Pagcor rules, below 21 years old are not allowed inside the play/ game area. " I replied, "Then you should change what's written there ('not allowed to play' to not allowed inside the game area. " I didn't want to cause any more trouble so we just left to look for another place to eat. I am compliant to rules and regulations but "not allowed to play" is different from "not allowed inside the game area. " Had it been written that way, I wouldn't have questioned it.

We liked the Nobu Suite it was cozy and the 2 Big screen tv's in the living room master suite were a welcoming surprise… and who could forget about that Amazing Super Toilet that caters to yours truly down there in more ways one … And the room service staff did great and all the staff were nice as well, and of course the food.

It's a wondeful & great experience when we stay here. October 3 & 4. All the staff employee, office personnel are friendly, it was our first time in Nobu. Our room was spacious & elegantly decorated. Welcome fruit platter was a treat. Hotel's toiletries were a plus too. Since it was my/our first time to stay in hotel/casino I am so very lucky… I hope someday I will be back here with my family… Thanks.

Nice posh environment with restaurants, hotels, casino and kids play area. The crowd was decent. As in USA casinos was able to see few senior citizens here. Overall nice place to spend time.

What is up with the long wait for them bus ride? Why would there be a place wher parents can leave their children within the Casino. Restaurant is average with limited limited selectios.

Casino floor services are good if the servers are around. With no other customer in sight, getting a player's card took so much time, it was pathetic. The cashiers are really slow, due to their internal procedure of signing off by the manager. No variety on the slots. The Asian quick snack restaurant, both the services and the quality of the food need to improve for the price they are charging. Can't compare with the casino operation of City of Dream Macau!

As a first timer, whew! so impressive! for being ignorant and innocent you will realized and felt the discrimation between rich and poor… I dont know if they will treat us liked they if they don't knew us… and despite of knowing who we are hmmmmm… still I felt imbarassed! coz they contented for watching and enjoying playing for their own tricks.

As far as the casino hotels go, this place has smaller rooms. I'm not really a fan of the rooms. The casino isn't as good as well when compared to solaire on the other end. Food is nothing fantastic either. It's nice and new and polished but not the best.

Close to the airport, good access by Skyway. Smell of smoke is everywhere. Convenient though.

Nobu, crown and hyatt hotels are the best. Its a family friendly casino. You can drop your kids at dream play. While you play slots or card games in the casino.

If you enjoy spending time and money in casinos, and smoke from cigars, this is the place for you. I believe they have world class standards there. If you look young, bring an ID to enter the casino. Security is very strict.

Happy place for people looking for luck in gambling. For foreigners n Manila, you may opt stay at Nobu Hotel just beside the City of Dreams. Very good place to relax.
