La Estancia Busuanga is a great vacation destination, a rare find even among the many fine resorts in the Philippines, a place so unique, you can view perfect sunrise and sunset within the resort. After you land in Coron Airport and traversing for over an hour on a sparsely populated island covered with ‘buho’ (small bamboo variety), you’ll find yourself in a well-hidden resort, snugly situated where the pristine waters of Busuanga bay laps the shores of a limestone crag. All rooms are villas with a perfect view of the bay and the islands of Busuanga. Here’s what a typical day would be: Wake up to a beautiful sunrise as the sun’s rays peek through your curtains. A wonderful day lies ahead. You can kayak to an adjacent mangrove forest or to the next island, or swim and snorkel in their private beach. Or fish in its waters for its many species of fish. Or just lounge around the wharves or the beach. Or arrange tours to nearby Black, Pass or Dibutonay Islands. You may cap your day with a bonfire and barbecue on top of the resort and bask in the afterglow of the sun as it colorfully sets in the horizon of the Black Island. The sights of La Estancia and its environs are amazingly ‘Instagramable’ from sunup to sundown. That’s what my family of five did on Feb. 16-19, 2021 and we enjoyed every moment of our stay in La Estancia. What makes La Estancia extra special is its people and their desire to provide a unique experience within the resort.

To all honeymooners out there, this is the place to be… Highly recommended for family bonding…

Look for Ms. Au she is very considerate And cheerful. They even gave me a plant as a souvenir. We enjoyed the breakfast at the beach.

The best holiday that we ever been, all is perfect, very relaxing, breathtaking view from our room, foods was great. Staff are very accommodating approachable and friendly. The room was good and clean. Lovely owner they treat us like their own family.

It was a great experience in a great place with great staff and company. Problem is that time will never be enough when you’re having fun.

What is not to recommend? Great view from the room, spacious rooms, friendly service and customized island hopping tours. Dinner at the wharf, terrazza and hilltop bbq.

Food was great and what I loved the most is serving all our meals near the beach. Rooms are clean and quiet. Great customer service. Thanks to IC Ventura for arranging our trip to La Estancia. We highly recommend this very lovely place. We will definitely go back.

Amazing place for true relaxation! When you want to disconnect from your electronic world and just enjoy 180° view of the water, watch the sunrise, enjoy a bbq at sunset, and stargaze at night, this is the place to retreat to.

A great getaway with some of the most incredible views you can experience. Amazing staff and delicious meals.

Good reception, very far from Coron town, which explains may be a bit high prices for meals (OK without being exceptional). The place is very quiet, ideal to rejuvenate.

We had a wonderful stay in this hidden paradise. You won't get bored with the nature and activities here. The owner is very nice so as their staffs. We'll definitely come back again!

La Estancia was so incredible. The owners Tony and Boots make you literally feel like family. The food was the best I had in my entire trip to the Philippines, the freshest fish and all organic island grown vegetables and fruit. The staff was so nice and accommodating. The price was unbeatable. I can't say enough about this island oasis.
